Description
This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202311015416.6, filed with the China National Intellectual Property Administration on August 10, 2023 and entitled "GREEN ENERGY MANAGEMENT METHOD, NETWORK ELEMENT, AND SYSTEM", which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety. TECHNICAL FIELD This application relates to the field of communication technologies, and in particular, to a green energy management method, a network element, and a system. BACKGROUND Dramatic changes in climate pose a major threat to human society. Therefore, many countries have elevated "carbon neutrality" to national strategies and proposed long-term goals for a carbon-free future. More robust policies and measures can be adopted in the future. For example, every effort is made to achieve peak carbon emission by 2030 for carbon dioxide emission and to achieve carbon neutrality by 2060. It can be learned from prediction of operators on 5th-generation (5th-generation, 5G) construction and planning that carbon emission of telecommunication networks will reach 406 million tons in 2025, and is increased by 74% in comparison with 2019. Large-scale 5G deployment faces a major energy consumption challenge for sustainable development. In terms of network construction and maintenance, energy saving and carbon reduction of devices, sites, and equipment rooms are inevitable problems in the information and communication industry. Therefore, how to perform green energy management on a communication network element is an urgent problem to be resolved.
