Description

MAIN FRAME , SECONDARY FRAME AND RELATED MAIN FRAME¬ SECONDARY FRAME CLIP-ON ASSEMBLY The present invention relates to a main frame , a secondary frame , and the related assembly main framesecondary frame with clip-on coupling . The present invention is usefully employed in the field of eyewear . Assemblies main frame-secondary frame with clip-on coupling are known, which provide a main frame to which a secondary frame can be coupled so that the lenses and the front of the secondary frame overlap the lenses and the front of the main frame . In particular, it is known that the term clip-on refers to a typology of reversible coupling between a main frame and a secondary frame that allows to easily connect/disconnect them to/ from each other as needed . In known assemblies main frame-secondary frame with clip-on coupling, typically prescription lenses are mounted on the main frame , while sun lenses are mounted on the secondary frame . In this way, a person wearing prescription glasses can, i f necessary, also make the same prescription glasses he/ she is already wearing sunglasses , or with a colour filter, without needing to wear a di f ferent pair of glasses and without needing special sunglasses with graduated lenses . Alternatively, the secondary frame can be a variant of the main frame for aesthetic purposes . In another known embodiment , both the main frame and the secondary frame are for sunglasses or with colour filtering and/or an aesthetic variant . In another known embodiment , less frequent , the main frame is for sunglasses or with colour filtering, and the secondary frame has prescription or ophthalmic lenses . For example , clip-ons are known in which the coupling is of the mechanical type . A first typology of clip-on with mechanical coupling provides attachments positioned on the lens contour of the secondary frame that allow the secondary frame to be interlocked onto the front of the main frame . A second typology of clip-on with mechanical coupling provides a connecting element , positioned on the bridge of the secondary frame , which allows the secondary frame to be hinged to the bridge of the main frame . This typology of clip-on is particularly known as a flip-up clip-on since the secondary frame can remain connected to the main frame but the former can be li fted or lowered by rotating it with respect to the main frame . Disadvantageously, in the case of mechanical coupling, the elements that allow the coupling are bulky and/or can interlock with other obj ects and be det ached/ damaged . The obj ect of the present invention is to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks and in particular to ideate a main frame , a secondary frame , and a related assembly main frame-secondary frame with clip-on coupling, wherein the coupling between the secondary frame and the main frame is stable and wherein the components are durable over time . The mentioned and other obj ects that will become more apparent below, are achieved by a main frame as recited in claim 1 , a secondary frame as recited in claim 7 , and a related assembly main frame-secondary frame with clip-on coupling as recited in claims 13 and 14 . Further features of the main frame , the secondary frame , and the assembly are provided in the dependent claims . The features and advantages will become more apparent from the description of preferred, but not exclusive , embodiments of a main frame , a secondary frame , and the related assembly main frame-secondary frame with clip-on coupling, illustrated by way of example and not limitation with the help of the attached drawings in which : - Figure 1 shows a perspective view of an assembly main frame-secondary frame with clip-on coupling according to the present invention in an unassembled condition; - Figure la shows an enlargement of a detail o f figure 1 ; - Figure 2 shows the same perspective view of the assembly of figure 1 in an assembled condition; - Figure 3 shows a di f ferent perspective view of the assembly of figures 1 and 2 in an assembled condition; - Figure 4 shows a partially sectioned top view of the assembly of figures 1-3 in an assembled condition; - Figure 5 shows a side view of the assembly of figures 1-4 sectioned along the section plane C-C shown in figure 4 ; - Figure 6 shows a perspective view of a first component , i . e . , a main frame , of the assembly of f igures 1-5 ; - Figure 7 shows a perspective view of a second component , i . e . , a secondary frame , of the assembly of figures 1-5; Figure 8 shows a bottom view of the second component of figure 7. In the present description, clip-on coupling refers to a typology of reversible coupling between a main frame, for example on which prescription lenses are mounted, and a secondary frame, for example on which sun lenses are mounted. In particular, the clip-on coupling allows the secondary frame to be easily connected to the main frame so that the lenses and the front of the secondary frame overlap the possi
