Claims (15)
- A baseboard (26, 32, 34, 36, 38, 42, 48) for arrangement at a building transition between a lower wall end and an adjacent floor region, comprising a main body (4), in particular with a quadrangular cross section, e.g. a substantially rectangular or substantially parallelogram-shaped cross-section, having a front side, a rear side, an upper side and a bottom side, or a main body (4), in particular with a triangular cross-section, having a front side, a rear side and a bottom side; a lower terminating element (8) on the bottom side of the main body (4), in particular at the front end of the bottom side of the main body (4); and/or an upper terminating element (6) on the upper side of the main body (4), in particular at the front or rear end of the upper side of the main body (4); characterised in that at least a partial region of the lower terminating element (8) and/or of the upper terminating element (6) comprises a material that is provided with a flame retardant, such that the combination of material and flame retardant falls into fire protection class B2 "normal flammability" or into fire protection class B1 "low flammability" according to DIN standard 4102-1: 1998-05.
- The baseboard (26, 32, 34, 36, 38, 42, 48) according to claim 1, wherein at least a partial region of the lower terminating element (8) and/or of the upper terminating element (6) comprises a material that inherently falls into fire protection class B2 "normal flammability" according to DIN standard 4102-1: 1998-05, and the material is provided with a flame retardant, such that the combination of material and flame retardant falls into fire protection class B1 "low flammability" according to DIN standard 4102-1: 1998-05; or wherein at least a partial region of the lower terminating element (8) and/or of the upper terminating element (6) comprises a material that inherently falls into fire protection class B3 "high flammability" according to DIN standard 4102-1: 1998-05, and the material is provided with a flame retardant, so that the combination of material and flame retardant falls into fire protection class B2 "normal flammability" or into fire protection class B1 "low flammability" according to DIN standard 4102-1: 1998-05.
- The baseboard (26, 32, 34, 36, 38, 42, 48) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the lower terminating element is a lip (8, 40), in particular a sealing lip or a bead (46, 49), in particular a sealing bead; and/or wherein the upper terminating element is a lip (6), in particular a sealing lip or a bead (44), in particular a sealing bead.
- The baseboard (26) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the lower terminating element (8) and/or the upper terminating element (6) has a tip (28) and a rear portion (30); wherein the tip (28) of the lower terminating element (8) and/or the tip (28) of the upper terminating element (6) comprises a material that is provided with a flame retardant, so that the combination of material and flame retardant falls into fire protection class B2 "normal flammability" or into fire protection class B1 "low flammability" according to DIN standard 4102-1: 1998-05.
- The baseboard (26, 32, 34, 36, 38, 42, 48) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the entire lower terminating element (6, 44) and/or the entire upper terminating element (8, 40, 46, 49) comprises a material that is provided with a flame retardant, so that the combination of material and flame retardant falls into fire protection class B2 "normal flammability" or into fire protection class B1 "low flammability" according to DIN standard 4102-1: 1998-05.
- A baseboard (2, 10, 12, 14, 16, 24) for arrangement at a building transition between a lower wall end and an adjacent floor region, comprising a main body (4), in particular with quadrangular cross-section, e.g. a substantially rectangular or substantially parallelogram-shaped cross-section, having a front side, a rear side, an upper side and a bottom side, or a main body (4), in particular with triangular cross-section, having a front side, a rear side and a bottom side, or a main body (18, 20, 22), in particular with an L-shaped cross-section, having a front side, a rear side, an upper side and a bottom side; characterised in that the main body (4, 18, 20, 22) comprises as material a foamed plastic that is provided with a flame retardant, so that the combination of material and flame retardant falls into fire protection class B2 "normal flammability" or into fire protection class B1 "low flammability" according to DIN standard 4102-1: 1998-05.
- The baseboard (2, 10, 12, 14, 16, 24) according to claim 6, further comprising a lower terminating element (8) on the bottom side of the main body (4, 18, 20, 22), in particular at the front end of the bottom side of the main body (4, 18, 20, 22); and/or an upper terminating element (6) on the upper side of the main body (4, 18, 20, 22), in particular at the front or rear end of the upper side of the main body (4, 18, 20, 22); wherein in particular at least a partial region of the lower terminating element (8) and/or of the upper terminating element (6) comprises a material that is provided with a flame retardant, so that the combination of material and flame retardant falls into fire protection class B2 "normal flammability" or into fire protection class B1 "low flammability" according to DIN standard 4102-1: 1998-05.
