Claims (14)
- A bracket (2) for a module (1), wherein two first limiting parts (23) arranged opposite to each other are arranged at two ends of the bracket (2), a second limiting part (21) is arranged on at least one side of the bracket (2), and the two first limiting parts (23) and the second limiting part (21) are enclosed to form a mounting position for mounting the module (1); wherein the bracket (1) comprises a bottom plate (22) and vertical plates (231) at two ends of the bottom plate (22), and the vertical plates (231) form the first limiting parts (23); and a first flange (211) is arranged on only one side of the bottom plate (22), and the first flange (211) forms the second limiting part (21); and wherein the module comprises an external connecting end (12), and the bracket (2) is provided with a notch (2a) to expose the external connecting end (12).
- The bracket (2) for a module (1) according to claim 1, wherein a second flange (25) opposite to an extension direction of the first flange (211) is arranged on the other side of the bottom plate (22), and the second flange (25) is configured to bond a circuit board element (7) and/or an electronic device.
- A bracket (2') for a module (1), wherein two first limiting parts (23) arranged opposite to each other are arranged at two ends of the bracket (2'), two second limiting parts (21) arranged opposite to each other are arranged at two sides of the bracket (2'), and the two first limiting parts (23) and the two second limiting parts (21) are enclosed to form a mounting position for mounting the module (1); wherein the bracket (2') comprises two side plates (211', 212') arranged opposite to each other and two end plates (231') arranged opposite to each other, two end plates (231') are two first limiting parts (23), and two side plates (211', 212') are two second limiting parts (21); and two side plates (211', 212') and two end plates (231') are enclosed to form the mounting position, and an inner wall of at least one of the side plates (211', 212') or the end plates (231') is at least partially provided with an elastic part (2b') made of an elastic material in a protruding manner, so as to be in an interference fit with the module (1); and wherein the module (1) comprises an external connecting end (12), and the bracket (2') is provided with a notch (2a') to expose the external connecting end (12).
- The bracket (2') for a module (1) according to claim 3, wherein the end plate (231') and the side plate (211', 212') are integrally formed through injection molding, the elastic part (2b') is made of soft plastic, and other parts of the end plate (231') and the side plate (211', 212') are made of hard plastic.
- The bracket (2, 2') for a module (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the bracket (2, 2') is separately arranged on the electronic device, and the bracket (2, 2') comprises fixing parts (24), wherein the fixing parts (24) are configured to fix the bracket (2, 2') to the electronic device; or the bracket (2, 2') is integrally formed on a housing of the electronic device.
- The bracket (2, 2') for a module (1) according to claim 5, wherein the bracket (2, 2') is separately arranged on the electronic device, the fixing parts (24) are fixed or integrally arranged on the first limiting parts (23), and the fixing parts (24) are provided with connecting holes (241a, 241a') configured for fixing to the electronic device.
- A module assembly, comprising a module (1) and a bracket (2, 2') for mounting the module (1), wherein the bracket (2, 2') is the bracket (2, 2') according to any one of claims 1 to 6, and the module (1) is mounted at the mounting position of the bracket (2, 2').
- The module assembly according to claim 7, wherein the module (1) comprises an external connecting end (12), and the module assembly further comprises a connection structure (6), wherein the connection structure (6) comprises a main body portion (63) and a first connecting end (61) and a second connecting end (62) that are arranged on the main body portion (63), the first connecting end (61) is configured to be connected to the external connecting end (12) of the module (1), and the second connecting end (62) is configured to be connected to an electronic element of the electronic device; and the main body portion (63) is capable of being fixed to the second limiting part (21).
- The module assembly according to claim 8, wherein the main body portion (63) is bonded to the second limiting part (21).
- The module assembly according to any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein at least one of a heat conductive pad (4) or a circuit board element is fixed on the bottom of the module assembly.
- The module assembly according to claim 10, wherein a limiting structure is arranged on the bottom of the bracket, and the limiting structure prevents the circuit board element from being separated from the bottom.
