EP-4738879-A1 - EARPHONE
Abstract
An earphone, comprising a main body portion, a connecting portion and a battery portion. The connecting portion connects the main body portion and the battery portion; the battery portion comprises a battery housing, a battery and a charging structure, the battery being arranged in the battery housing, and the charging structure being arranged on the surface of the battery housing not in contact with the skin, thereby avoiding short circuit caused by a liquid wetting the charging structure, and further prolonging the service life of earphones. A control apparatus is provided on the first side circumferential surface of the connecting portion facing the upper edge of the ear so as to avoid the contact with other parts of the body, thereby preventing accident touch and further improving the user experience. The top surface of a first sealant rib of the main body portion is set to be higher than the top surface of a first silica gel outer coating layer, such that during injection molding of the first silica gel outer coating layer, the first sealant rib can prevent silicone oil from flowing into a first dispensing slot of a first inner support, thereby preventing the silicone oil from affecting the bonding effect between glue in the dispensing slot and an upper cover of the earphone, and improving the assembling stability of the upper cover of the earphone and the first inner support.

Description
The present application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202321699235.5, filed with the China National Intellectual Property Administration on June 30, 2023, and entitled "ANTI-FALSE TOUCH EARPHONE", which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety. The present application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202321699726X, filed with the China National Intellectual Property Administration on June 30, 2023, and entitled "EARPHONE", which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety. The present application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202321699459.6, filed with the China National Intellectual Property Administration on June 30, 2023, and entitled "EARPHONE", which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety. TECHNICAL FIELD The present application relates to the technical field of consumer electronic products, and in particular, to an earphone. BACKGROUND With the development of society, earphones are used in a wider and wider range of applications, and are widely used in office environments and when listening to music or entertaining anywhere. At present, in a production process of an earphone, an inner bracket having a glue dispensing groove is usually injection molded first, and then a silicone layer is injection molded outside the inner bracket, and then glue is dispensed in the glue dispensing groove to bond an earphone upper cover to the inner bracket. However, a top surface of the current glue dispensing groove is usually flush with a top surface of the silicone layer, which results in that silicone oil easily flows into the glue dispensing groove during the injection molding process of the silicone layer, which affects the bonding effect between the glue in the glue dispensing groove and the earphone upper cover. At present, charging contacts are provided on earphones, and the earphones are charged by an earphone box after being placed in the earphone box. In order to ensure the beautiful appearance of the earphone, in the prior art, the charging contacts are usually arranged on a side of an ear hook of the earphone that fits with the skin, and the shortest distance between two charging electrodes is increased to prevent a short circuit between the charging electrodes caused by sweat, water droplets, dust, etc., for example, as described in paragraph 137 of the Utility Model Patent No. CN217159949 U, entitled "EARPHONE": two charging electrodes may be arranged invisibly in a wearing state, for example, both facing skin of a user, so as to take into account the appearance quality of the earphone. However, since both of the two charging electrodes face the skin of the user, when the user sweats, the earphone is prone to short-circuit failure due to the action of sweat. At present, for the current earphone, function buttons such as a power button and a volume button are usually arranged on a front side of a sound producing part opposite to the user's ear, and in this way, these buttons are prone to accidental touch, for example, when the user lies down to rest, the buttons are easily pressed to cause accidental touch, affecting the user experience. In order to overcome this problem, the solution adopted by the earphone disclosed in CN216795245U, entitled "BLUETOOTH EARPHONE PREVENTING ACCIDENTAL TOUCH" is to cover the button with a protective cover to prevent accidental touch during use. However, this solution has a complicated structure and has a great impact on the overall appearance of the earphone. In summary, the existing earphones have the problems of poor assembly stability and poor use effect. SUMMARY The main purpose of the present application is to provide an earphone, which aims to avoid a user from accidentally touching various buttons of the earphone during use, and improve the user experience. Thus, the experience of the user when using the earphone is improved. The earphone aims to prevent the user's sweat from wetting a charging structure to cause a short circuit, and prevent dirt on the user's skin from soiling the charging structure to cause poor contact during charging, thereby prolonging the service life of the earphone. The earphone aims to prevent silicone oil from flowing into a glue dispensing groove of an inner bracket to affect the bonding effect with an earphone upper cover, and improve the assembly stability of the earphone. To achieve the above purpose, the present application provides an earphone, which includes an ear hook, and a main body part arranged at one end of the ear hook, where in a wearing state, the main body part is arranged in cooperation with a front side of an ear part, the main body part has a peripheral surface extending from a position close to the front side of the ear part in a direction away from the front side of the ear part, and a control apparatus is arranged on a first peripheral surface of the peripheral surface facing an upper edge of the ear part.
