Abstract

Anti-theft device (10), comprising a lace (12) alternately in an open or closed loop with the rest of the anti-theft device, for linking an object to be protected against theft to a support, a lock (40) selectively in a locked and unlocked closed loop state, a controller (20) with a wireless telecommunications interface (51), which, in an initial pairing operation, obtains an identifier from a wireless telecommunications mobile device (60), via said wireless telecommunications interface, and then receives an identifier via said interface and only allows a lock unlock command if the received identifier is identical to the identifier initially obtained.
