EP-4737258-A1 - CLADDING STRUCTURE FOR BOGIE, BOGIE ASSEMBLY AND RAIL VEHICLE
Abstract
A cladding structure (100) for a bogie (200), comprising a bottom plate (1), wherein the bottom plate (1) is used for cladding the bottom of the bogie (200), an opening portions (1a) are provided in the bottom plate (1), and the opening portions (1a) are used for avoiding wheels (23) of a rail vehicle. Further disclosed are a bogie assembly and a rail vehicle. The cladding structure (100) clads the bottom of the bogie (200), and when flowing through the bottom of the bogie (200), an airflow directly flows away through a bottom surface of the bottom plate (1), thereby reducing the aerodynamic resistance in the area of the bogie (200). Each opening portion (1a) occupies a small space, which can reduce the effect of the resistance caused by the airflow entering the bogie (200) from the opening portion (1a), without affecting the effect of the cladding structure (100) reducing the running resistance.

Chinese Patent Application No. 202321707911.9, titled "BOGIE DEVICE AND RAIL VEHICLE", filed with the China National Intellectual Property Administration on June 30, 2023. FIELD The present application relates to the technical field of rail vehicles and, in particular, to a cladding structure for a bogie, a bogie assembly, and a rail vehicle. BACKGROUND A high-speed multiple unit includes a bogie provided at the bottom of a vehicle body. The bogie has a complex structure, and includes a framework. In addition to wheels and brake discs, various components such as suspension, anti-yaw damper and anti-roll torsion bar may be amounted on the framework. During running, a large aerodynamic resistance is generated when airflow passes through a bogie region, which influences the energy consumption of a vehicle during running. SUMMARY The present application provides a cladding structure including a base plate configured to clad a bottom portion of the bogie. The base plate is provided with opening portions for avoiding wheels of a rail vehicle respectively. In an embodiment, the opening portion is a notch formed in an end portion of the base plate; and/or, a guard plate extending upwardly is provided at an edge of the opening portion. In an embodiment, the base plate is provided with a sunken portion for receiving a brake disc of the bogie, and the sunken portion includes a wall bulging downwardly with respect to a bottom surface of the base plate, and an outer surface which is streamlined. In an embodiment, the outer surface of the sunken portion is in a spindle shape or a drop shape. In an embodiment, each of two side edges of the base plate extends upwardly to form a side flange, and/or, each of end edges of the base plate extends upwardly to form an end flange. In an embodiment, a mounting arm is further included. The mounting arm includes a first connecting seat and a second connecting seat. The first connecting seat is connected to the base plate, and the second connecting seat is connected to an end portion of a side sill of the bogie. In an embodiment, a sand spreading device and/or an obstacle removal device is mounted on the mounting arm. In an embodiment, the mounting arm is disposed at the opening portion. A side edge of the opening portion is provided with a side flange extending upwardly, and the first connecting seat includes a U-shaped plate which is engaged with and fixed to the side flange. In an embodiment, the cladding structure further includes a support skeleton, which is fixed to the base plate and configured to be connected with a framework of the bogie. The present application further provides a bogie assembly including a bogie and a cladding structure cladding the bottom portion of the bogie and being the cladding structure for the bogie as described in any one of the foregoing embodiments. The present application further provides a rail vehicle including the bogie assembly described in any one of the foregoing embodiments. The cladding structure according to the present application can clad the bottom portion of the bogie, so that the airflow, when flowing past the bottom portion of the bogie, will not flow into complex components within the bogie, but will flow away directly along a bottom surface of the base plate, thereby reducing an aerodynamic resistance to which the bogie region is subjected, and reducing the energy consumption of the vehicle during running. In addition, the base plate is provided with the opening portion for avoiding the wheel. Since the cladding structure is fixed to the framework of the bogie with less relative movement to the wheel, the opening portion located for avoiding the wheel occupies a small space, so that the influence of the resistance caused by the airflow flowing into the bogie through the opening portion can be mitigated, without influencing the effect of the cladding structure in reducing the resistance during running. The present application further provides a cladding structure for a bogie. The cladding structure is configured to clad a bottom portion of the bogie, and the bogie is provided with a framework body and an axle-mounted brake disc. The cladding structure for a bogie includes: a mounting crossbeam for fixedly connecting to the framework body of the bogie; andat least two mounting plates fixedly disposed on the mounting crossbeam. At least one of the mounting plates is configured to be
