Description

The invention relates to a cooking appliance with a cooking chamber of the type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1. Such cooking appliances with cooking chambers are already known in the art in a multitude of embodiments and comprise a housing with a cooking chamber arranged in the housing to form a cooking chamber. The cooking chamber has two mounting tabs for a positive connection with a mounting wall of the housing, and the respective positive connection is formed by means of at least one chamber mounting element engaging in a mounting hole in the mounting wall and in the respective mounting tab. In an operating state of the cooking appliance, the cooking chamber heats up, causing it to expand and thus move relative to the housing. This can lead to undesirable mechanical stresses between the cooking chamber and the housing of the cooking appliance, which can impair the proper functioning of the cooking appliance or even damage the cooking appliance, i.e., the cooking chamber and/or the housing. For example, an enamelled cooking chamber can experience undesirable flaking of the enamel. The invention provides a remedy for this. The following state-of-the-art documents show various arrangements with which the thermal expansion of the muffle can be taken into account: DE 10314589 B4 , EP 1464895 B1 , DE 10314500 A1 and EP 4006429 A1 . The invention thus addresses the problem of improving a cooking appliance with a housing and a cooking chamber arranged in the housing to form a cooking chamber. According to the invention, this problem is solved by a cooking appliance with the features of claim 1, characterized in that the mounting hole arranged in each of the mounting tabs is designed as an elongated hole, wherein a longitudinal axis of the elongated hole extends in a depth dimension of the cooking appliance extending from a front face of the housing towards the mounting wall, and wherein the respective corresponding elongated holes, mounting holes, and chamber mounting elements are designed to be coordinated such that the respective chamber mounting element is positioned away from both ends of the elongated hole that define the depth dimension, both in a non-use state of the cooking appliance and in every use state of the cooking appliance. Each of the mounting tabs can thus be force-transmittingly connected to the mounting wall by means of a single muffle fastening element or with a plurality of muffle fastening elements, each muffle fastening element leading to a fastening hole in the mounting wall and to a fastening hole designed as an elongated hole in the The muffle fastening element corresponds to the fastening tab associated with it. Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the invention are set forth in the following dependent claims. The advantage achievable with the invention lies particularly in the fact that a cooking appliance with a housing and a cooking chamber arranged in the housing to form a cooking chamber is improved. Due to the cooking appliance according to the invention, it is possible for the cooking chamber to expand along the depth dimension of the cooking appliance in every operating state without this leading to undesirable and detrimental mechanical stress between the cooking chamber on one side and the housing, i.e., the mounting wall, on the other. This is because the mounting holes, each designed as an elongated hole in the mounting tabs, allow the cooking chamber to be mounted in a floating manner relative to the housing along the depth dimension of the cooking appliance according to the invention. Accordingly, for example, the enamel chipping of an enamelled cooking chamber described above is effectively prevented. The cooking appliance muffle of the cooking appliance according to the invention can therefore be sufficiently attached to the housing along the depth dimension without impairing the proper function of the cooking appliance according to the invention due to mechanical stresses, either in the non-use state or in any of the use states. In principle, the cooking appliance according to the invention can be freely selected within wide suitable limits with regard to type, function, material, and dimensions. For example, the cooking appliance according to the invention can be designed as an oven, a steam cooker, a microwave oven, or as a combination appliance with a plurality of different heating methods. Furthermore, the cooking appliance according to the invention can be designed as a household appliance as well as a commercial cooking appliance, i.e., a cooking appliance for professional use. The design of, for example, the cooking appliance's combustion chamber can be correspondingly diverse, so that the combustion chamber does not necessarily have to be enamelled. Stainless steel combustion chambers are mentioned here as a purely illustrative example. An advantageous embodiment of the cooking device according to the invention provides that the two mou
