Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of LED display devices, in particular to a latch assembly, an LED display screen cabinet, and an LED display screen. The latch assembly is configured to assemble two connected pieces into a single unit and includes a connecting base, a locking housing, a locking rod, and a handle. A stroke groove is formed on a side wall of the locking housing, and a first limiting groove and a second limiting groove, which are in communication with the stroke groove, are formed on a top wall of the locking housing; when the handle moves from the first limiting groove through the stroke groove to the second limiting groove, the locking rod is in a locked state; when the handle moves from the second limiting groove through the stroke groove to the first limiting groove, the locking rod is in an unlocked state. According to the present application, the first limiting groove and the second limiting groove are formed at the top of the locking housing, ensuring that the handle remains vertically arranged in the unlocked state or the locked state. This prevents the handle from exceeding the edge of the connected pieces, improving safety in the transportation and use processes, and meanwhile ensuring that there is no interference with adjacent cabinets or other objects.

Description

The present disclosure is based on the Chinese patent application with application No. 202422617432.9, filed on October 29, 2024, and claims priority from this Chinese patent application. The entire content of this Chinese patent application is hereby incorporated by reference into the present application. Technical field The present invention relates to the technical field of LED display devices, in particular to a latch assembly, an LED display screen cabinet, and an LED display screen. Background of invention An LED display screen is often used for displaying various information such as texts, images, and videos. The existing LED display screen is generally formed by assembling modular LED display cabinets. In the assembling process of the LED display screen cabinets, a connecting lock is usually used, through which two parts of the cabinets are assembled into a single unit. However, the operating handle on the existing connecting lock is too long and the projection of the operating handle onto the display screen frame extends the edge of the display screen frame. This may lead to damage to adjacent cabinets in the transportation and use processes. If the operating handle is too short, it is likely to forget to fasten the lock during the installation of the cabinets, posing a significant safety hazard. Summary of invention In order to solve the problems in the background section, the present invention provides a latch assembly, an LED display screen cabinet, and an LED display screen. Two connected pieces are locked and unlocked through a latch connection method, and when a locking rod is in a locked state or an unlocked state, a handle is vertically arranged. This prevents the handle from exceeding the edge of the connected pieces, improving the safety in the transportation and use processes. In a first aspect of the present invention, a latch assembly is provided. The latch assembly is configured to assemble two connected pieces into a single unit, and the latch assembly includes a connecting base, a locking housing fixed on the connecting base, a locking rod movably arranged in the locking housing, and a handle vertically fixed on the locking rod, wherein: a stroke groove extending along a length direction is formed on a side wall of the locking housing, and a first limiting groove and a second limiting groove, which are in communication with the stroke groove and located on one side of the stroke groove, are formed on a top wall of the locking housing; andwhen the handle moves from the first limiting groove through the stroke groove to the second limiting groove, the locking rod is in a locked state; when the handle moves from the second limiting groove through the stroke groove to the first limiting groove, the locking rod is in an unlocked state; when the locking rod is in the locked state or the unlocked state, the handle is vertically arranged. Further, the locking rod is provided with a resilient unit for providing rotational force to the locking rod; when in a locked position or an unlocked position, the handle automatically returns to the second limiting groove or the first limiting groove under an action of the resilient unit. Further, the resilient unit is a return spring fitted onto the locking rod. Further, a support piece is provided at one end, in the locking housing, of the locking rod, and one end, near the support piece, of the locking rod forms a limiting step; one end of the return spring abuts against the support piece, and the other end of the return spring abuts against the limiting step. Further, the support piece includes a support portion and a sliding portion, wherein the support portion is connected to one end of the locking rod through a first fixing piece, and the locking rod is rotatably arranged on the support portion; a sliding groove, adapted to the sliding portion, is formed on the connecting base, and when the locking rod moves, the sliding portion is arranged to move along with the locking rod within the sliding groove. Further, a guide groove extending along a length direction is formed in the locking housing, and the locking rod is movably arranged in the guide groove; one end of the guide groove is in communication with the outside through the stroke groove, the first limiting groove, and the second limiting groove. Further, the connecting base takes an L-shaped structure, a vertical end of the connecting base is fixedly connected to one of the connected pieces, and the locking rod is movably mounted at a horizontal end of the connecting base; the locking rod is detachably connected to the other connected piece.
