Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present disclosure relates to a solid-state circuit breaker, and a method for installing the solid-state circuit breaker. BACKGROUND Solid-state circuit breaker controls the opening and closing of a circuit through the principle of an electronic device. Because of its advantages of short breaking time, no electric arc during breaking, long electrical life and no noise, the solid-state circuit breaker is suitable for various applications of AC and DC. The standard requires that solid-state circuit breaker that meet the isolation conditions needs a mechanical breakpoint. At present, the mechanical breakpoints of the solid-state circuit breakers all have an integrated structure, that is, stationary contact and the movable contact, operation handle, etc. are inseparable and directly installed in the same housing, which is not conducive to the switching of different application requirements (AC/DC, different numbers of stages), nor to the maintenance and replacement of internal components. Related technologies are known from EP 0 538 149 A1 and WO 01/67473 A2. SUMMARY The present invention is set out in the appended claims. With regard to the abovementioned problems, according to a first aspect of the present disclosure, a solid-state circuit breaker is provided, which is characterized in that a mechanical breakpoint of the solid-state circuit breaker adopts a modular layout, which includes: a housing module, forming a cavity for accommodating components of the solid-state circuit breaker;a breaking unit module, installed in the housing module and comprising a stationary contact fixed to the housing module and a movable contact being movable relative to the stationary contact to realize a connection and a disconnection of a circuit;a mechanism module, installed in the housing module and configured to drive an action of the breaking unit module; anda transmission module, configured to connect the mechanism module and the breaking unit module, so that a motion of a moving component in the mechanism module can be transmitted to the movable contact of the breaking unit module, wherein the housing module, the mechanism module, the breaking unit module and the transmission module are independent from each other and are able to be installed and disassembled from each other. Because the solid-state circuit breaker according to the present disclosure is modularized, its installation process is simple. Moreover, upon different solid-state circuit breakers being installed, only the corresponding modules need to be selected according to, for example, the stages and AC/DC applications, and the installation steps and methods remain unchanged, so it is very beneficial to the switching of different application requirements (AC/DC, different numbers of stages). In addition, due to the modularization, the maintenance and replacement of internal components are more convenient. The solid-state circuit breaker according to the present disclosure may include one or more features provided in the following. According to an embodiment, the breaking unit module comprises one or more breaking units, and each of the breaking units comprises a stationary contact and a corresponding movable contact. According to an embodiment, the solid-state circuit breaker varies according to a number of stages, and a number of breaking units of the breaking unit module depends on the number of stages being adapted. According to an embodiment, the solid-state circuit breaker varies according to an AC application and a DC application. Upon the solid-state circuit breaker being used for a DC application, compared with an AC application, an arc extinguishing grid is arranged in the breaking unit module. According to an embodiment, the transmission module is a transmission shaft, and is configured to connect the moving component of the mechanism module to the movable contact of the breaking unit module so as to transmit motion.
