Description

The present invention relates to a fitness device for improving physical fitness and for building and maintaining muscle mass. A wide variety of training equipment exists, designed for physical exercise and muscle building to prevent chronic fatigue due to lack of movement. Conventional fitness equipment was long designed and produced exclusively for use in sports or fitness studios. However, over the past few years it has become apparent that more and more People often prefer home workouts to conventional gym workouts because they can be easily integrated into their daily routines. However, gym equipment is both expensive to purchase and bulky, requiring a considerable amount of space. Furthermore, compact storage of this type of equipment is virtually impossible, making private purchase and use of such equipment impractical for most people. Therefore, in recent years a range of space-saving exercise equipment has been developed for private use to increase the scope and quality of exercises that can be performed at home. In addition to reducing the size, it was also important to significantly reduce the weight of the equipment while maintaining functionality. Furthermore, considering the limited space available, it is crucial to design the training equipment in such a way that a wide variety of exercises can be performed with a single piece of equipment. The document WO 2018/220543 A1 describes a device for gymnastics, sports and physiotherapy for training the body, consisting of a frame that forms a storage cabinet which is closed by a cover element that pivots on the frame, wherein inside the storage cabinet are resistance elements which are connected to several pull elements which protrude from the frame. In DE 20 2014 101 069 U1 A fitness device with a cable pulley system is disclosed, designed to combine various types of training. The desired training weight is set using a resistance element. This setup allows for a variety of fitness exercises. However, a disadvantage is that the design according to the invention still requires a considerable amount of space, making the use and storage of such a device difficult, for example, in smaller apartments. Furthermore, changing the training resistance can only be achieved by replacing the permanently installed resistance element. This limits the flexibility of adjusting the training resistance. Additionally, functional combination with other fitness equipment to expand the range of possible exercises is not provided. Another possibility is described in DE 10 2014 012 263 A1 As described. Here too, the training weight is adjusted using elastic resistance elements. These are attached to a wall bracket. Here The design envisions force transmission to the elastic resistance element directly via handles attached to the element. Here too, the training resistance can only be changed by replacing the resistance element. Due to the frame's considerable size, assembly and disassembly require significant effort, making quick and flexible installation difficult. The present invention therefore aims to provide a fitness device that avoids the aforementioned disadvantages. The fitness device should contribute to improving physical fitness and building or maintaining muscle mass for all experience levels, while simultaneously being space-saving and lightweight. This problem is solved according to the invention by a fitness device according to claim 1. Advantageous embodiments and further developments are described in the dependent claims. A fitness device for improving physical fitness and building and maintaining muscle mass has a base plate that can be fixed to a wall, floor, or ceiling. It also includes at least one pivoting pulley and at least one additional fixing or deflection element. The first pivoting pulley and the additional fixing or deflection element are connected to the base plate. The pivoting pulley is mounted to allow rotation. At least one backstop brake is attached to the base plate. Furthermore, the device includes at least one rope that runs around the first pivoting pulley and at least one second rope that is in contact with the additional fixing or deflection element. In this case, one end of the first rope is designed such that an external force can be transferred to the first rope, and one end of the second rope is designed such that an external force can be transferred to the second rope, or that the second rope is spatially fixed, and the other end of the first rope is connected with at least one first connecting element, and the other end of the second rope with at least one The second connecting element is connected. Furthermore, the at least one first connecting element is connected to the at least one second connecting element via at least one elastically stretchable resistance element. Due to the direct or indirect contact of all components with the planar base plate, the fitness device can be easily fixed horizontally or vertically to t
