Claims (10)

  1. A method for managing navigation broadcast, comprising: obtaining (101, 201) a geographical identifier of a user; obtaining (102, 202) a statement-conversion template set corresponding to the geographical identifier based on the geographical identifier of the user; converting (103) a standard navigation broadcast statement based on the statement-conversion template set to generate a geographical navigation broadcast statement; and performing (104, 206) navigation broadcast based on the geographical navigation broadcast statement; wherein the statement-conversion template set comprises a plurality of types of statement-conversion templates, and converting (103) the standard navigation broadcast statement based on the statement-conversion template set to generate the geographical navigation broadcast statement comprises: obtaining (203) a type of the standard navigation broadcast statement; obtaining (204) a statement-conversion template corresponding to the type of the standard navigation broadcast statement; and converting (205) the standard navigation broadcast statement based on the statement-conversion template corresponding to the type to generate the geographical navigation broadcast statement; characterized in that , converting (205) the standard navigation broadcast statement based on the statement-conversion template corresponding to the type to generate the geographical navigation broadcast statement comprises: performing (301, 401) word segmentation on the standard navigation broadcast statement to generate a plurality of navigation-content words, and obtaining attribute of the plurality of navigation-content words; and filling (302, 402) a part of the plurality of navigation-content words into the statement-conversion template corresponding to the type based on the attribute of the plurality of navigation-content words, to generate the geographical navigation broadcast statement.
  2. The method according to claim 1, after performing (301) word segmentation on the standard navigation broadcast statement to generate the plurality of navigation-content words, further comprising: obtaining (401) a regional language library corresponding to the geographical identifier; and converting (401) the plurality of navigation-content words based on the regional language library.
  3. The method according to any of claims 1 to 2, wherein performing (104, 206) navigation broadcast based on the geographical navigation broadcast statement comprises: obtaining a geographical voice packet corresponding to the geographical identifier; and generating a navigation broadcast voice based on the geographical navigation broadcast statement and the geographical voice packet.
  4. The method according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein obtaining (101, 201) the geographical identifier of the user comprising: obtaining the geographical identifier based on position information of the user; or obtaining the geographical identifier based on an instruction input by the user.
  5. An apparatus for managing navigation broadcast, comprising: an obtaining module (10), configured to obtain a geographical identifier of a user; a determining module (20), configured to obtain a statement-conversion template set corresponding to the geographical identifier based on the geographical identifier of the user; a converting module (30), configured to convert a standard navigation broadcast statement based on the statement-conversion template set to generate a geographical navigation broadcast statement; and a broadcast module (40), configured to perform navigation broadcast based on the geographical navigation broadcast statement; wherein the statement-conversion template set comprises a plurality of types of statement-conversion templates, and the converting module (30) comprises: an obtaining unit (31), configured to obtain a type of the standard navigation broadcast statement; a determining unit (32), configured to obtain a statement-conversion template corresponding to the type of the standard navigation broadcast statement; and a generating unit (33), configured to convert the standard navigation broadcast statement based on the statement-conversion template corresponding to the type to generate the geographical navigation broadcast statement; characterized in that , the generating unit (33) is configured to: perform word segmentation on the standard navigation broadcast statement to generate a plurality of navigation-content words, and obtain attribute of the plurality of navigation-content words; and fill a part of the plurality of navigation-content words into the statement-conversion template corresponding to the type based on the attribute of the plurality of navigation-content words, to generate the geographical navigation broadcast statement.
  6. The apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the converting module (30) further comprises: a converting unit (34), configured to obtain a regional language library corresponding to the geographical identifier and convert the plurality of navigation-content words based on the regional language library.
  7. The apparatus according to any of claims 5 to 6, wherein the broadcast module (40) is configured to: obtain a geographical voice packet corresponding to the geographical identifier; and generate a navigation broadcast voice based on the geographical navigation broadcast statement and the geographical voice packet.
  8. The apparatus according to any of claims 5 to 7, wherein the obtaining module (10) is configured to: obtain the geographical identifier based on position information of the user; or obtain the geographical identifier based on an instruction input by the user.
  9. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having computer instructions stored thereon, wherein, the computer instructions are configured to cause a computer to implement the method for managing navigation broadcast according to any of clams 1 to 4.
  10. A computer program having computer instructions stored therein, wherein, the computer instructions are configured to cause a computer to implement the method for managing navigation broadcast according to any of clams 1 to 4.

Description

FIELD The present disclosure relates to a data processing technology field, particularly to an Intelligent transportation technology field, and more particularly to a method and an apparatus for managing navigation broadcast, and a device. BACKGROUND With the popularization of automobiles, driving by car has become one of the common ways for people to travel, and the navigation broadcast function has also emerged. The navigation broadcast function can broadcast navigation-related information for users, such as voice broadcast of current road conditions, prompt of turning ahead, etc. In related technologies, during navigation broadcast, the broadcast is performed through the preset standard navigation broadcast statement, and the navigation broadcast method is relatively simple. KR 2007 0044545 A discloses a voice guidance device and method for a car navigation system that enables voice guidance in the dialect or standard language of the region where the vehicle is located, including a GPS receiver for receiving geographic information from a GPS satellite, and regional dialect, a voice data storage unit that stores voice data encoded with a region code, and a region code memory that stores region codes assigned to voice data stored in the voice data memory unit by assigning them to region-specific information. By accessing the geographical information and area code from the unit, the GPS receiver, and the area code storage unit, the area code corresponding to the area where the vehicle is located is extracted and stored in the voice data storage unit. A car navigation control unit that controls access to only dialect voice data matching the region code among the stored dialect voice data, and a car navigation control unit that decodes and synthesizes the voice data accessed from the voice data storage unit to generate an audio signal. It is configured to include a voice synthesis unit and a voice output unit that is connected to the output terminal of the voice synthesis unit and outputs an audio signal output from the voice synthesis unit. CN 101 532 849 A discloses a navigation system and a method having language selection function. In the method, the area of a vehicle of a user is firstly detected, and the speech navigation language corresponding to the area of the vehicle is then selected for navigation for the user. When the vehicle of the user enters another area, the speech navigation language corresponding to the new area is selected for navigation for the user. After the technical proposal of the invention is used, when the user drives the vehicle to each area, the navigation system can automatically select the speech navigation language corresponding to the area so as to have navigation for the user, and the use requirement of the user is met without manual selection. CN 107 727 109 A discloses a personalized voice prompt method and device and electronic equipment. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the current geographical location information, and determining types of languages used by people in a place to which the current geographical location information belongs; and reading a voice file associated with the determined language type, and finally replacing the current voice file used for navigation with the read voice file, and playing the navigation voice. JP 2018 508816 A discloses a voice information output method. The method comprises the following steps: when determining that to-be-processed information needs to be output in a voice mode, determining geographic position information corresponding to the to-be-processed information according to user position information; according to the geographic position information, converting the to-be-processed information into voice information corresponding to the geographic position information; and outputting the voice information in user equipment. According to the scheme, a dialect adopted by the voice information can be automatically adjusted according to the user position information without the need for users to perform manual adjustment, so that the user operation is greatly simplified, better user experience can be provided for the users, and the method is especially suitable for the users used to using dialects. SUMMARY The present disclosure seeks to solve at least one of the problems existing in the related art to at least some extent. The invention is set out in the appended set of claims. Accordingly, a first objective of the present disclosure is to provide a method for managing navigation broadcast, such that the navigation broadcasts are matched with respective regions, users in different regions are provided with diversified and personalized navigation broadcasts.
