Abstract

The purpose of the outdoor unit according to the present disclosure is to reduce noise. The outdoor unit comprises: heat exchangers (20) that each have a first upright section (21) which stands upright, a second upright section (22) which bends from an end on one side in the horizontal direction of the first upright section (21) and extends in a prescribed direction, and a third upright section (23) which bends from the end on the other side in the horizontal direction of the first upright section (21), extends in the prescribed direction, and is shorter in length in the prescribed direction than the second upright section (22), the heat exchangers (20) each having an internal space (S) formed between the first upright section (21), the second upright section (22), and the third upright section (23), and exchanging heat between a refrigerant flowing through the inside of a heat transfer pipe and the air flowing into the internal space (S); an axial flow fan that rotates about a central axis (C) extending in the vertical direction, and guides the air, which has passed through the heat exchangers (20) and flowed into the internal spaces (S), upward; and a partition plate (40) that is provided on the third upright section (23) side of the internal space (S) such that the plate surface intersects the circumferential direction based on the central axis (C).

Description

Technical Field The present disclosure relates to an outdoor unit for an air conditioner. Background Art As an outdoor unit for an air conditioner, an outdoor unit is known in which a fan is provided at an upper portion and a heat exchanger is provided at a lower portion, and air that has undergone heat exchange in the heat exchanger is blown upward (for example, PTL 1). PTL 1 discloses an outdoor unit in which a heat exchanger having a substantially C-shaped horizontal cross-sectional shape is provided below a fan. The heat exchanger described in PTL 1 includes a first heat exchanger portion disposed on a rear wall surface side, and a second heat exchanger portion and a third heat exchanger portion disposed on both left and right wall surface sides. Citation List Patent Literature [PTL 1] Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2006-38312 Summary of Invention Technical Problem However, in the outdoor unit of PTL 1, for example, in a case where the length of the second heat exchanger portion of the heat exchanger and the length of the third heat exchanger portion are made different from each other, there is a possibility that the flow speed of the air in the internal space guided upward by the fan in the vicinity of the shorter heat exchanger portion may be lower than that in other spaces. In this way, the flow speed of the air in a part of the space is reduced, and thus the flow speed of an axial velocity component of the air (vertical direction) becomes non-uniform in the circumferential direction around the central axis of the fan, and there is a possibility that noise (for example, NZ noise: blade passing frequency noise) may increase. The present disclosure has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present disclosure is to provide an air conditioner outdoor unit capable of reducing noise. Solution to Problem An outdoor unit for an air conditioner according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes a heat exchanger that includes a first upright portion erected upright, a second upright portion bent from an end portion on one side of the first upright portion in a horizontal direction and extending in a predetermined direction, and a third upright portion bent from an end portion on the other side of the first upright portion in the horizontal direction, extending in the predetermined direction, and having a length in the predetermined direction shorter than a length in the predetermined direction of the second upright portion, and that performs heat exchange between a refrigerant flowing through a heat transfer tube and air flowing into an internal space, the internal space being defined by the first upright portion, the second upright portion, and the third upright portion; a fan that rotates around a central axis extending in a vertical direction and guides the air that has passed through the heat exchanger and has flowed into the internal space upward; anda plate portion that is provided on a third upright portion side of the internal space, such that a plate surface intersects with a circumferential direction with respect to the central axis. Advantageous Effects of Invention According to the present disclosure, noise can be reduced.
