Claims (16)

  1. A method for performing charging processing on a data service of a user, comprising: sending (S202, S303, S307, S353, S357, S503, S508, S523, S528, S543, S550, S563, S570, S603, S608, S623, S628, S643, S650, S663, or S670), by a charging trigger device (102) to a charging processing device (101), a charging request message comprising charging data of the data service and a guarantee status of quality of service, QoS, that is of the data service and that corresponds to the charging data, wherein the guarantee status indicates whether the QoS is guaranteed or not, and wherein the charging data comprises usage data of the data service and/or a requested quota of the data service; and receiving(S204, S305, S309, S355, S359, S505, S510, S525, S530, S545, S552, S565, S572, S605, S610, S625, S630, S645, S652, S665, or S672), by the charging trigger device (102) from the charging processing device (101), a charging response message comprising a charging processing result of the charging request message, wherein the charging processing result is based on the guarantee status of quality of service, QoS.
  2. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the sending a charging request message, the method further comprises: setting a guarantee status trigger for the QoS, wherein the guarantee status trigger enables a charging trigger device to detect a first change in a guarantee status of the QoS, wherein if a reporting type of the guarantee status trigger is immediate reporting, the guarantee status trigger further enables the charging trigger device to send, to the charging processing device when the first change is detected, before-first-change usage data; or if a reporting type of the guarantee status trigger is deferred reporting, the guarantee status trigger further enables the charging trigger device to store, when the first change is detected, before-first-change usage data, and then report the before-first-change usage data to the charging processing device by having the before-first-change usage data carried in a charging request message sent to the charging processing device after the first change; wherein the before-first-change usage data is usage data of the data service with the QoS in a guarantee status before the first change.
  3. The method according to claim 2, further comprising: setting the reporting type of the guarantee status trigger and/or an activation status of the guarantee status trigger, based on a received operation instruction for the guarantee status trigger.
  4. The method according to any one of claim 1-3, wherein before the sending a charging request message, the method further comprises: setting a guarantee notification switch status trigger for the QoS, wherein the guarantee notification switch status trigger enables the charging trigger device to detect a second change in a guarantee notification switch status of the QoS, wherein if a reporting type of the guarantee notification switch status trigger is immediate reporting, the guarantee notification switch status trigger further enables the charging trigger device (102) to send, to the charging processing device when the second change is detected, before-second-change usage data; or if a reporting type of the guarantee notification switch status trigger is deferred reporting, the guarantee notification switch status trigger further enables the charging trigger device to store, when the second change is detected, before-second-change usage data, and then report the before-second-change usage data to the charging processing device by having the before-second-change usage data carried in a charging request message sent to the charging processing device after the second change; wherein the before-second-change usage data is usage data of the data service with the QoS in a guarantee status before the second change.
  5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the charging request message further comprises the QoS.
  6. A method for performing charging processing on a data service of a user, comprising: receiving(S202, S303, S307, S353, S357, S503, S508, S523, S528, S543, S550, S563, S570, S603, S608, S623, S628, S643, S650, S663, or S670), by a charging processing device (101) from a charging trigger device (102), a charging request message comprising charging data of the data service and a guarantee status of quality of service, QoS, that is of the data service and that corresponds to the charging data, wherein the guarantee status indicates whether the QoS is guaranteed or not, wherein the charging data comprises usage data of the data service and/or a requested quota of the data service; performing(S203, S304, S308, S354, S358, S504, S509, S524, S529, S544, S551, S564, S571, S604, S609, S624, S629, S644, S651, S664, or S671), by the charging processing device (101), charging processing based on the charging request message; and sending (S204, S305, S309, S355, S359, S505, S510, S525, S530, S545, S552, S565, S572, S605, S610, S625, S630, S645, S652, S665, or S672), by the charging processing device (101) to the charging trigger device (102), a charging response message comprising a charging processing result of the charging request message, wherein the charging processing result is based on the guarantee status of quality of service, QoS.
  7. The method according to claim 6, further comprising: sending an operation instruction for a guarantee status trigger of the QoS, wherein the operation instruction for the guarantee status trigger instructs the charging trigger device to set a reporting type of the guarantee status trigger and/or set an activation status of the guarantee status trigger; wherein the guarantee status trigger enables the charging trigger device to detect a first change in a guarantee status of the QoS, wherein if the reporting type of the guarantee status trigger is immediate reporting, the guarantee status trigger further enables the charging trigger device to send, to the charging processing device when the first change is detected, before-first-change usage data; or if the reporting type of the guarantee status trigger is deferred reporting, the guarantee status trigger further enables the charging trigger device to store, when the first change is detected, before-first-change usage data, and then report the before-first-change usage data to the charging processing device by having the before-first-change usage data carried in a charging request message sent to the charging processing device after the first change; wherein the before-first-change usage data is usage data of the data service with the QoS in a guarantee status before the first change.
  8. The method according to claim 7, further comprising: sending an operation instruction for the guarantee status trigger, wherein the operation instruction for the guarantee status trigger instructs the charging trigger device to set a reporting type of the guarantee status trigger and/or set an activation status of the guarantee status trigger.
