- The sleep monitoring system according to claim 3, wherein the controller further includes a classification unit that classifies the state of the user during sleep analyzed by the analysis unit for each disease that is closely related to sleep.
- The sleep monitoring system according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the monitoring unit includes a plurality of detection units that each detect the state of the user during sleep, and the analysis unit analyzes the state of the user during sleep by mutually complementing a plurality of pieces of sleep information detected by the plurality of detection units.
- The sleep monitoring system according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein the monitoring unit acquires body information relating to a body of the user, the acquisition unit acquires the body information from the monitoring unit, and the analysis unit performs correction based on the body information and analyzes the state of the user during sleep.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a sleep monitoring capsule and a sleep monitoring system including a capsule for defining a sleep space for one person and monitoring a sleep state of a user sleeping in the capsule. BACKGROUND ART In recent years, attention has been paid to preventive medicines that find and resolve onset of disease before a disease occurs or before a disease deteriorates, rather than treatment after a disease. It Is also known that diseases such as depression and schizophrenia are caused by a decrease in quality of sleep, and diseases such as arteriosclerosis, myocardial infarction, and stroke are caused by apnea syndrome during sleep. Therefore, a sleep sensor for monitoring a state of a person during sleep has been proposed. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a sleep sensor that is attached to a subject and configured to obtain measurement data relating to pulse waves or pulse waves and oxygen saturation in the blood of a subject, obtain measurement data relating to body temperature or body surface temperature of the subject, obtain measurement data relating to body motion of the subject, and obtain measurement data relating to sounds or voices emitted by the subject or sounds in the surrounding environment. Patent Document 1: Japanese Unexamined Patent Application, Publication No. 2013-150660 Document CN 104 720 766 discloses a sleep monitoring capsule having a capsule that demarcates a sleep space for one person for monitoring a sleep state of a user sleeping in the capsule, the sleep monitoring capsule comprising a monitoring unit that monitors a state of the user sleeping in the capsule. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, when a sleep sensor is attached to a subject as in Patent Document 1, there is a problem in that the measurement data measured by measuring the state of the user during sleep varies depending on the environment where the subject is sleeping, and the reliability of the measurement data decreases. The present invention has been made in view of the abovementioned situations, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a sleep monitoring capsule and a sleep monitoring system capable of improving the reliability of measurement data obtained by measuring a state of a user during sleep. Unit for Solving the Problems (1) A sleep monitoring according to claim 1 having a capsule that demarcates a sleep space for one person for monitoring a sleep state of a user sleeping in the capsule, the sleep monitoring capsule comprising a monitoring unit that monitors a state of the user sleeping in the capsule. In the invention according to (1), the sleep monitoring capsule includes a capsule which demarcates a sleep space for one person, and a monitoring unit which monitors a sleep state of a user who sleeps in the capsule. According to the invention of (1), the state of the user during sleep is monitored in the capsule demarcating the sleep space for one person. Thus, by demarcating the sleep space by the capsule in advance, it is possible to suppress the influence of the environment outside the capsule on the state of the user during sleep and the measurement data obtained by measuring the state of the user. Therefore, it is possible to provide a sleep monitoring capsule capable of improving the reliability of measurement data obtained by measuring the state of the user during sleep. (2) The sleep monitoring capsule according to (1), wherein the capsule includes a door that is capable of opening and closing an entrance/exit from an inner side of the capsule, and a ventilation unit that ventilates inside of the capsule. In the invention (2), the capsule includes a door (for example, a lid, a shutter, or the like) and a ventilation unit. The door can open and close the entrance and exit of the capsule from the interior side of the capsule. The ventilation unit ventilates the capsule. According to the invention of (2), the entrance/exit of the capsule is closed by the door from the inner side of the capsule, whereby it is possible to improve the sound insulating property of the inside and outside of the capsule. Thus, it is possible to suppress noise mixed in the measurement data obtained by measuring the state of the user during sleep. In addition, since the ventilation unit is provided, even when the airtightness of the door is improved in order to improve the sound insulating properties of the inside and outside of the capsule, it is still possible to keep the environment such as the oxygen concentration and the temperature in the capsule constant by ventilation by the ventilation unit. Therefore, it is possible to provide a sleep monitoring capsule capable of improving the reliability of measurement data obtained by measuring the state of the user during sleep. (3) A sleep monitoring system comprising: a sleep monitoring capsule according to (1) or (2); and a controller that determines a state of a user durin