- The module assembly according to any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein the module (1) is bonded to at least one of the first limiting part (23) or the second limiting part (21).
- The module assembly according to claim 12, wherein the module (1) comprises a chip (13), wherein the chip (13) is bonded to the second limiting part (21).
- The module assembly according to any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein the module (1) comprises an antenna module (14) capable of performing communication, the second limiting part (21) is arranged on only one side of the bracket (2, 2'), the other side of the bracket (2, 2') is provided with an opening, and the antenna module (14) faces the opening.
Description
Priority is claimed to Chinese Patent Application No. 202111562886.5, filed with the China National Intellectual Property Administration on December 20, 2021 and entitled "BRACKET, MODULE ASSEMBLY, AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE", and Chinese Patent Application No. 202210197522.X, filed with the China National Intellectual Property Administration on March 1, 2022 and entitled "BRACKET, MODULE ASSEMBLY, AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE". TECHNICAL FIELD This disclosure generally relates to the field of electronic technologies, and the invention in particular, relates to a bracket, and a module assembly BACKGROUND With the continuous development of communication technology, users' requirements for communication performance of electronic devices are increasingly higher. To meet use requirements of the users for electronic device communication in different occasions and scenarios, some modules with special communication performance, such as a millimeter wave module, may be incorporated into electronic products such as mobile phones. The main function of such a module is to realize signal transmission in a millimeter wave band. Current millimeter wave modules are usually packaged devices, including a circuit board, a chip, an antenna module, and a BTB (Board to Board) connector, which are configured to connect to a circuit board in the mobile phone. After the millimeter wave module is mounted in the mobile phone, position stability and connection stability need to be maintained. CN108712533A discloses a bracket structure including a receiving member. The receiving member includes a supporting bottom plate and a supporting side wall. A through hole is defined in the middle of the support bottom plate. The supporting bottom plate is connected to supporting side walls from three sides, namely a first support side wall, a second support side wall and a third support side wall. CN208113171U discloses a circuit board assembly including a circuit board, a BTB connector and a fixing structure. The fixing structure includes a pressing plate, a first connecting member, a second connecting member and a limiting member. Furthermore, the pressing plate includes a main body, a first bending portion and a second bending portion. The first bending portion and the second bending portion are bent in the same direction and arranged at opposite ends of the main body. The first bending portion is provided with a first through hole. The main body is connected to bending portions from two sides, namely a first bending portion and a second bending portion. SUMMARY The object of the present invention is to provide a bracket and a module assembly which may mount a module more stably, to improve position stability of the module in the electronic device. This object is solved by the attached independent claims and further embodiments and improvements of the invention are listed in the attached dependent claims. Hereinafter, up to the "brief description of the drawings", expressions like "...aspect according to the invention", "according to the invention", or "the present invention", relate to technical teaching of the broadest embodiment as claimed with the independent claims. Expressions like "implementation", "design", "optionally", "preferably", "scenario", "aspect" or similar relate to further embodiments as claimed, and expressions like "example", "...aspect according to an example", "the disclosure describes", or "the disclosure" describe technical teaching which relates to the understanding of the invention or its embodiments, which, however, is not claimed as such. According to an aspect according to the invention, the invention provides a bracket for a module, two first limiting parts arranged opposite to each other are arranged at two ends of the bracket, a second limiting part is arranged on at least one side of the bracket, and the two first limiting parts and the second limiting part are enclosed to form a mounting position for mounting the module. Two first limiting parts at two ends and a second limiting part at least at one side are enclosed to form a mounting position, and both the first limiting parts and the second limiting part may limit the module, so as to limit in all directions and ensure position stability of the module in the bracket. The bracket is further fixed to the electronic device through fixing parts, so that the position stability of the module in the electronic device may be ensured. According to an aspect according to the invention, the invention further provides a first implementation according to the aspect according to the invention. The bracket includes a bottom plate and vertical plates at two ends of the bottom plate, and the vertical plates form the first limiting parts; and a first flange is arranged on only one side of the bottom plate, and the first flange forms the second limiting part.