  9. The method according to any one of claims 6-8, further comprising: sending an operation instruction for a guarantee notification switch status trigger for the QoS, wherein the operation instruction for the guarantee notification switch status trigger instructs the charging trigger device to set a reporting type of the guarantee notification switch status trigger and/or set an activation status of the guarantee notification switch status trigger; wherein the guarantee notification switch status trigger enables the charging trigger device (102) to detect a second change in a guarantee notification switch status of the QoS, wherein if the reporting type of the guarantee notification switch status trigger is immediate reporting, the guarantee notification switch status trigger further enables the charging trigger device (102) to send, to the charging processing device (101) when the second change is detected, before-second-change usage data; or if the reporting type of the guarantee notification switch status trigger is deferred reporting, the guarantee notification switch status trigger further enables the charging trigger device to store, when the second change is detected, before-second-change usage data, and then report the before-second-change usage data to the charging processing device by having the before-second-change usage data carried in a charging request message sent to the charging processing device after the second change; wherein the before-second-change usage data is usage data of the data service with the QoS in a guarantee status before the second change.
  10. The method according to any one of claims 6-9, wherein the charging request message further comprises the QoS.
  11. A charging trigger device (102), comprising: at least one processor; and one or more memories coupled to the at least one processor and storing programming instructions for execution by the at least one processor to cause the charging trigger device (102) to execute the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
  12. A charging processing device (101), comprising: at least one processor; and one or more memories coupled to the at least one processor and storing programming instructions for execution by the at least one processor to cause the charging processing device (101) to execute the method according to any one of claims 6 to 10.
  13. A communications system, comprising a charging trigger device (102) according to claim 8 and a charging processing device (101) according to claim 9.
  14. A method for performing charging processing on a data service of a user, wherein the method comprising any one of claims 1-5 and any one of claims 6-10.
  15. A computer-readable storage medium, including instructions, when the instructions are run on a computer, the computer is enabled to perform the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, or enabled to perform the method according to any one of claims 6 to 10.
  16. A computer software product, wherein the computer software product is stored in a storage medium, and includes several instructions for instructing a computer device, the computer device is enabled to perform the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, or enabled to perform the method according to any one of claims 6 to 10.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD This disclosure generally relates to the communications field. The invention in particular relates to a method for performing charging processing on a guaranteed data service of a user, a charging trigger device, a charging processing device, a communications system, a computer-readable storage medium, and a computer software product. BACKGROUND As a yield per bit is to decline continuously, a new charging dimension emerges with wide applications of high-bandwidth and low-latency applications in 5G (5th Generation Mobile Network, 5th generation mobile network). A feature of a 5G network is that quality of service (Quality of Service, QoS) guarantee can be provided for a large quantity of services. However, according to the existing 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project, 3rd generation partnership project) standard specification, for a data service whose QoS is to be guaranteed, a charging function (Charging Function, CHF) device performs charging only based on authorized QoS. This leads to a problem that if the CHF device performs charging based on QoS that is to be guaranteed, but a radio access network (Radio Access Network, RAN) actually fails to reserve network resources corresponding to the authorized QoS, a loss of a user is caused, and user experience is reduced. However, if the CHF device performs charging based on QoS that is not to be guaranteed, but an operator actually reserves valuable network resources for QoS that is to be guaranteed, a loss of the operator is caused. The 3GPP standard specification "3GPP STANDARD; TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION; 3GPP TS 32.255, 3RD GENERATION PARTNERSHIP PROJECT (3GPP), MOBILE COMPETENCE CENTRE ; 650, ROUTE DES LUCIOLES ; F-06921 SOPHIA-ANTIPOLIS CEDEX; F-06921 FRANCE, vol. SA WG5, no. V16.1.0, 12 June 2019 (2019-06-12, pages 1-72" discloses a charging method, by which a SMF sends a charging data request with QoS information to a CHF. SUMMARY The object of the present invention is to provide a method, a charging trigger device, a charging processing device, a communications system, a computer-readable storage medium, and a computer software product for performing charging processing on a guaranteed data service of a user, to perform charging processing on the guaranteed data service based on a guarantee status of QoS. This object is solved by the attached independent claims and further embodiments and improvements of the invention are listed in the attached dependent claims. Hereinafter, up to the "brief description of the drawings", expressions like "...aspect according to the invention", "according to the invention", or "the present invention", relate to technical teaching of the broadest embodiment as claimed with the independent claims. Expressions like "implementation", "design", "optionally", "preferably", "scenario", "aspect" or similar relate to further embodiments as claimed, and expressions like "example", "... aspect according to an example", "the disclosure describes", or "the disclosure" describe technical teaching which relates to the understanding of the invention or its embodiments, which, however, is not claimed as such. According to a first aspect according to the invention, the invention provides a communications system, where the communications system includes a charging trigger device and a charging processing device. The charging trigger device is configured to obtain charging data of a guaranteed data service, quality of service QoS that is of the guaranteed data service and that corresponds to the charging data, and a guarantee status GS of the QoS; send a charging request message to the charging processing device, where the charging request message includes the charging data, the QoS, and the GS; and receive a charging response message from the charging processing device, where the charging response message includes a charging processing result of the charging request message. The charging processing device is configured to receive the charging request message from the charging trigger device, perform charging processing based on the charging request message, and send the charging response message to the charging trigger device. In the communications system, the charging trigger device can obtain charging information including the guarantee status of the QoS, and send the charging information to the charging processing device. The charging processing device may perform charging processing on the guaranteed data service based on the guarantee status of the QoS, so that an operator can perform charging on the guaranteed data service "based on the guarantee status". This can improve user experience and also help the operator obtain revenue corresponding to occupied network resources. In a possible but not claimed solution, the charging data includes usage data of the guaranteed data service and/or a requested quota of the guaranteed data service.
