Abstract

The invention relates to a handling device (2) comprising a lifting mechanism (20) provided with at least one articulated arm (30) and configured to be mechanically secured to any support (13) and to support an article between a transport position and a working position, of at least one translatably movable transmission member (40) that is mechanically secured to the at least one articulated arm in order to move the handling device from a retracted configuration to a deployed configuration, and a mechanical drive system (50) configured to drive the at least one movable transmission member in translation, according to a first drive phase during which the handling device moves from its retracted configuration, in which the article is in a transport position, to an intermediate deployment configuration, in which the article is in an intermediate position between the transport position and a working position, and according to a second drive phase during which the handling device moves from its intermediate deployment configuration to its deployed configuration, in which the article is in the working position.

Claims (15)

  1. 1 . Handling device configured to pass an article, in particular a mobile trolley (3) on which one or more containers (105) can be arranged, from a transport position to a working position and vice versa, the handling device being configured to be mechanically secured by a first end (24) to any support (13), to support said article by a second end (25) opposite the first end, and to admit a retracted configuration in which the article is in the transport position and a deployed configuration in which the article is in the working position, the handling device being characterized in that it comprises a lifting mechanism (20) provided with at least one articulated arm (30) and configured to be mechanically secured to the any support and to support said article between the transport position and the working position, at least one mobile transmission member (40) in translation and mechanically secured to the at least one articulated arm to pass the handling device from the retracted configuration to the deployed configuration, and a mechanical drive system (50) configured to drive in translation the at least one mobile transmission member, according to a first drive phase during which the handling device passes from its retracted configuration to an intermediate deployment configuration where the article is in an intermediate position between its transport position and a working position, and according to a second drive phase during which the handling device passes from its intermediate deployment configuration to its deployed configuration.
  2. 2. Handling device according to claim 1, characterized in that the mechanical drive system (50) comprises a threaded rod (51) configured to be driven in rotation and having a first section (54) provided with a first thread having a first determined pitch and a second section (55) provided with a second thread having a second determined pitch larger than the first determined pitch.
  3. 3. Handling device according to claim 2, characterized in that it comprises an electric motor (14) configured to drive the threaded rod (51) of the mechanical drive system (50) in rotation.
  4. 4. Handling device according to one of claims 2 and 3, characterized in that the mechanical drive system (50) comprises a first drive stop (57) mounted on the first section (54) of the threaded rod (51) and a second drive stop (58) mounted on the second section (55) of the threaded rod, with the first drive stop being configured to cooperate with the at least one movable transmission member (40) during the first drive phase and the second drive stop being configured to cooperate with the at least one movable transmission member during the second drive phase.
  5. 5. Handling device according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it comprises a rail (80) on which the mechanical drive system (50) and the at least one mobile transmission member (40) are mounted.
  6. 6. Handling device according to claims 4 and 5, characterized in that the mechanical drive system (50) is arranged so that the first drive stop (57) and the second drive stop (58) are mounted to move in translation on the rail (80) when the threaded rod (51) is driven in rotation.
  7. 7. Handling device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the at least one articulated arm (30) has at least one first section (133) configured to be secured by a first pivot connection (136) to the support (13), at least one second section (134) secured by a second pivot connection (137) to the at least one mobile transmission member (40), with the at least one first section and the at least one second section which are articulated together by a third pivot connection (135).
  8. 8. Handling device according to claim 7, characterized in that the lifting mechanism (20) comprises a plurality of articulated arms (30) secured to each other.
  9. 9. Handling device according to claim 8, characterized in that the plurality of articulated arms (30) secured to each other has a shape at least in a double X superimposed and articulated by the at least one mobile transmission member (40) and/or at least in a double X juxtaposed, facing each other, and articulated by the at least one mobile transmission member.
  10. 10. Handling device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that it comprises a supporting structure (15) mechanically secured to the at least one articulated arm (30) to support said article at the second end (25) of the handling device (2).
  11. 11. Handling device according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that it comprises a base (13) forming the support of any kind and on which the lifting mechanism (20) is mechanically secured, with the base which is configured to be placed on the ground and/or which has a footprint on the ground generally similar to that of the article.
  12. 12. Assembly provided with a handling device (2) according to any one of claims 1 to 11 and at least one article, in particular at least one mobile trolley (3) on which one or more containers (105) can be arranged, mounted on the handling device.
  13. 13. Handling method for passing an article, in particular a mobile trolley (3) on which one or more containers (105) can be arranged, from a transport position to a working position and vice versa, using a handling device (2) according to any one of claims 1 to 11, comprising the step of actuating the mechanical drive system (50) to drive in translation the at least one mobile transmission member (40) and thus the at least one articulated arm (30), according to a first drive phase during which the handling device passes from its retracted configuration to an intermediate deployment configuration where the article is in an intermediate position between its transport position and a working position, and according to a second drive phase during which the handling device passes from its intermediate deployment configuration to its deployed configuration.
  14. 14. Production site provided with at least one storage and/or production area (101, 102), a plurality of articles, in particular mobile trolleys (3) on which one or more containers (105) can be arranged, and one or more handling devices (2) according to any one of claims 1 to 11 and which are configured to move the mobile trolleys from a transport position to a working position and vice versa.
  15. 15. Production site according to claim 14, characterized in that it comprises several handling devices (2) arranged adjacently, one in front of the other and/or one next to the other, and configured so that a stack of articles formed on a first handling device is progressively unloaded from the latter to be loaded onto a second handling device adjacent to the first handling device.

