Abstract
A package (1) includes a packaging box (2) that is formed of corrugated cardboard and that includes a side wall portion surrounding four sides of a packaging target (100) and an in-box fixation member (20) of which both ends are fixed to facing surfaces of the side wall (10) portion and the in-box fixation member includes a first angle material (21), in which a plurality of sheets of corrugated cardboard is stacked and bent into an L-like shape, and a pair of second angle materials (22), in each of which one or a plurality of paper members is stacked and bent into an L-like shape, and through which both ends of the first angle material are fixed to the facing surfaces of the side wall portion.

Claims (9)
- A package comprising: a packaging box that is formed of corrugated cardboard and that includes a side wall portion surrounding four sides of a packaging target; and an in-box fixation member of which both ends are fixed to facing surfaces of the side wall portion, wherein the in-box fixation member includes a first angle material, in which one or a plurality of paper members is stacked and bent into an L-like shape, and a pair of second angle materials, in each of which one or a plurality of paper members is stacked and bent into an L-like shape, and through which both ends of the first angle material are fixed to the facing surfaces.
- The package according to Claim 1, wherein a protruding portion is provided at an upper surface of the packaging target, and the in-box fixation member abuts against the upper surface of the packaging target and a side surface of the protruding portion.
- The package according to Claim 2, wherein a pair of the in-box fixation members is provided with both side surfaces of the protruding portion interposed between the pair of the in-box fixation members.
- The package according to Claim 1, wherein a first protruding portion and a second protruding portion are provided at an upper surface of the packaging target, and the in-box fixation members include a first in-box fixation member that is configured to abut against the upper surface of the packaging target and a first side surface of the first protruding portion, and a second in-box fixation member that that is configured to abut against the upper surface of the packaging target and a second side surface of the second protruding portion, the second side surface being opposite to the first side surface.
- The package according to Claim 1, wherein a pair of the first angle materials is combined with a plurality of the in-box fixation members to form a hash-like shape.
- The package according to Claim 4, wherein casters are provided at a bottom surface of the packaging target, and the packaging box accommodates a slope member that is formed of corrugated cardboard and that is used in a case where the packaging target is to be taken out.
- The package according to Claim 1, wherein casters are provided at a bottom surface of the packaging target, and the packaging box includes a supporting base that is formed of corrugated cardboard and that is configured to support the bottom surface of the packaging target in a state where the casters are suspended.
- The package according to Claim 1, further comprising: a pallet that is configured to support the packaging box; and a band that is configured to fix the pallet and the packaging box.
- The package according to any one of Claims 1 to 8, wherein the packaging target is a pump.
Description
CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS Priority is claimed on Japanese Patent Application No. 2024-193111, filed on November 1, 2024, the content of which is incorporated herein by reference. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a package. Description of Related Art Disclosed in Japanese Unexamined Patent Application, First Publication No. 2010-127120 is an example of a dry vacuum pump unit. The dry vacuum pump unit includes a rectangular box-shaped exterior cover, an intake pipe is provided at an upper surface of the exterior cover, and an exhaust pipe is provided at a side surface of the exterior cover. Generally, a dry vacuum pump unit is accommodated in a package with a wooden frame to be stored and transported to a site. However, there are various dry vacuum pump units of which the sizes depend on the specifications thereof and in the related art, package sizes are designed in accordance with the sizes of the dry vacuum pump units. Therefore, as a result, it is necessary to carry excess inventory of 200 or more types of packages, which is a heavy burden in terms of resources, costs, and operation management. Regarding a package, a packaging box that matches the size of a packaging target (a dry vacuum pump unit) is prepared so that the packaging target is not broken or damaged due to vibration or shock at the time of transportation and the packaging target is covered. However, in a case where the shape the packaging target is not a hexahedron or a case where the shape of the packaging target is a hexahedron but there are protrusions or the like around the packaging target, a gap is inevitably formed between the packaging box and the packaging target. In such cases, it is necessary to take a countermeasure of filling the gap with a buffer material so that the packaging target does not vibrate or move in the packaging box. The above-described problem is not a problem for a dry vacuum pump unit only, but is a problem for other types of pumps, fluid machinery such as a compressor, a turbine, and an air blower, and all packaging targets having various sizes. The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a package that is resource-saving, low-cost, and easy to manage and operate. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a package including a packaging box that is formed of corrugated cardboard and that includes a side wall portion surrounding four sides of a packaging target and an in-box fixation member of which both ends are fixed to facing surfaces of the side wall portion, in which the in-box fixation member includes a first angle material, in which one or a plurality of paper members is stacked and bent into an L-like shape, and a pair of second angle materials, in each of which one or a plurality of paper members is stacked and bent into an L-like shape and through which both ends of the first angle material are fixed to the facing surfaces. In the package, a protruding portion may be provided at an upper surface of the packaging target and the in-box fixation member may abut against the upper surface of the packaging target and a side surface of the protruding portion. In the package, a pair of the in-box fixation members may be provided with both side surfaces of the protruding portion interposed between the pair of the in-box fixation members. In the package, a first protruding portion and a second protruding portion may be provided at an upper surface of the packaging target, and the in-box fixation members may include a first in-box fixation member that is configured to abut against the upper surface of the packaging target and a first side surface of the first protruding portion, and a second in-box fixation member that is configured to abut against the upper surface of the packaging target and a second side surface of the second protruding portion, the second side surface being opposite to the first side surface. In the package, a pair of the first angle materials may be combined with a plurality of the in-box fixation members to form a hash-like shape. In the package, casters may be provided at a bottom surface of the packaging target, and the packaging box may accommodate a slope member that is formed of corrugated cardboard and that is used in a case where the packaging target is to be taken out. In the package, casters may be provided at a bottom surface of the packaging target, and the packaging box may include a supporting base that is formed of corrugated cardboard and that is configured to support the bottom surface of the packaging target in a state where the casters are suspended. The package may further include a pallet that is configured to support the packaging box and a band that is configured to fix the pallet and the packaging box.
