Claims (9)

  1. A water resistance apparatus for an oil cylinder, the oil cylinder comprises a press cover (10) and a piston rod (20) passing within the press cover (10), wherein the water resistance apparatus comprises: the press cover (10); a fluid inlet (14), arranged in the press cover (10); a fluid outlet (16), arranged in the press cover (10), wherein the fluid outlet (16) and the fluid inlet (14) are in a staggered arrangement; a seal assembly (30), arranged between the press cover (10) and the piston rod (20); a fluid input assembly (40), which is connected with the fluid inlet (14); and a fluid output assembly (70), which is connected with the fluid outlet (16); wherein a ring-shaped pressure accommodating cavity (50) is formed among the seal assembly (30), the press cover (10) and the piston rod (20); both the fluid inlet (14) and the fluid outlet (16) are connected with the pressure accommodating cavity (50); the fluid input assembly (40) is used to supply a pressure oil for the pressure accommodating cavity (50); and the fluid output assembly (70) is used to control the connection or disconnection of the pressure accommodating cavity (50) with the outside world; wherein the fluid input assembly (40) comprises: an oil storage device (41); a fluid-supply pipeline (42), wherein an end of the fluid-supply pipeline (42) is connected with the fluid inlet (14), and the other end of the fluid-supply pipeline (42) is connected to the oil storage device (41); and a fluid-control valve group (44), wherein the fluid-control valve group (44) is arranged in the fluid-supply pipeline (42) and used for adjusting the fluid-supply pressure of the fluid-supply pipeline (42); the fluid-control valve assembly (44) comprises: a reversing valve, (4411, 4413, 4415) wherein the reversing valve comprises a first connecting interface (4412), a second connecting interface (4414) and a third connecting interface (4416), and the reversing valve is connected to the fluid-supply pipeline (42) via the first connecting interface (4412) and the second connecting interface (4414); a connecting pipeline (442), wherein an end of the connecting pipeline (442) is connected with the third connecting interface (4416), the other end of the connecting pipeline (442) is connected with the fluid-supply pipeline (42) to form a connecting point (60), and the connecting point (60) is positioned between the reversing valve and the fluid inlet (14); and a first pressure-reducing valve (444), wherein the first pressure-reducing valve (444) is arranged in the fluid-supply pipeline (42), and is positioned between the second connecting interface (4414) and the connecting point (60).
  2. The water resistance apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the fluid-control valve group (44) further comprises a second pressure-reducing valve (446), the second pressure-reducing valve (446) is arranged in the connecting pipeline (442), and the preset pressure value of the second pressure-reducing valve (446) is higher than the preset pressure value of the first pressure-reducing valve (444).
  3. The water resistance apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the fluid-control valve group (44) comprises: a first pressure-reducing valve (444), arranged in the fluid-supply pipeline (42); an on-off valve (448) and a connecting pipeline (442), wherein the on-off valve (448) is arranged in the connecting pipeline (442), and the on-off valve (448) and the first pressure-reducing valve (444) are connected in parallel in the fluid-supply pipeline (42) via the connecting pipeline (442); or the fluid-control valve group (44) comprises a pilot-type pressure-reducing valve (449), and the pilot-type pressure-reducing valve (449) is arranged in the fluid-supply pipeline (42).

The water resistance apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the fluid input assembly (40) further comprises: a stop valve (46), arranged in the fluid-supply pipeline (42), and positioned between the oil storage device (41) and the fluid-control valve group (44); an accumulator (48), arranged in the fluid-supply pipeline (42), and positioned between the oil storage device (41) and the stop valve (46); and a first one-way valve (49), wherein the first one-way valve (49) is arranged in the fluid-supply pipeline (42) and positioned between the fluid-control valve group (44) and the fluid inlet (14), and the first one-way valve (49) is conducted unidirectionally along the fluid-supply direction of the fluid-supply pipeline (42).
  5. The water resistance apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the fluid output assembly (70) comprises: a fluid return pipeline (72), wherein an end of the fluid return pipeline (72) is connected with the fluid outlet (16); an overflow valve (74), wherein the overflow valve (74) is disposed in the fluid return pipeline (72), and the preset pressure value of the overflow valve (74) is lower than the preset pressure value of the second pressure-reducing valve (446) of the fluid input assembly (40), and higher than the preset pressure value of the first pressure-reducing valve (444) of the fluid input assembly (40); and a second one-way valve (76), wherein the second one-way valve (76) is disposed in the fluid return pipeline (72) and positioned between the fluid outlet (16) and the overflow valve (74), and the second one-way valve (76) is conducted unidirectionally along the fluid return direction of the fluid return pipeline (72).
  6. The water resistance apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the reversing valve is an electromagnetic reversing valve (4411), or a zero-leakage electromagnetic reversing valve (4413), or a manual three-way ball valve (4415).
  7. A pumping system, wherein the pumping system comprises: a conveying cylinder; and a main oil cylinder, wherein the main oil cylinder is provided with the water resistance apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6; wherein a piston rod of the main oil cylinder is connected to a piston rod of the conveying cylinder, and the piston rod of the main oil cylinder is used to drive the piston rod within the conveying cylinder to move, and the water resistance apparatus is arranged at an end of the main oil cylinder near the conveying cylinder.
  8. A pumping machine, comprising the water resistance apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, or the pumping system according to claim 7.
  9. A cleaning method for a pumping machine, wherein the cleaning method is used for the pumping machine according to claim 8, and the cleaning method comprises: step S10, before the operation of the pumping machine, opening the fluid input assembly (40) to supply a pressure oil for the pressure accommodating cavity (50), and controlling the fluid output assembly (70) and the pressure accommodating cavity (50) is conducted with the outside world.

