Abstract
The invention relates to a method for installing a profiled section (1) with a total longitudinal extension (2) on a support structure (3) for a translational guide system (4) for a door assembly (5) of a piece of furniture (6) for covering another piece of furniture, having the following steps: - a first profiled piece (7) is connected to a connecting device (11) in a preparatory step, said connecting device (11) being integrally formed and/or being connected to the profiled piece (7) at precisely one first fixation surface (38), - the first profiled piece (7) is removed from a storage device (12) together with the preinstalled connecting device (11) which projects beyond the longitudinal extension (9) of the first profiled piece (7) in the longitudinal direction (8), wherein the longitudinal extension (9) of the first profiled piece (7) together with the connecting device (11) arranged thereon equals maximally 1200 mm, - at least one additional profiled piece (13) with a longitudinal extension (14) which is adapted to the total longitudinal extension (2) of the profiled section (1) is removed from a storage device (12) and is connected to the connecting device (11) preinstalled on the first profiled piece (7), the longitudinal extension (14) of the at least one additional profiled piece (13) equaling maximally 1200 mm, and - the first profiled piece (7) and the at least one additional profiled piece (13) or the profiled section (1) are arranged on the support structure (3).

Claims (1)
- Patent claims 1. A method for mounting a profile (1) with a total longitudinal extent (2), preferably of at least 1200 mm, on a supporting structure (3) for a translatory guide system (4) for a door arrangement (5) of a piece of furniture (6) for concealing another piece of furniture, characterized by the following method steps: - a first profile piece (7) is connected to a connecting device (11) in a preparatory process step, wherein the connecting device (11) is formed in one piece and/or is connected to the first profile piece (7) at exactly one first fixing surface (38), - the first profile piece (7) is connected to the, preferably exclusively, longitudinal direction (8) via a Longitudinal extension (9) of the first profile piece (7) projecting and, preferably by means of at least one screw connection (10) and/or detachably pre-assembled connecting device (11) of a storage device (12), preferably a transport pallet, wherein the longitudinal extent (9) of the first profile piece (7) with the connecting device (11) arranged thereon is a maximum of 1200 mm, - at least one further profile piece (13) is removed from a storage device (12) with a longitudinal extent (14) of the at least one further profile piece (13) matched to the total longitudinal extent (2) of the profile (1) and is connected, preferably via exactly one further fixing surface (39) oriented coplanar to the first fixing surface (38), to the connecting device (11) pre-assembled on the first profile piece (7), preferably by means of at least one screw connection (10) and/or clamped by means of at least one clamping connection (15) or plug connection, wherein the longitudinal extent (14) of the at least one further profile piece (13) is a maximum of 1200 mm, wherein it is preferably provided that a further pre-assembled connecting device (11) is arranged on the at least one further profile piece (13), - the first profile piece (7) and the at least one further profile piece (13) or the profile (1) is arranged on the supporting structure (3). 2. Method according to claim 1, wherein the first profile piece (7) is positioned abutting against the adjacent further profile piece (13) and/or two adjacent further profile pieces (13). 3. Method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the total longitudinal extent (2) of the profile (1) is at least 2400 mm and the profile (1) is formed from at least, preferably exactly, three profile pieces (7, 13), wherein it is preferably provided that at least two of the at least three profile pieces (7, 13) comprise a pre-assembled connecting device (11). 4. Method according to one of the preceding claims, wherein at least one of the profile pieces (7, 13) and/or the at least one connecting device (11) has at least one elongated hole (16) oriented in the longitudinal direction (8), wherein the at least two profile pieces (7, 13) are positioned relative to one another via the at least one elongated hole (16) in such a way that a predefined total longitudinal extent (2) of the profile (1) results. 5. Method according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the at least one connecting device (11) is arranged on one of the profile pieces (7, 13) via at least one self-tapping screw (17), preferably with a toothing under the head (37), and/or at least one dowel pin (18) and/or at least one embossed knob (19) as a centering projection, wherein it is preferably provided that at least one profile piece (7, 13) and/or the at least one Connecting device (11) comprises at least one opening (20) for chip release for the at least one self-tapping screw (17). 6. Description
