Abstract
Provided is an endoscope treatment tool comprising: a gripping device; a cap attached to a distal end portion of the endoscope treatment tool; and a coupling member that connects the gripping device to the cap; wherein the coupling member is supported so as to be pivotable at a pair of fulcrums provided in the cap, and each of two end portions of the coupling member is fixed to the cap at a position distally relative to the pair of fulcrums.