Description

The present invention relates to the technical field of water resistance in pumping systems, and particularly relates to a water resistance apparatus, a pumping system, a pumping machine and a cleaning method. US20150337960A1 discloses a sealing configuration which is provided for circulating sealing medium through an outlet line for sealing medium which is connected to the recess, and a circulating device is provided, with which the sealing medium is circulated through the recess while maintaining the pressure of the sealing medium through the inlet and the outlet line. CN 2506819Y discloses a waterproof device of a valve-controlled hydraulic oil cylinder piston rod. A lip-shaped sealing ring (4) corresponding to a lip-shaped sealing ring (3) corresponding to a lip-shaped sealing ring (3) in a lip opening direction is arranged on a gland (1), and a pressure oil cavity (5) is formed between the lip-shaped sealing ring (3) and the lip-shaped sealing ring (4); an oil way (8) is arranged on the gland (1), one end of the oil way (8) is communicated with the pressure oil cavity (5), the other end of the oil way (8) is communicated with the oil pump (12), an one-way valve (9) leading to the pressure oil cavity (5) is arranged between the oil pump (12) and the oil way (8), an energy accumulator (10) is arranged between the one-way valve (9) and the oil pump (12), An overflow valve (11) is arranged between the one-way valve (9) and the oil way (8). A dustproof ring is additionally arranged beside an original dustproof ring, a check ring is arranged between the two dustproof rings, a cavity is formed between the check ring and the piston rod, a ventilation channel is arranged above the gland, one end of the ventilation channel is communicated with the atmosphere, and the other end of the ventilation channel is communicated with the cavity; and a drainage channel is arranged below the gland, one end of the drainage channel is communicated with the atmosphere, and the other end of the drainage channel is communicated with the cavity. Water scraped off by the second dustproof ring rapidly flows out through the drainage channel below. Air is supplemented into the air channel above, so that the water below can be rapidly discharged. CN103452953A discloses a hydraulic oil cylinder, a waterproof system thereof and a concrete pumping device comprising the hydraulic oil cylinder. The waterproof system of the hydraulic oil cylinder comprises a pressure cover (1), an oil source (2), a water absorption filter (3) and an oil tank (4), wherein the pressure cover (1) is provided with a first oil duct (5) and a second oil duct (6), an oil cavity which is communicated with the first oil duct (5) and the second oil duct (6) is formed on the inner surface of the pressure cover (1), the oil source (2) is connected with the first oil duct (5) through a first pipeline, one end of the water absorption filter (3) is connected with the second oil duct (6) through a second pipeline, and the other end of the water absorption filter (3) is connected with the oil tank (4). US5129790A discloses a plunger pump for supplying solution in accordance with an extrusion action of a plunger within a pump chamber. The plunger pump includes a cleaning chamber sealed by a seal member around and relative to the plunger, with a cleaning liquid inlet-side flow conduit and a cleaning liquid outlet-side flow conduit for communicating with the cleaning chamber, respectively. US3943717A discloses a hydraulic cylinder comprises a piston reciprocally mounted in a housing thereof. A pair of annular sealing means, slidably receiving a rod of the piston, are disposed on either side of an annular chamber which has pressurized fluid pumped therethrough for flushing purposes. US4206928A discloses a system for recirculating sealing liquid back into the liquid seal portion of a Stirling engine. The system uses two pumping devices alternatively coupled to an accumulation reservoir to receive escaped liquid and to return it to the liquid seal. BACKGROUND The water resistance apparatus in the prior art does not have a pre-cleaning function, i.e., before the pumping operation of a pumping system, the water resistance apparatus cannot accomplish the cleaning on a pressure accommodating cavity or a hydraulic circuit and a valve connected with the pressure accommodating cavity in the water resistance apparatus, and thus, a foreign substance such as an oil-water mixture deposited in the pressure accommodating cavity easily clogs the valve core of an overflow valve or stutters its action, which causes that the overflow valve is unable to normally open or close, and a seal cavity (pressure accommodating cavity) cannot establish pressure, thereby rendering the failure of the sealing of a piston rod, causing external moisture to be mixed with the hydraulic oil within the press cover of the water res
