Claims (15)

  1. A method for obtaining a Vehicle to Everything, V2X, communication policy on expiry of at least part of the V2X communication policy, comprising transmitting, by a terminal device via an Access and Mobility Management function, AMF, an interface indication to a Policy Control Function, PCF, wherein the interface indication is carried in a request message, and a value of the interface indication is used for indicating whether an expired policy for V2X communication over a PC5 interface and/or an expired policy for V2X communication over an Uu interface is requested; and receiving, by the terminal device from the PCF via the AMF, at least one of the expired policy for V2X communication over the PC5 interface and the expired policy for V2X communication over the Uu interface according to the value of the interface indication.
  2. The method according to claim 1 wherein the expired policy for V2X communication over the PC5 interface comprises expiration time of the expired policy for the V2X communication over the PC5 interface, and the expired policy for V2X communication over the Uu interface comprises expiration time of the expired policy for the V2X communication over the Uu interface.
  3. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the interface indication is carried in a container that is transparent to the Access and Mobility Management Function, AMF.
  4. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the interface indication occupies four bits of one octet, wherein the bit value of the four bits of the one octet indicates whether the expired policy for V2X communication over the PC5 interface and/or the expired policy for V2X communication over the Uu interface is requested, wherein optionally, when the bit value of the four bits of the one octet is 0001, it indicates that the expired policy for V2X communication over the PC5 interface is requested; when the bit value of the four bits of the one octet is 0010, it indicates that the expired policy for V2X communication over the Uu interface is requested; when the bit value of the four bits of the one octet is 0011, it indicates that both the expired policy for V2X communication over the PC5 interface and the expired policy for V2X communication over the Uu interface are requested.
  5. A method for obtaining a Vehicle to Everything, V2X, communication policy on expiry of at least part of the V2X communication policy, comprising receiving, by a Policy Control Function, PCF, via an Access and Mobility Management function, AMF, an interface indication from a terminal device, wherein the interface indication is carried in a request message, and a value of the interface indication is used for indicating whether an expired policy for V2X communication over a PC5 interface and/or an expired policy for V2X communication over an Uu interface is requested; and transmitting, by the PCF to the terminal device via the AMF, at least one of the expired policy for V2X communication over the PC5 interface and the expired policy for V2X communication over the Uu interface according to the value of the interface indication.

The method according to claim 5, wherein the expired policy for V2X communication over the PC5 interface comprises expiration time of the expired policy for the V2X communication over the PC5 interface, and the expired policy for V2X communication over the Uu interface comprises expiration time of the expired policy for the V2X communication over the Uu interface.
  7. The method according to any one of claims 5 to 6, wherein the interface indication is carried in a container that is transparent to the Access and Mobility Management Function, AMF.
  8. The method according to any one of claims 4-7, wherein the interface indication occupies four bits of one octet, wherein the bit value of the four bits of the one octet indicates whether the expired policy for V2X communication over the PC5 interface and/or the expired policy for V2X communication over the Uu interface is requested, wherein optionally, when the bit value of the four bits of the one octet is 0001, it indicates that the expired policy for V2X communication over the PC5 interface is requested; when the bit value of the four bits of the one octet is 0010, it indicates that the expired policy for V2X communication over the Uu interface is requested; when the bit value of the four bits of the one octet is 0011, it indicates that both the expired policy for V2X communication over the PC5 interface and the expired policy for V2X communication over the Uu interface are requested.
  9. An apparatus for obtaining a Vehicle to Everything, V2X, communication policy on expiry of at least part of the V2X communication policy, the apparatus is for a terminal device and comprises: a transmitting unit configured to transmit via an Access and Mobility Management function, AMF, an interface indication to a Policy Control Function, PCF, wherein the interface indication is carried in a request message, and a value of the interface indication is used for indicating whether an expired policy for V2X communication over a PC5 interface and/or an expired policy for V2X communication over an Uu interface is requested; and a receiving unit configured to receive at least one of the expired policy for V2X communication over the PC5 interface and the expired policy for V2X communication over the Uu interface from the PCF via the AMF according to the value of the interface indication.

The apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the expired policy for V2X communication over the PC5 interface comprises expiration time of the expired policy for the V2X communication over the PC5 interface, and the expired policy for V2X communication over the Uu interface comprises expiration time of the expired policy for the V2X communication over the Uu interface.
  11. The apparatus according to any one of claims 9 to 10, wherein the interface indication is carried in a container that is transparent to the Access and Mobility Management Function, AMF.

