Description
This invention relates to an operating system for a door or window. In particular, the doors or windows according to the invention may comprise a fixed frame and a mobile frame with a side hung or tilt and turn opening. Operating means comprise a plurality of movable rods positioned in the mobile frame in suitable housing channels and a plurality of bosses or pins fixed on the rods, in predetermined points of the fixed frame, configured to intercept contact elements associated with the fixed frame to determine the closed or open position of the door or window. Control means makes it possible to operate the movement of the rods in such a way as to move the pins towards or away from the contact elements and determine a closed or open configuration of the mobile frame. The control means may be in the form of a handle for a manual actuation or in the form of an electric actuator for an automatic actuation. The handle may be associated or associable with the mobile frame in such a way that the user can control the closing or opening, of a side hung or tilt and turn type, of the mobile frame relative to the fixed frame by a relative rotation of it with respect to a pivot. The electric actuator, usually associated with an upper crosspiece of the fixed frame, operates a movable kinematic unit which engages with a pin, associated with a respective rod, to control a sliding movement of the movable rods determining the closing or opening of the mobile frame relative to the fixed one. The electric actuator is often required for controlling the opening of large tilt and turn doors and windows and, consequently, of considerable weight. In this situation, the electric actuator controls the movement of the movable rods to which is connected a system of articulated arms which allow the angled opening of the mobile frame to be controlled with respect to the fixed frame. A correct tilt and turn opening, and consequent closing, depends on a correct relative movement of the entire kinematic mechanism which, in cascade, responds to the movement of the pin gripped by the movable kinematic unit driven by the electric actuator. Consequently, when the door or window is closed, the various components of the kinematic mechanism, such as rods, pins, articulated arms, must be positioned in very precise relative positions, otherwise imprecise positions may determine a risk of incidental damage to the components due to an incorrect movement relative to the actuation of the electric actuator. The imprecise positions are often determined following an operation of the operating system with the handle by the user, with the electric actuator switched off. In fact, in doors and windows 1 with an electric actuator, the user can open the door or window manually to perform, for example, cleaning or maintenance operations. For this reason, in the context in which there is both the automatic actuation for the tilt and turn opening and the manual actuation for opening and closing the door or window there is the need to preserve the correct movement of the kinematic mechanism actuated by the electric actuator for tilt and turn opening at the expense of manual opening. The aim of the invention is to provide a system for operating a door or window which inhibits the tilt and turn opening if performed with a handle in order to preserve a correct opening and closing operation of the door or window by means of an electric actuator. Said aim is fully achieved by a system for operating a door or window as described in independent claim 1. Further features of the invention are described in the accompanying dependent claims. The advantages of the invention are more apparent in the non-limiting description which follows of a non-exclusive embodiment of a system for operating a door or window as illustrated by way of example only and, therefore, without limiting the scope of the invention, in which: Figure 1 illustrates a door or window in which an operating system according to this invention is applied with some parts cut away to better illustrate others;Figure 2 illustrates a detail of the operating system with non-operating electric actuator and handle at 0°;Figure 3 illustrates a detail of the operating system with non-operating electric actuator and handle at 90°;Figure 4 illustrates a detail of the operating system with non-operating electric actuator and handle at 180°; - - Figure 5 illustrates a detail of the operating system of Figure 3 with some parts cut away to better illustrate others;Figure 6 illustrates a detail of the operating system in a first configuration corresponding to the door or window closed and electric actuator operational, automatic actuation;Figure 7 illustrates a detail of the operating system in a second configuration corresponding to the door or window open in a tilt and turn fashion and an electric actuator operational, automatic actuation;Figure 8 illustrates a detail of Figure 7 with some parts cut away to better illustrate ot
