Claims (15)

  1. A data processing method, comprising: obtaining (101), by a data analytics network element, data of a terminal on an access network element, wherein the data of the terminal on the access network element comprises first association information, the first association information comprises an identifier assigned by the access network element to the terminal; sending, by an access and mobility management function network element, data of the terminal on the access and mobility management function network element to the data analytics network element, wherein the data of the terminal on the access and mobility management function network element comprises the first association information; obtaining (102), by the data analytics network element, the data of the terminal on the access and mobility management function network element, and associating (103), by the data analytics network element, the data of the terminal on the access network element with the data of the terminal on the access and mobility management function network element based on the first association information.
  2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the first association information further comprises an identifier of the access network element.
  3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the data of the terminal on the access and mobility management function network element further comprises second association information, and the second association information is used for associating the data of the terminal on the access and mobility management function network element with data of the terminal on a session management function network element; and the method further comprises: sending, by session management function network element, the data of the terminal on the session management function network element to the data analytics network element, wherein the data of the terminal on the session management function network element comprises the second association information; obtaining (104), by the data analytics network element, the data of the terminal on the session management function network element; and associating (105), by the data analytics network element, the data of the terminal on the access and mobility management function network element with the data of the terminal on the session management function network element based on the second association information.
  4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the second association information comprises an identifier of the terminal, and the identifier of the terminal is a subscription permanent identifier, SUPI, of the terminal.
  5. The method according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the data of the terminal on the session management function network element further comprises third association information, and the third association information is used for associating the data of the terminal on the session management function network element with data of the terminal on a user plane function network element; and the method further comprises: sending, by the user plane function network element , the data of the terminal on the user plane function network element to the data analytics network element, wherein the data of the terminal on the user plane function network element comprises the third association information; obtaining (106), by the data analytics network element, the data of the terminal on the user plane function network element; and associating (107), by the data analytics network element, the data of the terminal on the session management function network element with the data of the terminal on the user plane function network element based on the third association information.
  6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the third association information comprises an IP address of the terminal.
  7. The method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the data of the terminal on the user plane function network element further comprises fourth association information, and the fourth association information is used for associating the data of the terminal on the user plane function network element with data of the terminal on an application function network element; and the method further comprises: obtaining (108), by the data analytics network element, the data of the terminal on the application function network element, wherein the data of the terminal on the application function network element comprises the fourth association information; and associating (109), by the data analytics network element, the data of the terminal on the user plane function network element with the data of the terminal on the application function network element based on the fourth association information.
  8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the fourth association information comprises an internet protocol IP 5-tuple.
  9. The method according to claim 7 or 8, wherein each of the first association information, the second association information, the third association information and the fourth association information further comprises a timestamp.
  10. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the identifier assigned by the access network element to the terminal is an identifier assigned by the access network element to the terminal on a first interface, and the first interface is an interface between the access network element and the access and mobility management function network element.
  11. The method according to claim 10, wherein the identifier assigned by the access network element to the terminal is a RAN UE NGAP ID.
  12. A communications system, comprising a data analytics network element, configured to obtain data of a terminal on an access network element and data of the terminal on an access and mobility management function network element, wherein the data of the terminal on the access network element comprises first association information, the first association information comprises an identifier assigned by the access network element to the terminal, the data of the terminal on the access and mobility management function network element comprises the first association information; and associate the data of the terminal on the access network element with the data of the terminal on the access and mobility management function network element based on the first association information; the access and mobility management function network element, configured to send data of the terminal on the access and mobility management function network element to the data analytics network element.
  13. The communications system according to claim 12, wherein the data of the terminal on the access and mobility management function network element further comprises second association information, and the second association information is used for associating the data of the terminal on the access and mobility management function network element with data of the terminal on a session management function network element; and the data analytics network element is further configured to obtainthe data of the terminal on the session management function network element, wherein the data of the terminal on the session management function network element comprises the second association information; and associate the data of the terminal on the access and mobility management function network element with the data of the terminal on the session management function network element based on the second association information.
  14. The communications system according to claim 13, wherein the data of the terminal on the session management function network element further comprises third association information, and the third association information is used for associating the data of the terminal on the session management function network element with data of the terminal on a user plane function network element; and the data analytics network element is further configured to obtain the data of the terminal on the user plane function network element, wherein the data of the terminal on the user plane function network element comprises the third association information; and associate the data of the terminal on the session management function network element with the data of the terminal on the user plane function network element based on the third association information.
  15. The communications system according to claim 14, wherein the data of the terminal on the user plane function network element further comprises fourth association information, and the fourth association information is used for associating the data of the terminal on the user plane function network element with data of the terminal on an application function network element; and the data analytics network elementis further configured to obtain the data of the terminal on the application function network element, wherein the data of the terminal on the application function network element comprises the fourth association information; and associate the data of the terminal on the user plane function network element with the data of the terminal on the application function network element based on the fourth association information.

