Abstract

- A fixing device (2) for a fastening device for fixing a storage body to a storage surface (4) of a storage device, comprising at least one base (6) that can be fixed directly or indirectly to the storage surface (4) of the storage device, comprising at least one housing (8) that includes the base (6) or that is fixed to the base (6), comprising at least one clamping element (14) that is arranged outside the housing (8) on a side of the housing (8) facing away from the base (6) and is movable relative to the housing (8), and comprising at least one actuating unit (16) that includes at least one actuating element (18) to which the clamping element (14) is fixed in a rotationally and positionally fixed manner relative to the actuating element (18), and comprising at least one actuator (20) by which the actuating element (18) and the clamping element (14) fixed thereto can be moved from a release position to a pre-clamping position by rotation about an axis of rotation (22) extending transversely to the storage surface (4), in which The actuating element (18) and the clamping element (14) are rotated relative to the release position about the axis of rotation (22) and are fixed against further rotation about the axis of rotation (22), and can be moved from the pre-clamping position by the actuating element (18) and the clamping element (14) by translational movement parallel to the axis of rotation (22) towards the housing (8) into a clamping position in which a distance between the clamping element (14) and the support surface (4) is reduced relative to the pre-clamping position.

Description
The invention relates to a fixing device for a fastening device for fixing a storage body to a storage surface of a storage device. Securing devices for a fastening device for securing a storage body to a storage surface of a storage device are known in the prior art in various designs. In these devices, the securing device is fixed to a storage surface of the storage device, and a clamping element of the securing device is positioned above a storage body and tightened by means of tools until the storage body to be clamped is clamped to the storage surface by the securing device. Depending on the accessibility of the position of the clamping element of the fixing device, which is intended to clamp the storage body, a tool for tightening the clamping element may have difficulty reaching the clamping element and tightening the clamping element with the tool may prove cumbersome. If the clamping element is already fixed to the fixing device, arranging the fixing device on the storage surface may prove difficult if the geometry of the storage body to be fixed makes access to the storage surface difficult. This problem is solved by a fixing device for a fastening device for fixing a storage body to a storage surface of a storage device, comprising at least one base that can be fixed directly or indirectly to the storage surface of the storage device, at least one housing that encompasses the base or that is fixed to the base, at least one clamping element that is arranged outside the housing on a side of the housing facing away from the base and is movable relative to the housing, and at least one actuating unit comprising at least one actuating element to which the clamping element is fixed relative to the actuating element in a rotationally and positionally fixed manner, and comprising at least one actuator by which the actuating element and the clamping element fixed thereto can be moved from a release position to a pre-clamping position by rotation about an axis of rotation extending transversely to the storage surface, in which the actuating element and the clamping element are rotated relative to the axis of rotation with respect to the release position and are fixed against further rotation about the axis of rotation, and by which the actuating element and clamping element are moved from the pre-clamping position to a clamping position by translational movement parallel to the axis of rotation towards the housing are transferable in which the distance between the clamping element and the storage surface is reduced with respect to the pre-clamping position. Because the fixing device includes an actuating unit in which the actuating element and the actuator interact in such a way that the actuating element and the clamping element attached to it can be moved from a release position to a pre-clamping position by rotating about a rotation axis running transversely to the storage surface, the clamping element can already be pre-mounted on the fixing device and moved by the actuator from the release position, in which the clamping element allows the storage body to be placed on the storage surface without collision, to the pre-clamping position, in which the clamping element is positioned above the storage body for clamping and fixing it. This is achieved by the actuator of the clamping element moving from the pre-clamping position by translational movement parallel to the axis of rotation. Since the storage body can be moved towards the housing into the clamping position, it can be easily clamped. By providing an actuator, it is not absolutely necessary for the clamping element to be directly accessible with a tool. The actuator can be positioned on the locking device in a way that is always collision-free and easily accessible by a tool or operator. In the clamping position, the distance between the clamping element and the support surface is reduced compared to the pre-clamping position; this means that the clamping element is moved from its position in the pre-clamping position towards the support surface in order to reach the clamping position.
