Claims (13)
- A measurement feedback method, comprising: receiving (201), by a satellite network node, terminal capability information of a terminal residing at a satellite network node; determining (202), by the satellite network node, measurement feedback configuration information for the terminal based on the terminal capability information; and sending (203), by the satellite network node, the measurement feedback configuration information to the terminal, wherein the measurement feedback configuration information comprises: the terminal does not perform any measurement and does not feed back a measurement result.
- The method according to claim 1, wherein receiving (201) terminal capability information of a terminal residing at the satellite network node, comprises: receiving the terminal capability information associated with the terminal and reported by the terminal through an air interface link between the satellite network node and the terminal; or receiving the terminal capability information associated with the terminal and reported by a satellite ground station; preferably, wherein the terminal capability information associated with the terminal further comprises terminal capability information of other terminals besides the terminal.
- The method according to claim 1, wherein sending (203) the measurement feedback configuration information to the terminal, comprises: sending the measurement feedback configuration information to the terminal through the air interface link between the satellite network node and the terminal; or sending the measurement feedback configuration information to the terminal through a satellite ground station.
- The method according to claim 1, wherein sending (203) the measurement feedback configuration information to the terminal, comprises: sending common measurement feedback configuration information, the common measurement feedback configuration information indicating a measurement feedback configuration for a terminal group comprising the terminal.
- The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the measurement feedback configuration information comprises: the terminal measures a configured measuring quantity and feeds back the measurement result; or the terminal measures the configured measuring quantity and feeds back the measurement result in a configuration period; or the terminal measures the configured measuring quantity on a configured resource and feeds back the measurement result; or the terminal measures the configured measuring quantity on a configured first resource and feeds back the measurement result on a configured second resource.
- The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the terminal capability information comprises at least one of following information: a form of the terminal, battery power information of the terminal, transmitting power information of the terminal, antenna configuration information of the terminal and a processing capacity of the terminal; or, the terminal capability information comprises link quality information of the terminal.
- A measurement feedback method, comprising: reporting, by a terminal, terminal capability information associated with the terminal to a satellite network node where the terminal resides; receiving (301), by the terminal, measurement feedback configuration information from the satellite network node; and performing (302), by the terminal, a measurement and reporting a measurement result based on the measurement feedback configuration information, wherein the measurement feedback configuration information comprises: the terminal does not perform any measurement and does not feed back a measurement result.
- The method according to claim 7, wherein receiving (301) measurement feedback configuration information from the satellite network node where a terminal resides, comprises: receiving the measurement feedback configuration information from the satellite network node through an air interface link between the satellite network node and the terminal; or receiving the measurement feedback configuration information from the satellite network node through a satellite ground station.
- The method according to claim 7, wherein receiving (301) measurement feedback configuration information from the satellite network node where a terminal resides, comprises: receiving common measurement feedback configuration information, the common measurement feedback configuration information indicating a measurement feedback configuration for a terminal group comprising the terminal.
- The method according to claim 7, further comprising: reporting the terminal capability information associated with the terminal to the satellite network node through the air interface link between the satellite network node and the terminal; or reporting the terminal capability information associated with the terminal to the satellite network node through a satellite ground station; preferably, wherein the terminal capability information associated with the terminal further comprises terminal capability information of other terminals besides the terminal.
- The method according to any one of claims 7 to 10, wherein the terminal capability information comprises at least one of following information: a form of the terminal, battery power information of the terminal, transmitting power information of the terminal, antenna configuration information of the terminal and a processing capacity of the terminal, or, the terminal capability information comprises link quality information of the terminal.
- A satellite network node, comprising: a processor, a transceiver, a memory, and an executable program stored on the memory and runnable by the processor, wherein the processor is configured to execute a measurement feedback method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
- A terminal, comprising: a processor, a transceiver, a memory, and an executable program stored on the memory and runnable by the processor, wherein the processor is configured to execute a measurement feedback method according to any one of claims 7 to 11.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to measurement feedback configuration technologies for terminals, and more particularly, to a measurement feedback method, a network device, and a terminal. BACKGROUND For satellite communication systems, due to a long distance between a satellite and a terminal and a wide coverage of the satellite, the link quality between different terminals and the service satellite has strong consistency. In this case, if a measurement feedback mechanism of a cellular communication is still used, many terminals will make a lot of useless measurements, waste a lot of communication resources and consume more power, which is not beneficial to improvement of the communication quality. WO2019170866A1 provides a method of operating a user equipment (UE) device in communication with a non-terrestrial communication system including a plurality of transmission points, the method including in the UE device triggering a transmission of a measurement report dependent on a measurement by the UE device of a received signal parameter of a signal received from a transmission point of the system and a comparison of the measured parameter with a threshold, the threshold varying according to a predetermined function dependent on an expected position of the UE device with respect to the transmission point. WO2020091527A1 relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). The disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. The disclosure provides a signal transmission method, apparatus, electronic device and computer readable storage medium. SUMMARY The invention is set out in the appended set of claims. The following aspects and implementation clauses in this section are provided for a better understanding of the invention which is solely defined by the appended claims. In view of this, embodiments of the present invention provide a measurement feedback method and apparatus, a network device, a terminal and a storage medium. According to a first aspect of the present invention, a measurement feedback method is provided, including: receiving, by a network device, terminal capability information of a terminal residing at a satellite network node; determining, by the network device, measurement feedback configuration information for the terminal based on the terminal capability information; and sending, by the network device, the measurement feedback configuration information to the terminal. In an embodiment, receiving the terminal capability information of the terminal residing at the satellite network node includes: receiving the terminal capability information associated with the terminal and reported by the terminal through an air interface link between the satellite network node and the terminal; or receiving the terminal capability information associated with the terminal and reported by a satellite ground station. In an embodiment, the terminal capability information associated with the terminal further includes terminal capability information of other terminals besides the terminal. In an embodiment, sending the measurement feedback configuration information to the terminal includes: sending the measurement feedback configuration information to the terminal through the air interface link between the satellite network node and the terminal; or sending the measurement feedback configuration information to the terminal through the satellite ground station. In an embodiment, sending the measurement feedback configuration information to the terminal includes: sending common measurement feedback configuration information, the common measurement feedback configuration information indicating a measurement feedback configuration for a terminal group including the terminal. In an embodiment, sending the measurement feedback configuration information to the terminal includes: sending the measurement feedback configuration information to the satellite ground station, such that the satellite ground station determines a communication mode with the terminal to be configured based on the measurement feedback configuration information, and configuration of the measurement feedback to the terminal is completed based on the communication mode. In an embodiment, the measurement feedback configuration information includes: the terminal does not perform any measurement and does not feed back a measurement result; or the terminal measures a configured measuring quantity and feeds back a measurement result; or the terminal measures the configured measuring quantity and feeds back the measurement result in a configuration peri
