  2. An information processing apparatus (10), comprising a processor, configured to carry out the method according to claim 1.
  3. The information processing apparatus (10) according to claim 2, wherein the processor (20) is configured to: change the power saving setting of the information processing apparatus (10) to the third transition time based on the usage status of the information processing apparatus (10) in a case where the power saving setting of the apparatus is changed from the first transition time to the second transition time at a time of an initial setting of the information processing apparatus (10).
  4. The information processing apparatus (10) according to claim 3, wherein the processor (20) is configured to: change the power saving setting of the information processing apparatus (10) to the third transition time based on the usage status of the information processing apparatus (10) after the initial setting is performed after a predetermined time elapses from the time of the initial setting in a case where the power saving setting of the information processing apparatus (10) is changed from the first transition time to the second transition time at the time of the initial setting of the information processing apparatus (10).
  5. The information processing apparatus (10) according to claim 2, wherein the processor (20) is configured to: change the power saving setting of the information processing apparatus (10) to the third setting based on the usage status of the information processing apparatus (10) until the power saving setting of the information processing apparatus (10) is changed to the second transition time in a case where the power saving status of the information processing apparatus (10) is changed from the first transition time to the second transition time after the information processing apparatus (10) is used over a predetermined period from a time of an initial setting.
  6. The information processing apparatus (10) according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the processor (20) is configured to: display information indicating that the power saving setting of the information processing apparatus (10) is changed to the third setting on a display (14).
  7. The information processing apparatus (10) according to claim 6, wherein the processor (20) is configured to: display information indicating that the power saving setting of the information processing apparatus (10) is changed to the third transition time on a login screen first displayed after the power saving setting of the information processing apparatus (10) is changed to the third transition time.
  8. The information processing apparatus (10) according to any one of claims 2 to 7, wherein the processor (20) is configured to: change the power saving setting of the information processing apparatus (10) stepwisely based on the usage status of the information processing apparatus (10) in the third transition time, wherein to change the power saving setting of the information processing apparatus (10) stepwisely is to change the power saving setting of the information processing apparatus (10) from a previous setting to a current setting different from the previous setting.
  9. A program comprising: instructions which, when the program is executed by a computer, cause the computer to carry out the method of claim 1.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION (i) Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method performed by an information processing apparatus, an information processing apparatus, and a program, particularly for power saving in the information processing apparatus. (ii) Description of Related Art An apparatus having a power saving function has been known. JP2008-118534A describes an apparatus that acquires an event in which an image forming apparatus enters a power saving state and an event indicating that the image forming apparatus returns from the power saving state, accumulates a type of the acquired event and an occurrence time of the event, and controls a sleep state of the image forming apparatus based on an analysis result of the accumulated information. US 2011/131436 A1 discloses a image forming device that forms an image on a print medium including a power saving mode shifting part that shifts a mode of the image forming device to a power saving mode, in which power consumption is decreased, when a set power saving mode shifting time has elapsed during a standby mode, an idle time watching part that measures an idle time in the standby mode from a time of a completion of a previous printing to a time of starting a subsequent printing, a counting part that counts a number of times that the idle time has been equal to or longer than a preset idle reference time, and a shifting time setting part that sets the power saving mode shifting time in response to the count value. US 2011/283121 A1 discloses a system including multiple devices and a management apparatus, the management apparatus receives target power consumption, and a setting of a time period for performing power saving control, calculates target power consumption of each device and sets the calculated target power consumption for each device. When a power amount reallocation request is received from a first device in which power consumption of the device has reached a power saving transition power amount within the time period. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present disclosure is to suppress a decrease in a power saving effect in a case where a power saving setting of an apparatus is changed from a default setting to another setting as compared with a case where the other setting is maintained. The present invention is defined by the independent claims. The dependent claims define advantageous embodiments. Further aspects of the present invention will become apparent from the following description with reference to the attached drawings. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Exemplary embodiment(s) of the present invention will be described in detail based on the following figures, wherein: Fig. 1 is a block diagram showing a hardware configuration of an image forming apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment;Fig. 2 is a diagram showing each mode of the image forming apparatus;Fig. 3 is a flowchart showing a flow of processing of changing a power saving setting;Fig. 4 is a diagram showing a screen for setting a target level;Fig. 5 is a diagram showing a relationship between the amount of power consumption and a return time for each target level;Fig. 6 is a diagram showing energy saving of each mode in a second setting;Fig. 7 is a diagram showing convenience of each mode in the second setting;Fig. 8 is a diagram showing energy saving of each mode in a third setting A;Fig. 9 is a diagram showing convenience of each mode in the third setting A;Fig. 10 is a diagram showing energy saving of each mode in a third setting B; andFig. 11 is a diagram showing the convenience of each mode in the third setting B. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION An apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment is an apparatus having a function of causing a state of the apparatus to transition to a state of power saving. The apparatus according to the exemplary embodiment may be any apparatus as long as the apparatus is such an apparatus. The apparatus according to the exemplary embodiment includes an operating state, a standby state, and a power saving state. In the following description, a mode of the apparatus in a case where the state of the apparatus is the operating state is referred to as an "operating mode". The mode of the apparatus in a case where the state of the apparatus is the standby state is referred to as a "standby mode". The mode of the apparatus in a case where the state of the apparatus is the power saving state is referred to as a "power saving mode". The state of the apparatus in the operating mode is a state where power is supplied to each part constituting the apparatus and each part is operating. For example, a state where the apparatus is being warmed up or a state where processing is being executed is the state of the apparatus in the operating mode. The state where the apparatus is being warmed means that the apparatus is powered on and the apparatus can execute processing. The state of the apparatus in the standby mode
