Claims (4)

  1. A limiter assembly (1) for limiting the opening of a sliding door or window, for the installation thereof between a fixed frame (4) and a sliding leaf (2) of the door or window which slides towards or from the frame (4), wherein the frame (4) has a frame edge (3) and the leaf (2) has a leaf edge (5) and a movable flat (7) which moves longitudinally in contact on the leaf edge (5) through the action of an actuator (8), wherein the limiter assembly (1) comprises: - an attachment element (10); - an articulated arm (16) provided with: • a joint (17) at one end which joins with the attachment element (10), and; • at least one guiding projection (18) at the other end thereof; - a strike (11) having a first longitudinal channel (12) in which the arm (16) can move in a manner guided therein by the projection (18), and having an upper end (13) and a lower end (14) intended to be installed farther away from the attachment element (10) than the upper end (13), and a stop (15) arranged close to the upper end (13); wherein the attachment element (10) is intended for being fixed to the movable flat (7) and the strike (11) is intended for being fixed to the frame edge (3) of the frame (4), or the attachment element (10) is intended for being fixed to the frame edge (3) of the frame (4) and the strike (11) is intended for being fixed to the movable flat (7); wherein the movement of the movable flat (7) determines the relative movement between the arm (16) and the strike (11) between a closed position of the leaf (2) with respect to the frame (4) in which the arm (16) is parallel to the movable flat (7) and the projection (18) of the arm (16) is inside the first channel (12), a limited opening position of the leaf (2) with respect to the frame (4) in which the arm (16) swings and the projection (18) contacts the stop, retaining the leaf (2) away from the frame (4), and a completely open position of the leaf (2) in which the arm (16) is parallel to the flat (7) and the projections (18) are outside the first channel (12).
  2. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein the strike (11) comprises a second channel (19) facing the stop (15) and the assembly (1) comprises a closure part (22) attached to the attachment element (10), wherein in a closed position in which the movable flat (7) is moved, the closure part (22) is housed in the second channel (19), preventing the movement of the leaf (2).
  3. The assembly according to claim 2, wherein the closure part (22) comprises a first sector (23) which can be housed in the second channel (19) and a second sector (24) extending from the first sector (23) and is intended for being arranged facing the movable flat (7), which us narrower than the first sector (23).
  4. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein the projection (18) is a first rod going through the arm (16) transversely and the stop (15) are two protrusions arranged on the sides of the first channel (12).

Description

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a limiter assembly for limiting the opening of a sliding door or window that allows limiting the opening of the leaves with respect to the frame of sliding windows or doors, in which the leaves open and close by moving parallel to the frame. The assembly keeps the leaf and the frame attached to one another by means of an arm in a limited opening position, which allows opening the leaf with respect to the frame by immobilizing the leaf a predetermined distance from the frame. Moreover, the assembly is perfectly integrated in the window or door, so it does not cause any type of visual impact and maintains the aesthetic of the window or door, furthermore it can cooperate with conventional closure mechanisms in windows or doors of this type. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Different closure mechanisms and devices for sliding windows or doors which essentially allow opening or closing the leaf with respect to the frame through connection between strikes and closure points, both of which can be installed in the leaf or the frame, are available today on the market. With these devices, the leaf can only be in two positions with respect to the frame: open or closed. It is desirable to open the window just a little under certain circumstances, for example, for ventilation, ensuring that the position of the leaf with respect to the frame is controlled. This is a common requirement in windows or doors of publicly used buildings such as hotels, colleges, hospitals, or any another type of public building in which, for safety reasons, it is necessary to prevent users from manipulating and opening the leaves at will, allowing the maximum opening of the leaf and achieving likewise the required ventilation. In those cases, windows in which the movement of the leaf is not horizontally parallel to the frame tend to be used, i.e., sliding windows are rejected at the expense of windows in which some kind of opening limiter can be installed. Typically these are hinged, sash, or pivoting windows, limiting the installation to windows of this type. There are devices in the state of the art which try to limit the opening of the leaf with respect to the fixed frame such as, for example, patent document CN213359698U, which discloses a device that allows somehow blocking the leaf of sliding windows when they are not in the closed position. In this case, this is a blocking mechanism completely independent from the control member or closing mechanism of the window. However, this type of device only allows blocking the leaf in a specific position, which must be set from the start and which must be considered when manufacturing the window. Additionally, once the leaf is in the open and unblocked position, it is not possible to bring it back to the closed position unless said blocking mechanism is operated once more. Besides, this kind of blocking member has the limitation that it needs a second leaf to work. Document JPS63201171U discloses an auxiliary locking device for a sliding door that is used inside a sliding door, between a sliding stile, or between a vertical stile of a single sliding door and a frame that overlaps the vertical stile and has the following requirements: (a) Consists of a lock body that is attached to the inner stile of a sliding door or the vertical stile of a single sliding door, and a lock receiver that is attached to the frame where the outer stile or vertical stile of a single sliding door overlap,(b) The lock body is provided with a locking arm having a locking portion at its tip so as to be rotatable at least in the sliding direction of the sliding door or the single sliding door, and the locking arm is in a vertical position. It has a retractable storage section,(c) The lock receiver has a locking hole for locking the sliding door or single sliding door by locking the locking portion of the locking arm,(d) The locking hole of the lock receiver has a long hole shape that allows the locking arm to rotate in a locked state in response to sliding of the sliding door or the single sliding door. Document JPS647680U discloses a door opening/closing device in which a dead bolt is arranged between a pair of frames or between a frame and a vertical frame, and one end of the dead bolt is pivotally attached to one side, and the other end is housed in a lock case so as to be retractable in the pivot direction. and an insertion/removal hole into which the other end of the dead bolt is inserted/removed is provided on the other side, and a locking hole for vertically guiding the other end of the dead bolt fitted into the insertion/removal hole is provided in the insertion/removal hole. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a limiter assembly for limiting the opening of a sliding door or window, for the installation thereof between a fixed frame and a sliding leaf of the door or window which slides towards or from the frame, wherein the frame has a fr
