Description

Description surge arrester arrangement The invention relates to a surge arrester arrangement. A surge arrester is designed to limit electrical overvoltages, such as those that can occur during a lightning strike. For example, a surge arrester is designed for this purpose as an arrester column that has a stack of varistor elements. To provide sufficient surge protection, such arrester columns can be very long, for example up to several meters, and correspondingly heavy, and therefore need to be supported. Surge arresters in gas-insulated applications in particular are also often arranged in housings which can be correspondingly long and heavy. In such a surge arrester arrangement, an arrester column must be placed mechanically securely in the housing, taking into account all mechanical loads relevant to the design. Due to manufacturing tolerances and the type of construction of the arrester column, radial tolerances caused, for example, by an inclination of the arrester column, as well as axial tolerances, for example length tolerances of the arrester column, must be taken into account when it is installed in the housing. Therefore, due to the length of the arrester column, axial compensation and radial compensation are usually necessary in order to place the arrester column securely in its installation position. WO 2022/073722 A1 discloses a conductor arrangement with an electrical conductor, a surge arrester and an electrically insulating support. The support is arranged in a longitudinal direction of the surge arrester between the surge arrester and the electrical conductor. The support is supported by the electrical conductor and the surge arrester is supported by the support. The invention is based on the object of specifying a surge arrester arrangement with an arrester column which can be designed to be relatively long and therefore has to be suitably supported. The object is achieved according to the invention by a surge arrester arrangement having the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims. A surge arrester arrangement according to the invention comprises - a discharge column, - a housing in which the arrester column is arranged and which has a housing wall which surrounds the arrester column at a distance from the arrester column, and - a support device connected to the arrester column and the housing wall, which supports the arrester column on the housing wall. The wording that the surge arrester arrangement comprises an arrester column is not to be understood as meaning that the surge arrester arrangement has only one arrester column. Rather, the surge arrester arrangement can have several arrester columns. The wording is therefore to be understood as meaning that the surge arrester arrangement has at least one arrester column. An exemplary embodiment of a surge arrester arrangement according to the invention with several arrester columns is shown in the figures. A surge arrester arrangement according to the invention therefore has an arrester column arranged in a housing. This allows the surge arrester arrangement to be used in particular be gas-insulated by making the housing fluid-tight. The arrester column is supported by a support device on a housing wall of a housing of the surge arrester arrangement, wherein the housing wall surrounds the arrester column at a distance from the arrester column. As a result, the arrester column can be supported laterally on the housing wall in an electrically insulated manner by the support device from the housing wall in order to avoid damage caused by external forces and/or deflection or inclination of the arrester column due to its own weight. In one embodiment of the invention, the support device has a coupling element that is arranged between a first column section of the arrester column and a second column section of the arrester column. The arrester column is coupled to the support device by the coupling element. For this purpose, the coupling element is arranged between two column sections of the arrester column, each of which rests against the coupling element. If the surge arrester arrangement has several arrester columns, the support device can have a coupling element for each arrester column that is arranged between two column sections of the arrester column. In a further embodiment of the invention, the surge arrester arrangement has a connecting element which connects the first column section and the second column section to one another and is guided through a coupling element recess in the coupling element, wherein the coupling element recess has a larger diameter than the connecting element. The wording that the surge arrester arrangement has such a connecting element is not to be understood as meaning that the surge arrester arrangement has only one such connecting element. Rather, the surge arrester arrangement can have several such Have connecting elements. The wording is t
