Description
Guide device, oven and method for mounting a pull-out guide The present invention relates to a guide device with a side grid that can be fixed to a side wall of an oven muffle, a pull-out guide formed from several rails that can be moved relative to one another, at least one holding device for fixing the pull-out guide to the side grid, which has at least one holder that is preferably detachably fixed to at least one strut of the side grid, and an adapter that is fixed to a rail of the pull-out guide, and a method for mounting a pull-out guide to a side grid. EP 2 254 443 A1 discloses a telescopic pull-out guide which has a fixed guide rail which can be secured to a furniture body by fastening elements. The fastening elements can have an angle so that the pull-out guide is fixed to one leg and the other leg to a body. For mounting a pull-out guide on a side rack in an oven, EP 2 313 693B1 discloses quick fastening elements that are fixed to the stationary rail. EP 3 599 424 A1 discloses a guide device with two brackets on a rail of the pull-out guide, each of which includes a rotary latch. By turning the rotary latch, the pull-out guide can be fixed to two bars of a side rack. Although this enables easy installation, the fastening cannot be used flexibly for different side racks. The side racks in ovens have differences in terms of cross-sections, wire thicknesses, length and the course of the bars and in terms of the spacing of the bars, so that despite the simple installation, a separate fastening mechanism for fixing a pull-out guide must be provided for each side rack. It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a guide device and a method for mounting a pull-out guide on a side rail, which enable flexible adaptation to differently designed side rails and ensure effective assembly. This object is achieved with a guide device having the features of claim 1 and a method for assembly having the features of claims 13 and 14. The guide device according to the invention comprises a side grid that can be fixed to a side wall of an oven muffle, a pull-out guide formed from several rails that can be moved relative to one another, at least one holding device for fixing the pull-out guide to the side grid, which has at least one holder that is preferably detachably fixed to at least one strut of the side grid, and an adapter that is fixed to a rail of a pull-out guide, wherein the adapter is fixed to the holder via a plug connection. The holding device therefore comprises at least two parts, namely the adapter fixed to the rail of the pull-out guide and the at least one holder that can be preferably detachably fixed to the side grid, which are fixed to one another via a plug connection. The pull-out guide can thus be connected to the adapter and flexibly fixed to different side grids, wherein only the holder is suitable for being fixed to the respective side grid, so that the entire structural unit comprising the pull-out guide and the holder does not have to be adapted to the geometry of the side grid. This allows for a flexible structure, and one and the same pull-out guide can be easily mounted on different side rails. To secure the plug connection against accidental loosening, additional safety elements can be used, e.g. pins, screws, clamping elements. Preferably, the adapter is fixed in place via the plug connection by clamping or locking. This means that the plug connection can be installed without tools by simply clamping or locking it in place without any additional fastening means. The adapter and the holder can be plugged together using mechanical means for a preferably detachable connection, for example using hooks, webs, clamping elements or other pluggable fastening means. The adapter can be fixed to the holder preferably in different positions via the plug connection. This allows different length pull-out guides to be fixed to a side rail or the same pull-out guide to side rails with different length horizontal struts. Depth adjustment and/or width adjustment can thus be carried out via the plug connection, which allows the adapter to be mounted on the holder in different positions. Alternatively or additionally, the holder can be designed in such a way that it can be fixed in different positions on the side rail, particularly in the area of cross-sectional changes and/or bends. This can be achieved, for example, by means of recesses or locking elements. Each side rail can have at least two vertical posts and several horizontal struts which are firmly connected to one another or are formed integrally with one another. The posts and struts are preferably made of a metallic wire, in particular a round wire, and welded together. For stable fixation by the plug connection, this preferably comprises a tab that can be pushed into and/or pivoted into a receptacle. The tab can be formed integrally with the holder or the adapter. The holder and/or the adapter can be made, for example, fro
