Description
The invention relates to a massage device. Massage devices for treating various muscle groups are known in the prior art. Such massage devices can be used by a therapist as an aid to increase the effectiveness of the massage. Massage devices intended for self-application are also known, enabling the treatment of tense muscle groups independently. One such massage device is made, for example, of... DE 20 2022106226 U1 known. It is advantageous if such massage devices are flexible in their application, both with regard to the body part being treated and the location of use. For example, it is beneficial if the massage device is easily transportable. At the same time, the massage device must possess a certain degree of stability, as considerable force is often applied to the treated body part via the device during treatment. The invention is therefore based on the objective of providing a massage device that is flexible in its application and has a robust construction. The problem according to the invention is solved by a massage device comprising a central receiving element for receiving at least one massage attachment, and comprising a fixing device for releasably attaching the massage device to a surface, wherein the central receiving element is designed for releasable attachment with the fixing device and wherein the receiving element is designed as a handle element. The massage device is advantageously flexible in its design, as it is designed for attachment to a surface and can therefore be used for self-treatment and can also be handheld using the handle element. This is advantageously facilitated by the central mounting element. which advantageously fulfills several functions. A first function is the use of the receiving element as a handle element for handheld use of the massage device, and the fixing device can either be detached from the massage device or the receiving element or not. In a second function, the massage device can be attached to a surface so that the massage device is spatially fixed for self-treatment without a therapist, and the body part to be treated is moved relative to the massage device. In both the first and second functions, the at least one massage attachment can be attached to the massage device or not. For this purpose, the at least one massage attachment is preferably detachably fixed to the receiving element. Preferably, the receiving element is rod-shaped. If no massage attachment is attached to the receiving element, the receiving element itself can advantageously be used as a massage attachment. For this purpose, the receiving element advantageously has a substantially rod-shaped section with a rounded free end, or the central receiving element is entirely substantially rod-shaped, with at least one or both ends being rounded. Preferably, the central receiving element includes a handle section. Preferably, the handle section is essentially rod-shaped. The handle section can form a central part of the central receiving element. Preferably, the handle section can have a surface texture and/or a coating, for example, a rubber coating. This makes the massage device easier to grip and prevents it from slipping in the hand. Preferably, the fixing device is detachably attached to a first end of the receiving element, while the at least one first massage attachment is arranged at a second end of the receiving element. The handle section is preferably arranged between the first and the second ends. Preferably, the central receiving element is detachably attached to the fixing device in the area of the handle section. Preferably, a free end of the central receiving element forms the handle section. The free end can, for example, be received in the fixing device and fixed there, in particular by means of one or more fixing elements, such as screws. A suction cup is the preferred fixing device. The suction cup allows the massage device to be attached easily and conveniently to a variety of different surfaces, such as walls, doors, or tabletops. Furthermore, the massage device can be securely fixed to the surface, which increases the safety of the massage device during use. Preferably, exactly one suction lifter is provided. Alternatively, the fixing device can include more than one, for example two, suction lifters. Preferably, the receiving element is attached to the fixing device in such a way that a longitudinal axis of the receiving element runs perpendicular to a surface on which the massage device can be fixed. Preferably, a fastening pin is arranged on the fixing device, which can be attached to an opening in an end face of the receiving element to fix it in place. The fastening pin is, in particular, essentially identical to the fastening pins of the massage attachments, so that the same openings on the end faces can be used to fix the receiving element to the fixing device as are used to attach the massage attachments. In particular, the fastening pin may be made of or