Description

This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 201910263062.4, filed with the China National Intellectual Property Administration on April 2, 2019 and entitled "DATA PROCESSING METHOD AND APPARATUS, AND SYSTEM. TECHNICAL FIELD Implementations of this application relate to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a data processing method and a system. BACKGROUND In a fifth generation (5th generation, 5G) communications network, a network data analytics function (network data analytics function, NWDAF) network element is introduced into a core network. The NWDAF network element obtains, by using a big data analytics technology, a data analytics result based on data of a terminal that is collected from one or more network elements, and feeds back the data analytics result to the network element for policy formulation. However, how the NWDAF network element associates the collected data is a technical problem that urgently needs to be resolved currently. EP 3 813 304 A1 relates to an information processing method and apparatus, to provide network side-expected terminal behavioral information with relatively high reliability. SUMMARY Implementations of this application provide a data processing method and apparatus, and a system, to associate data of a terminal that is distributed on different network elements. The invention is set out in the appended set of claims. To resolve the foregoing technical problem, the implementations of this application provide the following technical solutions: According to a first aspect, an implementation of this application provides a data processing method, including: obtaining, by a data analytics network element, data of a terminal on a first network element, where the data of the terminal on the first network element includes a first identifier, and the first network element is an access network element; obtaining, by the data analytics network element, data on a second network element, where the data on the second network element includes data of the terminal on the second network element, the data of the terminal on the second network element includes the first identifier, and the first identifier includes any one or more of the following information: an identifier assigned by the first network element to the terminal and/or an identifier assigned by the second network element to the terminal; and associating, by the data analytics network element, the data of the terminal on the first network element with the data of the terminal on the second network element based on the first identifier. In this implementation of this application, the first identifier may be replaced with first association information. In other words, the first identifier is the first association information. According to the data processing method provided in this implementation of this application, the data analytics network element obtains the data of the terminal on the first network element and the data of the terminal on the second network element. The data analytics network element associates the data of the terminal on the first network element with the data of the terminal on the second network element based on the first identifier, so that the data analytics network element subsequently obtains, by using a big data analytics technology, a data analytics result based on associated data of the terminal on at least two network elements. In a possible implementation, the first identifier further includes at least one of the following information: an identifier of the first network element, an identifier of the second network element, an identifier of the terminal, a session identifier of the terminal, a flow identifier of the terminal, network instance information, and area information of the terminal. In a possible implementation, the flow identifier of the terminal is a service flow identifier of the terminal. In a possible implementation, the second network element is one of an access and mobility management function network element, a user plane function network element, a session management function network element, a policy control function network element, and a terminal. In this way, the data of the terminal on the access network element can be associated with the data of the terminal on the access and mobility management function network element, or the data of the terminal on the access network element is associated with the data of the terminal on the terminal, or the data of the terminal on the access network element is associated with the data of the terminal on the user plane function network element, or the data of the terminal on the access network element is associated with the data of the terminal on the session management function network element, or the data of the terminal on the access network element is associated with the data of the terminal on the policy control function network element.