Procedure for mounting a profile The invention relates to a method for mounting a profile with a total longitudinal extent, preferably of at least 1200 mm, on a supporting structure for a translatory guide system for a door arrangement of a piece of furniture for concealing another piece of furniture. Furthermore, the invention relates to a profile for a supporting structure with a translatory guide system for a door arrangement of a piece of furniture for concealing another piece of furniture. Furthermore, the invention relates to a piece of furniture with at least one such profile. Such a method is already known from the document EP 3 622 148 B1, wherein profile pieces of a multi-part profile are connected to the profile via angle plates. For this purpose, two angle plates are mounted on two profile pieces and the two angle plates are connected to one another via a third angle plate in conjunction with T-nuts. One of the two angle plates is fixed to the first profile piece via a first fixing surface. The second angle plate is then screwed to the second profile piece via two opposite fixing surfaces using countersunk screws. Once both angle plates have been mounted, the two profile pieces are brought into contact via the two angle plates and then the third angle plate is pushed in via a third fixing surface, which is oriented parallel to the two opposite fixing surfaces, and is also screwed in using countersunk screws. A disadvantage of the state of the art is that the fixing of the two profile pieces requires a high number of assembly steps and components and requires free accessibility of the profile pieces in order to be able to carry out the complex connection of the profile pieces properly. In addition, the total longitudinal extension of the profile is clearly defined, so that the generated total longitudinal extension of the profile due to Component tolerances in the production of the individual Components may make it difficult or impossible to connect the profile to the supporting structure. The objective technical object of the present invention is therefore to provide a method which is improved compared to the prior art, as well as a profile and a piece of furniture in which the disadvantages of the prior art are at least partially eliminated, and which are characterized by a particularly simple connection of the component parts involved, in particular by a rapid pre- and/or final assembly and/or by a simple fixing mechanism. This object is achieved by the features of claim 1. It is therefore provided according to the invention that the following process steps are carried out, preferably in chronological order: - a first profile piece is connected to a connecting device in a preparatory process step, wherein the connecting device is formed in one piece and/or is connected to the first profile piece at exactly one fixing surface, - the first profile piece is connected to the connecting device, which preferably exclusively projects in the longitudinal direction beyond a longitudinal extent of the first profile piece and is preferably pre-assembled by means of at least one screw connection and/or detachably, by a storage device, preferably a transport pallet, wherein the longitudinal extent of the first profile piece with the connecting device arranged thereon is a maximum of 1200 mm, - at least one further profile piece is removed from a storage device, preferably the storage device, with a longitudinal extent of the at least one further profile piece that is matched to the overall longitudinal extent of the profile and is connected, preferably via exactly one further fixing surface oriented coplanar to the first fixing surface, to the connecting device pre-assembled on the first profile piece, preferably screwed by means of at least one screw connection and/or clamped by means of at least one clamping connection or plug connection, wherein the longitudinal extent of the at least one further profile piece is a maximum of 1200 mm, wherein it is preferably provided that a further pre-assembled connecting device is arranged on the at least one further profile piece, - the first profile piece and the at least one further profile piece or the profile is arranged on the supporting structure. This makes it possible for the profile to be connected to the supporting structure in an efficient and simple modular way, segmented to the desired overall longitudinal extent, before or during final assembly of the profile, whereby different overall longitudinal extents can be covered by a limited number of profile pieces, and at the same time the transport of the profile can be simplified in a resource-saving manner. Another positive feature is that the final assembly is particularly simple, user-friendly and quick, as access for the connection is only required via a fixing surface. Thus, the accessibility of one side surface of the profile is sufficient for the assembly of the profile. This has the advantage tha
