- Hinge (5, 6) according to claim 9, characterized in that it comprises a plurality of notches (35) which are integral with the first thread (16) and accessible from the outside of said hinge (5, 6), such that a rotation of the first thread (16) relative to the second thread (10) is achieved by performing a rotation operation on at least one notch (35).
Description
The present invention relates to a hinge for a pivot door. In particular, this hinge is advantageously applied to the field of armoured pivot doors or doors designed to offer a given amount of resistance to burglary, although it can also be adequately used in pivot doors of other types. In general, a pivot door is a door that opens and closes by rotating about a respective vertical axis arranged at an intermediate area of the door wing and defined by a lower pin and an upper pin anchored to the floor and to the portion of the wall above the compartment for installation of the pivot door - respectively. There are currently various types of hinges for pivot doors available on the market, which however have some technical disadvantages and drawbacks. In conventional hinges for this type of use, the parts required for adjusting the position of the revolving wing are normally provided inside the door wing itself; this will, in many cases, make the required adjustment operations on these parts rather complicated and it furthermore implies the need to design the door also according to the dimensions of these adjustment parts. These adjustment parts are generally of considerable size, particularly in cases in which it is possible to adjust the position of the door wing when it is fully installed. Furthermore, in cases where the adjustment parts are located in an intermediate area of the door wing and adjustment of the position is allowed with the door wing fully installed, it is necessary to provide for the possibility of acting on these adjustment members from an area on the perimeter of the door wing or from an area easily accessible from the outside. Furthermore, in currently existing pivot doors, the rotation of the corresponding wing is generally driven by a pin-upper seat system and a pin-lower seat system, which could produce irregular wear of the rotation members and/or noisy friction in the event of poor maintenance of the rotation parts or in case of inaccurate coaxiality between the upper rotation pin and lower rotation pin. DE29704621U discloses a device for the rotatable mounting of a shower door. US10982473 discloses a pivot assembly for supporting a pivot door within a door frame, comprising a bottom bracket and a lower adjustment assembly that comprises a pivot member. The object of the present invention is to solve the prior art issues referred to here above. Another object of the invention is to provide a hinge for a pivot door which can be placed, in use, outside the revolving wing of the door, thus avoiding taking up space inside it. A further object of the invention proposed here is to provide a hinge for a pivot door, which is structured in such a way as to be able to adjust the position of the door wing easily and quickly, with the door fully installed. Another object of the invention is to provide a hinge for a pivot door which allows the position of the wing to be adjusted according to three orthogonal axes. Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a hinge for a pivot door, such as to make the operations for installing the door particularly simple and straightforward. Another object of the invention is to provide a hinge for a pivot door which can be associated with a door wing having a simple structure and which can therefore be manufactured at low costs. Therefore, a specific object of the present invention is a hinge for a pivot door comprising a wing that is rotatable about a rotation axis, wherein said hinge comprises: an anchoring element able to be inserted and fixed, in use, in a cavity formed in a floor or wall; a connecting element for connecting, in use, the hinge to the wing of the pivot door; the connecting element being rotatable about a rotation axis with respect to the anchoring element; a first adjustment system for adjusting the position of the connecting element, and therefore, also of said wing, according to a predetermined axis with respect to the anchoring element; and a second adjustment system for adjusting the position of the connecting element, and therefore, also of said wing, on a predetermined plane substantially orthogonal to said predetermined axis; said second adjustment system comprising a movable member which is movable, with respect to the anchoring element, on a plane substantially parallel to said predetermined plane and is provided with at least one tapered portion; said second adjustment system also comprising a plurality of adjustment elements facing the tapered portion of the movable member and movable along a respective movement axis substantially orthogonal to said predetermined plane so that said adjustment elements, moving along said respective movement axis, exert on said tapered portion a thrust having at least one force component directed in a parallel direction to said predetermined plane, thus causing the movable member to move on a plane substantially parallel to said predetermined plane.
