Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present disclosure relates to the technical field of correction tapes, and in particular to a paper-based correction tape without a recyclable tape base, and a processing method thereof. BACKGROUND The existing correction tape is composed of a recyclable tape base and a transferable correction coating, and the material cost of the manufacturing process of a layer of transferable correction coasting is increased. Moreover, the recyclable tape base needs to be subjected to two-sided release treatment, one side is used as an anti-adhesion layer, while the other side is used as a release layer of the transferable coating. In order to recycle the base obtained after the transferable correction coating is used for correction and then peeled off, a gear wheel and a pinion are needed, and the gear wheel drives the pinion to recycle the recyclable tape base. Moreover, the reason why the existing correction tape needs to be coated with a correction coating composed of titanium dioxide and resin is to solve the problem that the tape is difficult to break after correction, and as the strength of the wood fibers in the paper base is relatively strong, the tape is not easy to break after correction. In addition, the correction coating of the existing correction tape is composed of a mixture of titanium dioxide and resin, which will age after long-term ultraviolet irradiation and air oxidation. The water absorption of titanium dioxide and resin is not as good as that of wood fibers, and the temperature resistance and weather resistance of the titanium dioxide coating at low temperature are not as good as that of the paper base. A prior art correction tape is disclosed in JP 2015 142981 A. SUMMARY An objective of the present disclosure is to provide a paper-based correction tape without a recyclable tape base, and a processing method thereof, thus solving the technical problem existing in the use of the existing correction tape. To achieve the objective above, the present disclosure employs the following technical solution: The present disclosure provides a paper-based correction tape without a recyclable tape base. The paper-based correction tape includes a housing, a correction tape reel in the housing, and a tape cutting mechanism for cutting off a correction tape on the correction tape reel. Further, a disc-shaped limiting cavity for installing the correction tape reel is manufactured in the housing in advance. A petal-shaped central shaft is axially arranged at the center of the disc-shaped limiting cavity, and the correction tape reel is arranged on the petal-shaped central shaft in a limited manner. Further, the tape cutting mechanism includes a correction tape fixing point fixed to an inner wall of the housing, a correction pen tip installed in the housing through an articulated shaft, a spring arranged on the housing and used to adjust the other end of the correction pen tip to press against the correction tape fixing point. Further, a spring groove for installing the spring is arranged in the housing. Further, the tape cutting mechanism further includes a button gear arranged in the housing, and a cutter-bit gear arranged in the housing and close to a correction tape outlet. An end of the correction pen tip extending out of the housing is provided with a cutting slot. The cutter-bit gear is in meshing transmission with the button gear, and a cutting tip which passes through the cutting slot to cut off the correction tape is arranged in a tangential direction of the cutter-bit gear. Further, a long adjusting hole is formed in a side wall, close to the button gear, of the housing, and the button gear is provided with a swing adjuster for adjusting a deflection of the button gear. Further, a processing method of the correction tape includes the following steps: S1. coating 0.1 g/m2-1 g/m2 of release agent on side A of a reeled paper base for anti-sticking treatment, baking at a high temperature, and winding on a take-up roll to form a reel;S2. based on S1, coating a waterborne pressure-sensitive adhesive on side B of the reeled paper base, and baking at the high temperature, and then winding to form a reel; andS3. cutting a semi-finished paper-based correction tape with side A and side B which have been coated into strips with a slitter according to required specifications, and winding the strip on a circular plastic cored wheel to form a reeled cored finished product. Further, the release agent used in S1 includes one of water wax, waterborne silicon, and solvent silicon. Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has beneficial effects as follows: The correction tape requires only one layer of paper base, side A of which is subjected to light anti-adhesion treatment, and side B is coated with a waterborne pressure-sensitive adhesive. A base does not need to be recycled, and thus the paper-based correction tape is more environment-friendly compared with the prior art. The manufacturing
