Description
The invention is based on a system comprising a device and a sterile container. In the DE 10 2020 131104 A1 A sterilizing sieve tray with a fixing handle is disclosed, which is designed and intended for insertion into and removal from a container tray. DE 10 2009 022185 A1 This reveals a tensioned grid. An elastic grid is clamped in a sieve basket in such a way that a product lying on the bottom of the sieve basket is held underneath. Applying a pressing force over the upper grid so that the product is fixed or stored in such a way that it is held by the areas of increased deformability. DE 10 2008 028399 A1 relates to a device for the preparation of medical instruments with a tray and a lid, which has a device or design that serves to secure at least one device for fixing the instruments. DE 10 2020 103131 A1 This concerns a labeling system for medical sterile containers and trays for holding medical instruments. Each label has an interface. A complementary interface is provided on each sterile container and tray. The interface and the complementary interface are designed to securely attach a label to one of the sterile containers or trays, respectively. DE 10 2012 016970 A1 Disclosing a sieve basket for holding medical instruments or devices. A sieve basket can be removed sterilely from a sterile container. DE 10 2021 000078 A1 discloses a sieve basket device for the reprocessing of medical devices and for use in the operating room. The invention is defined in claim 1. The sterile container will be referred to below simply as "container". The interfaces visible from above and machine-readable are particularly visible from outside the container. The machine-readable interface for recognizing the sieve basket and/or its position and/or its orientation enables improved gripping and positioning by means of a robot. In one embodiment, the device has a mechanical interface for gripping the device. In one embodiment, the device has a mechanical interface for connection to the sieve basket, in particular a lug and/or a locking mechanism for a force-fit and/or form-fit connection to the sieve basket, and/or a joining point for gluing and/or screwing to the sieve basket. This device constitutes a sieve basket positioning element which can be arranged on a conventional sieve basket without such a positioning element. The sieve baskets themselves do not need to be modified. In one embodiment, the device, particularly in the area of the nose and/or the locking mechanism, has at least one rinsing channel passing through the device. This makes the device particularly suitable for use in a sterilization container. In one embodiment, the sieve basket and the device are formed as a single piece. This means that the sieve basket itself incorporates the function of the sieve basket positioning element. Preferably, the gripping interface comprises the machine-readable interface for detecting the sieve basket and/or the machine-readable interface for detecting the position and/or orientation of the sieve basket. This arrangement is particularly compact. Preferably, the mechanical interface to the container includes a surface to reduce play between the sieve basket and the container. This reduces wear on both the sieve basket and the container. Preferably, the device has a surface which includes the machine-readable interface for detecting the sieve basket and/or the machine-readable interface for detecting the position of the sieve basket. In one embodiment, the machine-readable interface for detecting the sieve basket and/or the machine-readable interface for detecting the position and/or orientation of the sieve basket is embossed or printed onto the surface. This device is particularly easy to mass-produce. In one embodiment, the surface is designed for stacking another sieve basket. This allows several sieve baskets to be arranged on top of each other. In one embodiment, the mechanical interface for gripping encompasses the surface. This enables better gripping with the robot. Preferably, the machine-readable interface for recognizing the sieve basket comprises an optically readable marker, in particular a barcode, a data matrix code, alphanumeric data or a QR code, which encodes an identifier of the sieve basket in a machine-readable manner. In one embodiment, the machine-readable interface for recognizing the position and/or orientation includes a symbol with a unique indication of the symbol's orientation. This enables an unambiguous display of the orientation. It may be provided that the device is made at least partially of plastic or at least partially of metal. The device may include a transmitter configured to send an electromagnetic signal, in particular a Bluetooth Low Energy signal or a Radio Frequency Identification signal, for detecting the sieve basket, wherein the machine-readable interface for detecting the sieve basket includes the transmitter, and/or the device may include a transmitter configured to send
