Description

The present invention relates to a dishwasher comprising a customized spraying member. In dishwashers, the washing process is realized by spraying the water received from the water delivery line onto the dishes by means of spray arms. Water is sprayed onto the items placed in the rack by means of the spray arms. In order to spray water homogeneously onto all the items in the dishwasher, the spray arms rotate around themselves at different RPMs and speeds. Thus, the water is enabled to be delivered onto the items at an angle. Water can reach a larger area as the density and the speed thereof increase. It is highly important to deliver the water to the edge regions of the machine. While the dishes placed in the central region of the rack are generally washed more effectively, the dishes placed near the edges are not washed properly due to insufficient water delivery. The positioning of the nozzles on the spray arm is generally determined by taking such situations into account so as to aim to improve the washing performance. Spray arms may be manufactured as a single piece, but generally the lower and upper parts are manufactured separately and the lower and upper parts are joined together by welding. Thus, ease of production is provided. However, in order to provide a welding line, the nozzles must be positioned closer to the central region of the spray arm. The joint line formed along the outermost edge of the spray arm makes the placement of the nozzles difficult. This prevents the water delivery from the ends of the spray arm. In the state of the art, there are embodiments where the joint line is formed through the center of the spray arm, and the end nozzles are intersected along the joint line. However, this also results in manufacturing challenges. In the state of the art European Patent Document No. EP3703544, a dishwasher is disclosed, comprising a spraying member having nozzles at the end portions thereof The aim of the present invention is the realization of a dishwasher which increases the washing performance and which provides ease of production. The dishwasher realized in order to attain the aim of the present invention, explicated in the first claim and the respective claims thereof, comprises a body; a washing tub which is disposed in the body; at least one rack which is disposed in the washing tub; at least one spraying member which sprays water onto the rack; an opening which enables the spraying member to be attached to the washing tub; and a plurality of nozzles which are provided on the spraying member. The spraying member comprises a first shell, a second shell, and a joint line which connects the first shell and the second shell. A water delivery line which delivers the water taken through the opening to the nozzles is provided between the first shell and the second shell. The water taken from the mains into the washing tub is delivered to the spraying member to be sprayed into the washing tub. The spraying member is attached to the washing tub by means of the opening and the water is delivered to the spraying member through the opening. The water moving through the spraying member is delivered onto the kitchen items in the rack by means of the nozzles. The dishwasher of the present invention comprises the spraying member wherein the water delivery line is positioned above the joint line. By means of the positioning of the water delivery line above the joint line, the joint line does not obstruct the nozzles which deliver the water. Thus, the water is enabled to be delivered to points farther from the center. In an embodiment of the present invention, the dishwasher comprises the spraying member having an additional nozzle which opens to the outermost point of the first shell and which is arranged above the joint line. The joint line remains under the additional nozzle. The water delivery line extends above the joint line and opens into the additional nozzle. Thus, the water is enabled to be delivered from the ends of the spray arm to the edges of the washing tub. In an embodiment of the present invention, the dishwasher comprises an inlet through which the water delivery line passes above the joint line and opens into the additional nozzle, and a spraying chamber into which the inlet on the additional nozzle opens. The water flows through the water delivery line, passes through the inlet, and is delivered into the spraying chamber. Thus, the water is enabled to be delivered through the additional nozzle. In an embodiment of the present invention, the dishwasher comprises the additional nozzle having an angled base in the spraying chamber, against which the water impacts. By means of the angled base, the water is delivered into the washing tub at a certain angle. In an embodiment of the present invention, the dishwasher comprises the additional nozzle which is arranged at the upper edge of the first shell and which bears against the side wall thereof. By means of the present invention, a
