Claims (15)
- A battery pack, comprising: battery cells; a circuit unit (200) connected to the battery cells; and a flexible wiring (50) connecting the battery cells and the circuit unit to each other, wherein the flexible wiring includes: a first end portion, E 1 , to which a plurality of conductive lines, C, are physically bound, the plurality of conductive lines including a first group of conductive lines, Ca, and a second group of conductive lines, Cb; wherein the first group of conductive lines and the second group of conductive lines each extend from the first end portion in the first direction, Z 1 , branch off from each other, and then extend in parallel to each other, and at least one of the first group of conductive lines and the second group of conductive lines includes a folded portion, F 1 , at a branching position at which the first group of conductive lines is separated from the second group of conductive lines; wherein the first group of conductive lines and the second group of conductive lines are spaced apart from each other in a second direction, Z 2 , crossing the first direction at the branching position, and are connected to first and second electrodes at opposite sides of the battery cells in the second direction.
- The battery pack as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first group of conductive lines and the second group of conductive lines have a separation space (50') therebetween, and wherein the flexible wiring includes an isolation pattern, I, having an isolated shape that protrudes in the second direction Z 2 , away from the separation space.
- The battery pack as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the first group of conductive lines includes connection positions, P, connected to different ones of the battery cells along a first direction.
- The battery pack as claimed in claim 3, wherein the connection positions, P, are on a rear side of the folded portion, the rear side being opposite the first end portion in the first direction such that the folded portion is between the connection positions and the first end portion.
- The battery pack as claimed in claim 3 or 4, wherein at least two conductive lines of the first group of conductive lines are connected together at each of the connection positions, optionally the battery pack further comprises a connection member (100), wherein the at least two conductive lines connected together at each of the connection positions are connected together to the connection member.
- The battery pack as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the at least two conductive lines connected together at each of the connection positions include a first conductive line, and the first conductive line, C 1 , includes a cut position, T, at which the first conductive line is cut, optionally, wherein the cut position is on the first conductive line in front of the connection position in the first direction such that the cut position is between the connection position and the first end portion, further optionally, wherein the first conductive line is a dummy line, D, that does not transmit battery-cell state information obtained at the connection position to the first end portion.
- The battery pack as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the at least two conductive lines connected together at each of the connection positions further includes a second conductive line, C 2 , different from the first conductive line, and the first conductive line is connected to the second conductive line through a bridge line (150) between the cut position and the connection position.
- The battery pack as claimed in claim 6 or 7, wherein the cut position, T, of the first conductive line is behind the connection position, P, in the first direction such that the connection position is between the cut position and the first end portion, optionally wherein: the at least two conductive lines connected together at each of the connection positions further includes a second conductive line different from the first conductive line, and the first conductive line and the second conductive line include parallel conductive lines which together transmit battery-cell state information obtained at the connection position to the first end portion.
- The battery pack as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 8, wherein: at least two conductive lines of the first group of conductive lines are electrically connected to each other through a bridge line (150), and the at least two conductive lines electrically connected through the bridge line include parallel conductive lines which together transmit battery-cell state information obtained at a connection position of the connection positions to the first end portion.
- The battery pack as claimed in claim 9, wherein: the at least two conductive lines electrically connected to each other through the bridge line (150) include a first conductive line, and a cut position, T, at which the first conductive line is cut is on the first conductive line in front of the connection position such that the cut position is between the connection position and the first end portion.
- The battery pack as claimed in claim 9 or 10, wherein: the at least two conductive lines electrically connected to each other through the bridge line (150) include a first conductive line and a second conductive line different from each other, and the first conductive line and the second conductive line are connected together at the connection position.
- The battery pack as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 11, wherein conductive lines of the first group of conductive lines are connected to different battery cells (10) at different connection positions, optionally, wherein the first group of conductive lines includes a cut position at which at least one conductive line is cut, the cut position being between the different connection positions in the first direction.
- The battery pack as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 12, further comprising connection members (100) at the connection positions, wherein the connection members extend in a second direction crossing the first direction and are connected to the first group of conductive lines.
- The battery pack as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 13, wherein at least one conductive line of the first group of conductive lines is directly connected, through a direction-change portion, F 2 , at one of the connection positions, to one of the battery cells (10) or to a bus bar, B, connected to the one of the battery cells.
- The battery pack as claimed in claim 14, wherein the first group of conductive lines includes a cut position at which the at least one conductive line is cut, the cut position being behind the direction-change portion, F 2 , in the first direction such that the direction-change portion is between the cut position and the first end portion.
Description
BACKGROUND 1. Field Embodiments relate to a battery pack. 2. Description of the Related Art Secondary batteries refer to batteries that may be repeatedly charged and recharged unlike non-rechargeable primary batteries. Secondary batteries may be used as energy sources of devices such as mobile devices, electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles, electric bicycles, or uninterruptible power supplies. Secondary batteries may be individually used or secondary battery modules (packs) each including a plurality of secondary batteries connected as one unit are used according to the types of external devices using secondary batteries. US2020020912 proposes a circuit body and battery module. SUMMARY In one aspect of the present invention there is provided a battery pack in accordance with claim 1. Preferred embodiments are set out in claim 2 et seq. The embodiments may be realized by providing a battery pack including battery cells; a circuit unit connected to the battery cells; and a flexible wiring connecting the battery cells and the circuit unit to each other, wherein the flexible wiring includes a first end portion to which a plurality of conductive lines are physically bound; and a first group of conductive lines and a second group of conductive lines which extend from the first end portion, branch off from each other, and then extend in parallel to each other, and the first group of conductive lines includes a folded portion at a branching position at which the first group of conductive lines is separated from the second group of conductive lines. The first group of conductive lines and the second group of conductive lines may extend from the first end portion in a first direction, may be spaced apart from each other in a second direction crossing the first direction at the branching position, and may be connected to first and second electrodes at opposite sides of the battery cells in the second direction. The first group of conductive lines may include connection positions connected to different ones of the battery cells along a first direction. The connection positions may be on a rear side of the folded portion, the rear side being opposite the first end portion in the first direction such that the folded portion is between the connection positions and the first end portion. At least two conductive lines of the first group of conductive lines may be connected together at each of the connection positions. The battery pack may further include a connection member, wherein the at least two conductive lines connected together at each of the connection positions are connected together to the connection member. The at least two conductive lines connected together at each of the connection positions may include a first conductive line, and the first conductive line may include a cut position at which the first conductive line is cut. The cut position may be on the first conductive line in front of the connection position in the first direction such that the cut position is between the connection position and the first end portion. The first conductive line may be a dummy line that does not transmit battery-cell state information obtained at the connection position to the first end portion. The at least two conductive lines connected together at each of the connection positions may further include a second conductive line different from the first conductive line, and the first conductive line may be connected to the second conductive line through a bridge line between the cut position and the connection position. The cut position of the first conductive line may be behind the connection position in the first direction such that the connection position is between the cut position and the first end portion. The at least two conductive lines connected together at each of the connection positions may further include a second conductive line different from the first conductive line, and the first conductive line and the second conductive line may include parallel conductive lines which together transmit battery-cell state information obtained at the connection position to the first end portion. At least two conductive lines of the first group of conductive lines may be electrically connected to each other through a bridge line, and the at least two conductive lines electrically connected through the bridge line may include parallel conductive lines which together transmit battery-cell state information obtained at a connection position of the connection positions to the first end portion. The at least two conductive lines electrically connected to each other through the bridge line may include a first conductive line, and a cut position at which the first conductive line is cut may be on the first conductive line in front of the connection position such that the cut position is between the connection position and the first end portion.
