EP-4737797-A1 - VEHICLE LAMP
Abstract
A vehicle lamp includes: a light source unit having a light source and emitting light from the light source toward a front side; a lens panel disposed on the front side of the light source unit, having a lens portion including a concave lens portion recessed toward a back side and a convex lens portion protruding toward a front side, and emitting light from the light source unit toward the front side from a light exit surface of the lens portion; and an outer lens disposed on the front side of the lens panel and emitting light emitted from the lens panel toward the front side. A light-transmitting pattern having an opening that is shaped to correspond to a shape of the lens portion is formed on a front-side surface of the lens panel.

Claims (10)
- A vehicle lamp comprising: a light source unit having a light source and emitting light from the light source toward a front side; a lens panel disposed on the front side of the light source unit, having a lens portion including a concave lens portion recessed toward a back side and a convex lens portion protruding toward a front side, and emitting light from the light source unit toward the front side from a light exit surface of the lens portion; and an outer lens disposed on the front side of the lens panel and emitting light emitted from the lens panel toward the front side, wherein a light-transmitting pattern having an opening that is shaped to correspond to a shape of the lens portion is formed on a front-side surface of the lens panel.
- The vehicle lamp according to claim 1, wherein the light-transmitting pattern is formed so that, in the lens portion, a portion located on the front side transmits a greater amount of light per unit area than a portion located on the back side.
- The vehicle lamp according to claim 1, wherein the light-transmitting pattern has a laminated portion formed of a light-reflective layer disposed on a front surface of the lens portion and a coating layer laminated on the light-reflective layer, and the opening is formed through the light-reflective layer and the coating layer.
- The vehicle lamp according to claim 3, wherein the lens panel has a light diffusing portion on a light entrance surface of the lens portion.
- The vehicle lamp according to claim 1, wherein the lens panel has, around the lens portion, a reflective surface that reflects light emitted from the light exit surface toward a front side of a vehicle.
- The vehicle lamp according to claim 5, wherein the concave lens portions and the convex lens portions of the lens panel are alternately arranged in at least one of a left-right direction or an up-down direction in a vehicle mounted state, and the lens panel has a standing wall portion connecting the concave lens portion and the convex lens portion that are adjacent to each other, and the reflective surface is formed on a surface of the standing wall portion.
- The vehicle lamp according to claim 6, wherein the standing wall portion disposed on a vehicle inner side with respect to the concave lens portion has a surface formed to have a higher light reflectance than other portions.
- The vehicle lamp according to claim 5, further comprising: an inner panel disposed on a front side of the lens portion and supporting the lens panel, wherein the reflective surface is formed on a surface of the inner panel close to the lens portion.
- The vehicle lamp according to claim 5, wherein the light-transmitting pattern is formed such that openings through which light is transmitted extend in one direction, and the reflective surface is disposed at a position on an extension of the opening.
- The vehicle lamp according to claim 8, wherein a portion of the reflective surface located at a position on an extension of the opening is formed to have a higher light reflectance than other portions.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a vehicle lamp. BACKGROUND ART A vehicle lamp having a lens panel that emits light from a light source toward the front side is known (for example, see Patent Literature 1). PRIOR ART LITERATURE PATENT LITERATURE Patent Literature 1; JP 2018-120037 A SUMMARY OF INVENTION PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED BY THE INVENTION In the vehicle lamp as described above, it is required to achieve a three-dimensional light-emitting state with a sense of depth. The present invention has been made in view of the above, and an object thereof is to provide a vehicle lamp capable of achieving a three-dimensional light-emitting state with a sense of depth. SOLUTION TO PROBLEMS A vehicle lamp according to the present invention includes: a light source unit having a light source and emitting light from the light source toward a front side; a lens panel disposed on the front side of the light source unit, having a lens portion including a concave lens portion recessed toward a back side and a convex lens portion protruding toward a front side, and emitting light from the light source unit toward the front side from a light exit surface of the lens portion; and an outer lens disposed on the front side of the lens panel and emitting light emitted from the lens panel toward the front side. A light-transmitting pattern having an opening that is shaped to correspond to a shape of the lens portion is formed on a front-side surface of the lens panel. EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a vehicle lamp capable of achieving a three-dimensional light-emitting state with a sense of depth.