- The baseboard (2, 10, 12, 14, 16, 24) according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the main body (4, 18, 20, 22) comprises a material that inherently falls into fire protection class B2 "normal flammability" according to DIN standard 4102-1: 1998-05, and the material is provided with a flame retardant, so that the combination of material and flame retardant falls into fire protection class B1 "low flammability" according to DIN standard 4102-1: 1998-05; or wherein the main body (4, 18, 20, 22) comprises a material that inherently falls into fire protection class B3 "high flammability" according to DIN standard 4102-1: 1998-05, and the material is provided with a flame retardant, so that the combination of material and flame retardant falls into fire protection class B2 "normal flammability" or into fire protection class B1 "low flammability" according to DIN standard 4102-1: 1998-05.
- A baseboard (50, 54, 56, 58, 62, 64) for arrangement at a building transition between a lower wall end and an adjacent floor region, comprising a main body (4), in particular with quadrangular cross-section, e.g. a substantially rectangular or substantially parallelogram-shaped cross-section, having a front side, a rear side, an upper side and a bottom side, or a main body (4), in particular with triangular cross section, having a front side, a rear side and a bottom side; and a sheath (60) at least partially surrounding the main body (4), or a front cover (52) surrounding at least the visible side of the main body, in particular at least the front side and optionally the upper side; wherein the sheath (60) or cover (52) comprises a material that is provided with a flame retardant, characterised in that , by providing the material of the sheath (60) or cover (52) with a flame retardant, the combination of material and flame retardant falls into fire protection class B2 "normal flammability" or into fire protection class B1 "low flammability" according to DIN standard 4102-1: 1998-05; and wherein the sheath (60) or cover (52) is manufactured by extrusion and/or co-extrusion, and the flame retarded has been added to the material of the sheath (60) or cover (52) prior to or during the extrusion process, and is accordingly contained and distributed on the material of the sheath (60) or cover (52).
- The baseboard (50, 54, 56, 58, 62, 64) according to claim 9, further comprising: a lower terminating element (8) on the bottom side of the main body, in particular at the front end of the bottom side of the main body; wherein the cover (52) extends across the visible side of the main body, in particular across the front side of the main body, and in particular across at least part of the front side of the lower terminating element (8); and/or an upper terminating element (6) on the upper side of the main body, in particular at the front end of the upper side of the main body; wherein the cover (52) extends across the visible side of the main body, in particular across the front side of the main body, and in particular across at least part of the front side of the upper terminating element (6).
- The baseboard (50, 54, 56, 58, 62, 64) according to claim 9, wherein the sheath (60) extends across the visible side of the main body, in particular across the front side and optionally the upper side of the main body, and at least partially across the bottom side, in particular the front end portion thereof, and the rear side of the main body, in particular the upper end portion thereof; and/or wherein the baseboard (50, 54, 56, 58, 62, 64) further comprises: a lower terminating element (8) on the bottom side of the sheath (60), in particular at the front end of the bottom side of the sheath (60); and/or an upper terminating element (6) on the upper side of the sheath (60), in particular at the rear end of the upper side of the sheath (60).
- The baseboard (50, 54, 56, 58, 62, 64) according to any one of claims 9 to 11, wherein the sheath (60) or cover (52) comprises a material that inherently falls into fire protection class B2 "normal flammability" according to DIN standard 4102-1: 1998-05, and the material is provided with a flame retardant, so that the combination of material and flame retardant falls into fire protection class B1 "low flammability" according to DIN standard 4102-1: 1998-05; or wherein the sheath (60) or cover (52) comprises a material that inherently falls into fire protection class B3 "high flammability" according to DIN standard 4102-1: 1998-05, and the material is provided with a flame retardant, so that the combination of material and flame retardant falls into fire protection class B2 "normal flammability" or into the fire protection class B1 "low flammability" according to DIN standard 4102-1: 1998-05.
