Description

COSMETIC PRODUCT PACKAGING DEVICE WITH REFILL Technical field [0001] The present disclosure relates to the field of refillable cosmetic product packaging devices. Previous technique [0002] In the cosmetic field, in particular, users are particularly sensitive to the aesthetics of packaging devices. However, the cost of aesthetic packaging devices is high and increases the price of cosmetic products sold in this form in stores. [0003] An idea has emerged to provide a packaging device comprising an aesthetic housing and a refill, possibly less aesthetic than the housing, but whose packaging is less expensive. The refill is advantageously removable, so as to be able to refill the packaging device, by replacing the only removable refill in the housing. [0004] Such a refillable packaging device can have an improved environmental footprint because only the refill is thrown away when the cosmetic product is used up. [0005] However, in this case, some users try to use the cosmetic product refill, without the case. In doing so, the cosmetic product is less well packaged. Indeed, the refill is not designed to withstand significant shocks since in the packaging device, the case protects the refill. [0006] There is therefore a need to limit or even prevent a cosmetic product refill of a cosmetic product packaging device from being used without the associated housing of the packaging device. Summary [0007] To this end, a device for packaging a cosmetic product is proposed comprising: - a cosmetic product refill including: -- a tank suitable for containing the cosmetic product, the tank having a neck fitted with a thread, -- a cap with a thread to be screwed onto the neck of the tank, and -- a socket mounted freely rotating around the cap, and - a cover fixed to the plug, the plug and the cover comprising complementary reliefs cooperating to make the plug and the cover integral in rotation around the axis of the thread and the tapping. [0008] Thus, advantageously the cosmetic product refill cannot easily be opened, as long as it is not received in the cover of the packaging device. Thus, it is encouraged users to use the cosmetic product refill only when it is received in the cover of the cosmetic product packaging device. [0009] According to preferred embodiments, the packaging device may have one or more of the following characteristics, taken alone or in combination: - the plug has a generally cylindrical shape, extending in the direction of the axis of the thread and tapping, - the sleeve has a generally cylindrical shape, extending in the direction of the axis of the thread and the tapping, the cylindrical surface of the sleeve covering the entire cylindrical surface of the plug; - the plug has at least a first relief in the vicinity of a first longitudinal end, the sleeve has at least a second relief, preferably in the vicinity of a first longitudinal end, the first and second reliefs cooperating to limit or even prevent the movement of the plug relative to the sleeve, in a first direction along the direction of the axis of the thread and the tapping; - one of the first and second reliefs is a radially projecting circular edge and the other of the first and second reliefs is a complementary circular recess; - the plug has at least a third relief in the vicinity of a second longitudinal end, the sleeve has a fourth relief, preferably in the vicinity of a second longitudinal end, the third and fourth reliefs cooperating to limit or even prevent the movement of the plug relative to the sleeve, in a second direction along the direction of the axis of the thread and the tapping, the second direction being opposite to the first direction; - one of the third and fourth reliefs is a radially projecting circular edge and the other of the third and fourth reliefs is a complementary circular recess; - the tank has at least one lug received in a notch in the cap to hold the cap in position, once screwed onto the tank; - the complementary reliefs comprise at least a first hollow relief, on one of the cap and the cover and at least a second complementary protruding relief on the other of the cap and the cover; - the complementary reliefs consist of a single first hollow relief, on one of the cap and the cover, preferably on the cap, and a single second complementary protruding relief on the other of the cap and the cover, preferably on the cover; - the first and second reliefs are of generally cylindrical shape, extending in the direction of the axis of the thread and the tapping, the first and second reliefs being of non-circular cross-section; - the complementary reliefs consist of at least one first hollow relief, preferably at least two first hollow reliefs, on one of the cap and the cover, more preferably on the cap, and at least one second complementary projecting relief on the other of the cap and the cover, preferably at least two second complementary projecting reliefs on the other of the cap and the cover, more prefer
