Claims (8)

  1. A spray gun with convenient and quick water discharge, comprising a water spray gun body (10), a handle (11), a water inlet pipe (12) and a nozzle (13), wherein one end of the water spray gun body (10) is movably connected to one end of the handle (11), the water spray gun body (10) is fixedly connected to the water inlet pipe (12), the other end of the water spray gun body (10) is fixedly connected to the nozzle (13), the water inlet pipe (12) is positioned between the handle (11) and the nozzle (13), the water spray gun body (10) is internally provided with a control assembly (14), the control assembly (14) is configured to control water flow in the water inlet pipe (12), and the control assembly (14) passes through the handle (11) and the water spray gun body (10) and extends to an interior of the water spray gun body (10); characterized in that the control assembly (14) comprises a knob (141), a vertical baffle plate (142), a connecting shaft (143) and a stopper (144), the knob (141) is fixedly connected to one end of the connecting shaft (143), the connecting shaft (143) passes through the handle (11) and the water spray gun body (10) and extends to the interior of the water spray gun body (10), the other end of the connecting shaft (143) is fixedly connected to the vertical baffle plate (142), and the stopper (144) is fixedly connected to a lower part of the vertical baffle plate (142); the stopper (144) is in contact with an inner wall of the water spray gun body (10); wherein the knob (141) is configured to drive the connecting shaft (143) into rotate, and the connecting shaft (143) simultaneously drives the vertical baffle plate (142) and the stopper (144) into rotate.
  2. The spray gun with convenient and quick water discharge according to claim 1, wherein when the stopper (144) rotates to a position exposing a water outlet of the water inlet pipe (12), water flows from the water inlet pipe (12) into the spray gun body (10).
  3. The spray gun with convenient and quick water discharge according to claim 2, wherein when the stopper (144) rotates to a position directly above the water outlet of the water inlet pipe (12), the stopper (144) blocks the water flow so that the water flow remains within the water inlet pipe (12).
  4. The spray gun with convenient and quick water discharge according to claim 3, wherein one end of a bump (16) is fixedly connected to an upper part of the vertical baffle plate (142), the other end of the bump (16) is in contact with the inner wall of the water spray gun body (10), and the size of the vertical baffle plate (142) is consistent with the size of a water inlet of the nozzle (13).
  5. The spray gun with convenient and quick water discharge according to claim 4, wherein a lever (15) is fixedly connected to the knob (141), and the knob (141) has a round table-shaped structure.
  6. The spray gun with convenient and quick water discharge according to claim 5, wherein a surface of the stopper (144) in contact with the inner wall of the water spray gun body (10) has an arc-shaped structure, and the stopper (144) is matched with the inner wall of the water spray gun body (10).
  7. The spray gun with convenient and quick water discharge according to claim 6, wherein a surface of the bump (16) in contact with the inner wall of the water spray gun body (10) has an arc-shaped structure, and the bump (16) is matched with the inner wall of the water spray gun body (10).
  8. A method for controlling a spray gun, using the spray gun according to claim 1, comprising: rotating the knob (141) to drive the connecting shaft (143) to rotate, thereby rotating the stopper (144) to a position exposing a water outlet of the water inlet pipe (12), thereby allowing water to flow from the water inlet pipe (12) into the spray gun body (10); and moving the handle (11) to drive the knob (141), the connecting shaft (143), and the vertical baffle plate (142) to slide inside the spray gun body (10), thereby allowing the water to pass through a gap between the vertical baffle plate (142) and a water inlet of the nozzle (13).

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of horticultural irrigation tools, and in particular, relates to a spray gun with convenient and quick water discharge. BACKGROUND A horticultural spray gun is a device used for horticultural work, usually connected to a faucet or hose, for irrigating plants, cleaning gardens, spraying fertilizers or chemicals, and so on. The spray pattern, spray intensity and spray range are usually adjustable to meet the water demand of different kinds of plants and the requirements of horticultural work. In the process of social development, the emergence and popularization of horticultural spray guns reflect people's concern for horticulture, agriculture and the environment, as well as technological advancements and changes in lifestyles. Prior to the agricultural revolution, people relied mainly on hand watering or natural precipitation to meet the water needs of crops. This approach was inefficient and susceptible to climatic and seasonal constraints, resulting in unstable yields. With the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization, the demand for horticulture in densely populated cities and peri-urban areas has been increasing. The emergence of horticultural spray guns meets the needs of urban residents for landscaping and greening public spaces, and has become an important tool for urban gardeners. Existing horticultural spray guns usually require fine-tuning to control the water discharge when in use, and fine-tuning the water discharge usually requires the user to rotate and adjust several times, which is relatively cumbersome to operate, especially for unfamiliar or inexperienced users, it may take more time and energy to master the correct operation method. Due to the complex structure of the spray gun with fine-tuning water discharge, the maintenance and cleaning are relatively difficult. Regular cleaning and maintenance are required, otherwise problems such as blockage or water leakage are prone to occur, which affects the use effect. Document D1 (US 3294362 A) discloses a gun for dispensing fluid materials under pressure, comprising a body defining a material chamber having an inlet and an outlet and a material supply passage communicatively coupled with said inlet, valve means operable in the chamber to open and close said outlet and including a reciprocable rod projecting axially into the chamber having a U-shaped yoke at the rear end thereof and a hollow balanced closure piston mounted on the rod and adapted to sealingly seat within said outlet, a guide member fixedly mounted encircling said valve rod and projecting guidably into said piston, spring means operably coupled to said valve means yieldably urging the latter to a normally closed position, and trigger means pivotally mounted on said gun body having a laterally projecting pin fixed thereto embraced by said valve rod yoke whereby pivotal movement of said trigger imparting arcuate movement to said pin produces a substantially axial force on said valve rod to shift the valve to its open position, said piston exhibiting a relatively small effective area exposed to pressure of said material in the chamber to enable actuation of said valve means opening said outlet with a minimum force exerted on said trigger. In conclusion, the existing horticultural spray gun has the problem that the operation is cumbersome and the water cannot be quickly discharged. SUMMARY In view of this, the present disclosure provides a spray gun with convenient and quick water discharge, which can solve the problem that the existing horticultural spray gun has cumbersome operation and cannot quickly discharge water. The present disclosure is implemented in the following way: The present disclosure provides a spray gun with convenient and quick water discharge, including a water spray gun body, a handle, a water inlet pipe and a nozzle. One end of the water spray gun body is movably connected to one end of the handle, the water spray gun body is fixedly connected to the water inlet pipe, the other end of the water spray gun body is fixedly connected to the nozzle, the water inlet pipe is positioned between the handle and the nozzle, the water spray gun body is internally provided with a control assembly, the control assembly is configured to control water flow in the water inlet pipe, and the control assembly passes through the handle and the water spray gun body and extends to an interior of the water spray gun body; the control assembly comprises a knob, a vertical baffle plate, a connecting shaft and a stopper, the knob is fixedly connected to one end of the connecting shaft, the connecting shaft passes through the handle and the water spray gun body and extends to the interior of the water spray gun body, the other end of the connecting shaft is fixedly connected to the vertical baffle plate, and the stopper is fixedly connected to a lower part of the vertical baffle plate; the stopper is in contact