- The baseboard (2, 10, 12, 14, 16, 24, 26, 32, 34, 36, 38, 42, 48, 50, 54, 56, 58, 62, 64) according to any one of claims 1 to 5 and 9 to 12, wherein the material in particular is selected from one of the following materials: - a plastic, in particular a hard plastic, in particular polypropylene PP, polystyrene PS, polyethylene PE or a hard PVC; - a foamed plastic; - polyurethane PUR; - a soft plastic, in particular a thermoplastic elastomer TPE or a soft PVC; - elastomers, in particular foamed elastomers, in particular based on rubber, neoprene rubber, ethylene-propylene-diene (monomer) rubber EPDM; - a plastic mixture of different plastics, in particular a hard PVC + soft PVC mixture or a PP + TPE mixture; - a mixture of plastic, in particular PVC, PP, PS, PU, PE and mineral material; - thin wood, in particular solid wood or wood wool; - a fibreboard with wood, in particular a medium-density wood fiberboard or medium-density fibreboard, also referred to as MDF board, a UL-MDF board, an L-MDF board, a high-density fibreboard HDF, a hard fibreboard HB, a medium-hard fibreboard MB, MBL, MBH, a plastic-coated flat-pressed board or melamine faced board MFB, a chipboard or coarse chipboard SB, OSB; and - a plastic composite material, for example a composite material of wood and plastic or a composite material of rice hulls and plastic.
- The baseboard (2, 10, 12, 14, 16, 24, 26, 32, 34, 36, 38, 42, 48, 50, 54, 56, 58, 62, 64) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the flame retardant in particular is in the form of a halogenated flame retardant, a nitrogen-based flame retardant, an organophosphorus flame retardant, or an inorganic flame retardant; and/or wherein the flame retardant is in the form of an additive flame retardant, which is introduced as an additive into the material of the lower terminating element (8) and/or of the upper terminating element, into the material of the main body (4, 18, 20, 22) or into the material of the sheath (60) or cover (52) of the main body; and/or wherein the flame retardant is in the form of a reactive flame retardant; and/ or wherein the flame retardant is in the form of a covering or coating that is applied to the outside of the lower terminating element and/or the upper terminating element, to the outside of the main body or to the outside of the sheath (60) or cover (52) of the main body, in particular sprayed, painted, extruded or overmoulded.
- The baseboard (2, 10, 12, 14, 16, 24, 26, 32, 34, 36, 38, 42, 48, 50, 54, 56, 58, 62, 64) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the flame retardant is in the form of a halogenated flame retardant, in particular selected from the group of TCPP, TDCP, TBBA, TBBPA, chloroparaffins and polyolefins; or the flame retardant is in the form of a non-halogenated flame retardant, in particular selected from the group of RDP, BDP, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide and trialkylphosphates; or the flame retardant in particular is in the form of phosphoramidates; or the flame retardant in particular is in the form of polymer-FR, HBCD or DOPO (9,10-dihydro-10-oxa-phosphaphenatrenoxoid).
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sockelleiste zur Anordnung an einem Gebäudeübergang zwischen einem unteren Wandende und einem angrenzenden Fußbodenbereich. Sockelleisten, die an einem Gebäudeübergang zwischen einem unteren Wandende und einem angrenzenden Fußbodenbereich angeordnet werden, sind zum Beispiel aus der EP 3 795 775 und aus der DE 10 2014 115 656 A1 bekannt. Bei Versuchen mit solchen Sockelleisten hat sich gezeigt, dass, wenn solche Sockelleisten im eingebauten Zustand z. B. mit einer Flamme eines Bunsenbrenners in Kontakt kommen, solche Sockelleisten nach einiger Zeit entflammt werden. Da solche Sockelleisten häufig vom Rauminneren frei zugänglich sind, bilden diese ein Entflammungsrisiko, insbesondere wenn diese aus einem leicht oder normal entflammbaren Material sind, was häufig der Fall ist. DE 10 2008 046481 A1 zeigt ein Verbundmaterial, das 10 - 50 Gewichtsteile Naturfasern, 15 - 40 