Description

The present patent application takes over the priority of the German patent application. DE 10 2023 202 512.4 in use. The invention relates to an arrangement comprising a plastic pipe and a plastic socket. DE 10 2013 109 111 A1 reveals a tube with several lumens. The tube has a substantially circular base wall defining an interior, several corrugations extending radially outward from the base wall, and a partition located within the base wall to divide the interior into at least a first lumen and a second lumen. The partition is attached to the circular base wall. The tube further has a first bulge extending outward from the circular base wall between adjacent corrugations in a local area around the partition, the partition being attached to the first bulge. The tube also has a second bulge extending outward from the circular base wall between adjacent corrugations in a local area around the partition, the partition being attached to the second bulge. The multiple corrugations extend beyond the first and second bulges. EP 2 960 387 A1 reveals a pipe connection kit. US 5,305,797 reveals a kit for pipe elements. US 3,899,198 reveals a connecting sleeve for plastic corrugated pipes. US 3,695,643 reveals a coupling for corrugated pipes. US 3,897,090 reveals a corrugated plastic pipe with an integrally molded socket. Pipes with internal chambers, also known as multi-chamber pipes, are used, for example, in water treatment in wastewater systems or as cable protection pipes. When connecting pipes with multi-chambers axially, precise rotational positioning of the pipes relative to each other is required to ensure the functionality of the multi-chamber system. For drainage pipes, so-called crown markings are printed on them or incorporated as colored stripes, for example, during the extrusion of composite pipes. These crown markings allow for the precise angular alignment of pipes, but they cannot prevent incorrect installation due to imprecise workmanship. The invention is based on the objective of improving and, in particular, ensuring the error-free execution of the angularly accurate axial connection of plastic pipes with multiple channels. This problem is solved by an arrangement having the features specified in claim 1. According to the invention, it has been found that a connection of axially stacked plastic pipes, accurate to the rotation angle with respect to a longitudinal pipe axis in the circumferential direction, can be reliably implemented if one of the plastic pipes has an anti-rotation element. The anti-rotation element is attached to protrusions arranged on the outside of the pipe. The raised areas are waves or ribs oriented perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the pipe. This anti-rotation element provides mechanical protection against twisting for the plastic pipe. Specifically, the anti-rotation element is positioned eccentrically to the pipe's longitudinal axis in a plane perpendicular to it. Within this plane, the anti-rotation element maintains a radial distance from the pipe's longitudinal axis. The anti-rotation element extends parallel to the pipe's longitudinal axis and is therefore axially oriented. In particular, at least one raised section features the anti-rotation element. In particular, several protrusions each feature an anti-rotation element. The anti-rotation element is arranged at an axial position along the longitudinal axis of the pipe, where another anti-rotation element is also located. Specifically, the plastic pipe has a rotationally symmetrical outer contour in protrusion-free areas, i.e., particularly in areas formed axially between two adjacent protrusions. Specifically, the axial intermediate area is free of anti-rotation elements. The anti-rotation element has an axial length that is, in particular, greater than the axial distance between two axially adjacent projections. This means that the anti-rotation element comprises several, in particular at least two, axially adjacent projections. Accordingly, a plastic sleeve of the arrangement according to the invention has an anti-rotation counter element that corresponds to the anti-rotation element of the plastic pipe. The plastic pipe is uniquely fixed in a rotational position relative to the longitudinal axis of the pipe by means of the anti-rotation element on the anti-rotation counter element of the plastic sleeve. An unintentionally twisted and/or inaccurate arrangement of the plastic pipes relative to each other in the circumferential direction with respect to the longitudinal axis of the pipe is reliably prevented. The connection of the plastic pipes is fail-safe. The plastic pipe and the plastic sleeve of the arrangement