Title: Handling device, assembly provided with a handling device and at least one article, method of handling such an article using such a device TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION [001] The invention relates to the field of handling, in particular mobile trolleys on which one or more containers, such as crates or the like, can be placed. [002] The invention relates more particularly to a handling device configured to pass an article, in particular a mobile trolley on which one or more containers can be arranged, from a transport position to a working position and vice versa. [003] The invention also relates to an assembly provided with such a handling device and at least one article, in particular at least one mobile trolley on which one or more containers can be arranged, mounted on the handling device. [004] The invention also relates to a handling method for passing an article, in particular a mobile trolley on which one or more containers can be arranged, from a transport position to a working position and vice versa. [005] The invention further relates to a production site provided with at least one storage and/or production area, a plurality of articles, in particular mobile trolleys on which one or more containers can be arranged, and one or more handling devices configured to move the mobile trolleys from a transport position to a working position and vice versa. STATE OF THE ART [006] European patent EP 1 663 826 discloses a device for handling crates and the like, intended to iteratively present an upper crate of a first stack of crates formed on a first carriage at a predetermined height and to allow the evacuation of the upper crate, so that the crates evacuated from the first stack gradually form a second stack on a second carriage. [007] In particular, this device comprises a first vertically movable support, intended to receive the first stack, a second vertically movable support, intended to receive the second stack, means for synchronously controlling the first support and the second support with one of these supports rising when the other descends, and vice versa, a first lateral upright located on a first lateral side of the device and a second lateral amount distinct from the first amount and located on a second lateral side of the device, opposite the first lateral side. [008] Each of the first upright and second upright is provided with a slide, the first support being mounted on the slide of the first upright and the second support being mounted on the slide of the second upright. [009] The device is arranged to leave free the space existing between the second upright and the upper box of the first stack, at the level of the predetermined height so that the upper box of the first stack is transferable directly to the second stack by lateral translation. [010] Such a handling device makes it possible to align the stacks of boxes in such a way that the first box of a stack can be transferred to the other stack with a simple gesture by the operator or by an actuator. [011] Such a handling device is therefore suitable for increasing the productivity and ergonomics of a workstation by providing a permanent supply of a box having a determined quantity of parts and by the easy and rapid evacuation of empty boxes, with little downtime. [012] The supports may further be adapted to occupy a mid-height position in which they are arranged facing each other, at the same level or thereabouts. [013] When said stacks of boxes are established on mobile trolleys, which is common in this type of application, the device also allows easy transfer of the rolling trolley from one support to another, in particular when these are in their mid-height position. STATEMENT OF THE INVENTION [014] The present invention aims to provide a handling device of a similar type, that is to say configured to pass an article, in particular a mobile trolley on which one or more containers can be arranged, from a transport position to a working position and vice versa, and which is particularly simple, compact and convenient to use. [015] The invention thus relates, according to a first aspect, to a handling device configured to pass an article, in particular a mobile trolley on which one or more containers can be arranged, from a transport position to a working position and vice versa, the handling device being configured to be mechanically secured by a first end to any support, to support said article by a second end opposite the first end, and to admit a retracted configuration in which the article is in the transport position and a configuration deployed in which the article is in the working position, the handling device being characterized in that it comprises a lifting mechanism provided with at least one articulated arm and configured to be mechanically secured to any support and to support said article between the transport position and the working position, at least one transmission member movable in translation and