Gewichtsteile mindestens eines thermoplastischen oder thermoplastisch bearbeitbaren Polymers, 10 - 30 Gewichtsteile mindestens eines Flammschutzmittels, vorzugsweise halogenfreie Verbindungen, und 1 - 5 Gewichtsteile mindestens eines weiteren Additivs, vorzugsweise eines Schmiermittels, umfasst. Die Menge des Schmiermittels ist so begrenzt, dass der mit der Naturfaser verstärkte Verbundwerkstoff ein Elastizitätsmodul von mindestens 3.500 MPa gemäß DIN ISO 527 aufweist. Aus der EP 1 669 513 A1 sind ein Abschlussmittel und ein Verfahren zum Fertigstellen eines Raums bekannt. Der Raum umfasst einen Übergangsbereich zwischen einem ersten Bereich und einem zweiten Bereich. Das Verfahren umfasst das Anschließen eines Endbearbeitungsmittels an dem Übergangsbereich, wobei das Endbearbeitungsmittel mindestens einen Endabschnitt, der sich auf den ersten Bereich erstreckt, und mindestens eine fertig bearbeitete Oberfläche umfasst, und das Bedecken des ersten Bereichs und des mindestens einen Endabschnitts mit Abdeckmaterial, so dass mindestens ein Teil der fertigen Oberfläche in derselben Ebene wie mindestens ein Teil einer Vorderfläche des aufgebrachten Abdeckmaterials liegt und an diese angrenzt. Die US 2007/020475 A1 zeigt ein Substrat, das für die Aufnahme eines Anstrichs oder einer anderen Dekoration grundiert wird, und ein Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung. Ein Substrat wird mit einem viskosen Beschichtungsmaterial grundiert, das 50 bis 95 Massenprozent festes Material enthält, um Oberflächenporen zu füllen und die Substratoberfläche mit einer dichten Schicht Beschichtungsmaterial zu bedecken, so dass eine einzige Farbschicht eine gleichmäßig satte Farbe und einen gleichmäßigen Glanz liefert. Aus der DE 10 2005 044463 A1 ist eine Leiste, insbesondere eine Wand-, Deckenabschluss- oder Fußbodenabschlussleiste bekannt, die eine Tragleiste und eine mit der Tragleiste durch vollflächige Verklebung mit einem Klebstoff verbundene Deckschicht aufweist. Tragleiste, Deckschicht und Klebstoff haben einen Flammpunkt von mindestens 200°C und eine Zündtemperatur größer als 300°C. Die DE 10 2020 113238 A1 zeigt eine Anputzleiste zur Platzierung an einem Gebäudeübergang zwischen einem als Fenster- oder Türrahmen ausgebildeten ersten Gebäude-Bauteil und einem zweiten Gebäude-Bauteil, insbesondere einer Wärmedämmung und/oder einer Putzschicht, die Verwendung eines Armierungsgewebe-Abschnitts bei einer Anputzleiste zur Platzierung an einem solchen Gebäudeübergang sowie einen Gebäudeübergang mit einer solchen Anputzleiste. Es ist daher eine Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Sockelleiste anzugeben, bei der das Entflammungsrisiko reduziert wird, bei gleichzeitiger Beibehaltung der vollen Funktionalität und ohne Beeinträchtigung der Anmutung der Sockelleiste. Diese Aufgabe wird durch den Gegenstand der unabhängigen Patentansprüche gelöst. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen ergeben sich aus den abhängigen Patentansprüchen. Eine Sockelleiste gemäß einer ersten Erfindungsvariante der vorliegenden Erfindung umfasst die Merkmale des unabhängigen Patentanspruchs 1. Eine Sockelleiste gemäß einer zweiten Erfindungsvariante der vorliegenden Erfindung umfasst die Merkmale des unabhängigen Patentanspruchs 6. Eine Sockelleiste gemäß einer dritten Erfindungsvariante der vorliegenden Erfindung umfasst die Merkmale des unabhängigen Patentanspruchs 9. Bei der ersten Erfindungsvariante ist mindestens eines von einem unteren Abschlusselement an der Unterseite des Grundkörpers, insbesondere an dem vorderen Ende der Unterseite des Grundkörpers, und von einem oberen Abschlusselement an der Oberseite des Grundkörpers, insbesondere an dem vorderen oder hinteren Ende der Oberseite des Grundkörpers vorgesehen, und wenigstens ein Teilbereich davon weist ein Material auf, das mit einem Flammschutzmittel versehen ist, sodass die Kombination aus Material und Flammschutzmittel in die Brandschutzklasse B2 "normal entflammbar" oder in die Brandschutzklasse B1 "schwer entflammbar" nach der DIN-Norm 4102-1: 1998-05 fällt.