The apparatus according to any one of claims 9-11, wherein the interface indication occupies four bits of one octet, wherein the bit value of the four bits of the one octet indicates whether the expired policy for V2X communication over the PC5 interface and/or the expired policy for V2X communication over the Uu interface is requested, wherein optionally, when the bit value of the four bits of the one octet is 0001, it indicates that the expired policy for V2X communication over the PC5 interface is requested; when the bit value of the four bits of the one octet is 0010, it indicates that the expired policy for V2X communication over the Uu interface is requested; when the bit value of the four bits of the one octet is 0011, it indicates that both the expired policy for V2X communication over the PC5 interface and the expired policy for V2X communication over the Uu interface are requested.
  13. An apparatus for obtaining a Vehicle to Everything, V2X, communication policy on expiry of at least part of the V2X communication policy, the apparatus is for a Policy Control Function, PCF, and comprises: a receiving unit configured to receive via an Access and Mobility Management function, AMF, an interface indication from a terminal device, wherein the interface indication is carried in a request message, and a value of the interface indication is used for indicating whether an expired policy for V2X communication over a PC5 interface and/or an expired policy for V2X communication over an Uu interface is requested; and a transmitting unit configured to transmit at least one of the expired policy for V2X communication over the PC5 interface and the expired policy for V2X communication over the Uu interface to the terminal device via the AMF according to the value of the interface indication.

The apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the expired policy for V2X communication over the PC5 interface comprises expiration time of the expired policy for the V2X communication over the PC5 interface, and the expired policy for V2X communication over the Uu interface comprises expiration time of the expired policy for the V2X communication over the Uu interface.
  15. The apparatus according to any one of claims 13 to 14, wherein the interface indication is carried in a container that is transparent to the Access and Mobility Management Function, AMF.

Description

The present application is a divisional application relating to the European patent application No. 19947291.1, titled with "Method and Apparatus for Acquiring Vehicle to Everything Communication Policy". TECHNICAL FIELD The present disclosure relates to the field of communication, and more particularly, to a method and apparatus for obtaining a vehicle to everything communication policy. BACKGROUND The 5th-generation (5G) mobile communication system supports Vehicle to Everything (V2X) communication. The V2X communication is a sidelink transmission technology. One terminal device can directly communicate with another terminal device without forwarding through a network device. Thus, the V2X communication has a higher spectrum efficiency and a lower transmission delay. US 2019/289459 A1 describes determining a capability of a user equipment (UE) for supporting V2X communication over a PC5 interface, and determining at least a V2X policy and V2X parameters for the UE based on the capability of the UE for supporting V2X communication. LENOVO et. al.: "Clarification on V2X policy communication parameters provisioning", 3GPP DRAFT; S2-1905614_PCR_EV2X_UE_POLICY, 7 May 2019, XP051735810 describes at Initial Registration the UE including a list of PSIs associated to the V2X Policy communication parameters. A terminal device can perform communication based on a V2X Policy (V2XP) configured by a core network. In some cases, for example, when the V2XP expires, the terminal device may request the core network to reconfigure the V2XP. For different communication interfaces, configuration parameters contained in the V2XP may be different. However, since the core network cannot determine which communication interface needs to have its corresponding V2XP reconfigured, the core network will reconfigure all V2XPs, thereby causing unnecessary resource overhead. SUMMARY The present disclosure provides a method and apparatus for obtaining a Vehicle to Everything Policy (V2XP), a terminal device, a chip, a computer-readable storage medium, and a computer program product, capable of reducing unnecessary resource overhead. In a first aspect, a method for obtaining a Vehicle to Everything, V2X, communication policy on expiry of at least part of the V2X communication policy is provided. The method includes: transmitting, by a terminal device via an Access and Mobility Management function, AMF, an interface indication to a Policy Control Function, PCF, wherein the interface indication is carried in a request message, and a value of the interface indication is used for indicating whether an expired policy for V2X communication over a PC5 interface and/or an expired policy for V2X communication over an Uu interface is requested; and receiving, by the terminal device from the PCF via the AMF, at least one of the expired policy for V2X communication over the PC5 interface and the expired policy for V2X communication over the Uu interface according to the value of the interface indication. In a second aspect, a method for obtaining a Vehicle to Everything, V2X, communication policy on expiry of at least part of the V2X communication policy is provided. The method includes: receiving, by a Policy Control Function, PCF, via an Access and Mobility Management function, AMF, an interface indication from a terminal device, wherein the interface indication is carried in a request message, and a value of the interface indication is used for indicating whether an expired policy for V2X communication over a PC5 interface and/or an expired policy for V2X communication over an Uu interface is requested; and transmitting, by the PCF to the terminal device via the AMF, at least one of the expired policy for V2X communication over the PC5 interface and the expired policy for V2X communication over the Uu interface according to the value of the interface indication. In a third aspect, an apparatus for obtaining a Vehicle to Everything, V2X, communication policy on expiry of at least part of the V2X communication policy is provided. The apparatus is applied in a terminal device and includes a transmitting unit and a receiving unit. The transmitting unit is configured to transmit via an Access and Mobility Management function, AMF, an interface indication to a Policy Control Function, PCF. The interface indication is carried in a request message, and a value of the interface indication is used for indicating whether an expired policy for V2X communication over a PC5 interface and/or an expired policy for V2X communication over an Uu interface is requested. The receiving unit is configured to receive at least one of the expired policy for V2X communication over the PC5 interface and the expired policy for V2X communication over the Uu interface from the PCF via the AMF according to the value of the interface indication.
