Abstract

The invention relates to a guide device (1, 1') comprising a lateral grate (2) and a pull-out guide (10). The lateral grate (2) has at least two mutually spaced vertical posts (3) and at least one horizontal rod (4) which connects the two posts (3) and comprises a tilt protection. At least one end section of the tilt protection is fixed to the horizontal rod (4) and has a C-shaped section when viewed in the longitudinal direction of the rod (4), a guide section (6) extending onto said C-shaped section above and substantially parallel to the rod (4), and the pull-out guide (10) comprises at least two rails (11, 12, 13) which can be moved relative to each other. A stationary rail (11) is held on the lateral grate (2) via a front mounting (20) and a rear mounting (30, 40), and a web (33, 45) of the rear mounting (30, 40) engages under a lower limb (7) and/or an upper limb (9) of the C-shaped section in order to prevent the pull-out guide (10) from rising in the rear region.

Description

guide device The present invention relates to a guide device with a side rail and a pull-out guide, wherein the side rail has at least two vertical posts spaced apart from one another and at least one horizontal bar connecting the two posts with an anti-tilt device, wherein the anti-tilt device is fixed to the horizontal bar with an end section and, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the bar, has a C-shaped section to which a guide section extends above and substantially parallel to the bar, and the pull-out guide comprises at least two rails that can be moved relative to one another and a stationary rail is held on the side rail via a front holder and a rear holder. DE 10 2006 015 444 B4 discloses a telescopic pull-out device for fastening to a side rail, which has two vertical posts and pairs of horizontally running guide rods that are connected to the vertical posts on both sides. A lower guide rod serves as a support and an upper guide rod as an anti-tilt device to prevent a food carrier from being lifted in a partially pulled-out position. A telescopic pull-out device with a stationary rail and a movable guide rail is fixed to a pair of guide rods, the guide rail having a web that is arranged between the two guide rods of a pair of guide rods. The upper guide rod can therefore form an anti-tilt device when a food carrier is arranged on the guide rail. The guide device formed in this way requires a lot of metal due to the pairs of guide rods, which slows down the heating of an oven and requires energy. In addition, the anti-tilt device prevents a food carrier from being lifted when it is already largely arranged in one position in front of an oven. It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a guide device which has an improved structure and in which the pull-out guide can be fixed to a side rail using simple means. The guide device according to the invention comprises a side rail and a pull-out guide, wherein the side rail has at least two vertical posts spaced apart from one another and at least one horizontal bar connecting the two posts with an anti-tilt device, wherein the anti-tilt device is fixed to the horizontal bar with an end section and, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the bar, has a C-shaped section on which a guide section extends above and essentially parallel to the bar. The guide section forms the anti-tilt device, which prevents a food carrier, for example a baking tray, from tipping on the horizontal bar in a partially protruding position. The pull-out guide comprises at least two rails that can be moved relative to one another, with a stationary rail being held on the side rail via a front and a rear holder and the rear holder engaging under a lower and/or upper leg of the C-shaped section of the anti-tilt device with a web in order to secure the pull-out guide in the mounted position against lifting and twisting about a longitudinal axis in the rear area. This allows the guide device to be designed to be compact, since the anti-tilt device with the guide section above the horizontal bar is designed to be shorter than the horizontal bar, for example at least 15%, preferably at least 20%, shorter in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal bar than the horizontal bar between the two vertical posts. This means that the pull-out guide or the stationary rail can also be made correspondingly shorter, since the rear holder is no longer mounted on the rear vertical post, but on the C-shaped section, which is arranged at a distance from the vertical post. This means that the guide device can be manufactured using little material, in particular less metal, and enables the guidance of food supports or other elements that are supported by the guide device in a compact design. Preferably, the pull-out guide is suspended from the front bracket and the rear bracket on the side rail. This allows the pull-out guide to be detachably held on the side rail and can be easily installed by mounting the rear bracket on the C-shaped section of the anti-tip device and the front bracket on the front vertical post. The pull-out guide is then held in the desired position by gravity and the brackets. In a preferred embodiment, the rear holder can be pushed onto the C-shaped section of the anti-tip device for installation. This allows installation by sliding, in particular without tools. The rear holder can grip the horizontal bar in a U-shape in order to be fixed perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the bar. Alternatively or in addition, In addition, the rear holder can engage around a lower leg of the C-shaped section in a U-shape so that the rear holder is secured against being raised or lowered. The rear holder can also have stop surfaces that rest on the C-shaped section, for example on a vertical connecting section between the two horizontal legs. For example, in the mounted position, a web of the rear holder can engage behind the connecting section so that the
