A printer according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a printer section configured to print on recording paper; a main body 2 configured to support a first portion of the printer section; an openable-closable section 3 rotatably connected to the main body 2 about a rotary shaft 32 orthogonal to a width direction (Y-axis direction) of the recording paper and configured to support a second portion of the printer section. The printer further includes an opening-closing lever 8 provided at a second end portion 3E2 of the openable-closable section 3 on a side opposite to a first end portion connected to the main body 2 and configured to rotationally move between a release position, in which the openable-closable section 3 can be opened and closed, and a lock position, in which the openable-closable section 3 is closingly fixed to the main body 2. The printer further includes an open-close sensor 9 provided at the main body 2 and configured to detect that the opening-closing lever 8 is in the lock position.

Claims (6)
- A printer, comprising: a printer section configured to print on recording paper; a main body configured to support a first portion of the printer section; an openable-closable section rotatably connected to the main body about a rotary shaft orthogonal to a width direction of the recording paper and configured to support a second portion of the printer section; and an opening-closing lever provided at a second end portion of the openable-closable section on a side opposite to a first end portion connected to the main body and configured to rotationally move between a release position, in which the openable-closable section can be opened and closed, and a lock position, in which the openable-closable section is closingly fixed to the main body, wherein the opening-closing lever includes an engagement portion that, when the opening closing lever is in the lock position, extends along a side surface of the openable-closable section and is configured to engage with a side portion of the main body; and a lock release lever that extends toward the first end portion of the openable-closable section upon the opening-closing lever being in the lock position.
- The printer according to claim 1, wherein the opening-closing lever is disposed at a rear end of the openable-closable section in a conveying direction of the recording paper.
- The printer according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein in the opening-closing lever, upon being in the lock position, at least a part of the lock release lever projects from an end surface of the openable-closable section on a side opposite to the main body.
- The printer according to any preceding claim, wherein a projection projecting from the end surface of the openable-closable section on the side opposite to the main body is provided at a tip of the lock release lever.
- The printer according to any preceding claim, wherein the lock release lever is disposed at a rear end of the openable-closable section in a conveying direction of the recording paper.
- The printer according to any preceding claim, further comprising: a cutter configured to cut recording paper, wherein the cutter includes a fixed blade supported by the openable-closable section, a movable blade disposed adjacent to the fixed blade in the conveying direction of the recording paper and supported by the main body, and a biasing part configured to bias the fixed blade toward the movable blade, and the lock release lever is disposed at a steady position farther on a biasing direction side of the biasing part relative to the fixed blade upon the opening-closing lever being in the lock position, and the lock release lever is disposed at a paper release position, in which the fixed blade is separated from the movable blade in a direction opposite to the biasing direction of the biasing part upon the opening-closing lever being in the release position.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD A certain aspect of the embodiments is related to a printer. BACKGROUND Conventionally, thermal printers are known (see, e.g., Patent Document 1). The thermal printer as described in Patent Document 1 includes a main body and a cover rotatably supported on the main body. The cover of the thermal printer as described in Patent Document 1 is locked to the main body by a lock mechanism connected to an open-close button provided in the main body in normal use. When the open-close button is pressed, the lock mechanism is linked with the movement of the open-close button to release the lock of the cover to the main body. Then, the unlocked cover can be opened to a side by rotating around a central axis of rotation orthogonal to a width direction of paper with respect to the main body. In the thermal printer as described in Patent Document 1, the lock of the cover to the main body by the lock mechanism is released by pressing the open-close button, but it is not possible to detect a semi-locked state in which the lock of the cover is released when the cover is closed. Therefore, a user of the thermal printer may operate or perform maintenance of the thermal printer without realizing that the thermal printer is in the semi-locked state. In the thermal printer as described in Patent Document 1, the opening-closing button is provided on the main body. Therefore, when the thermal printer is disposed in a limited space, it is difficult to press the opening-closing button due to an obstacle around the thermal printer, and there is a possibility that the locking of the cover to the main body by the lock mechanism cannot be released. RELATED ART Patent Document 1: Japanese Laid-Open Patent Application No. SUMMARY Disclosed is a printer capable of detecting a semi-locked state in which an openable-closable section connected to a main body is closed with respect to the main body and the openable-closable section is not fixed to the main body. The present disclosure also provides a printer capable of releasing the locked state of the openable-closable section with respect to the main body even in a limited space. A printer is disclosed including: a printer section configured to print on recording paper; a main body configured to support a first portion of the printer section; an openable-closable section rotatably connected to the main body about a rotary shaft orthogonal to the width direction of the recording paper and configured to support a second portion of the printer section; an opening-closing lever provided at a second end portion of the openable-closable section on a side opposite to a first end portion connected to the main body and configured to rotationally move between a release position in which the openable-closable section can be opened and closed and a lock position in which the openable-closable section is closingly fixed to the main body; and an open-close sensor provided at the main body and configured to detect that the opening-closing lever is in the lock position. Another aspect of the present disclosure is to provide a printer including: a printer section configured to print on recording paper; a main body configured to support a first portion of the printer section; an openable-closable section rotatably connected to the main body about a rotary shaft orthogonal to a width direction of the recording paper and configured to support a second portion of the printer section; and an opening-closing lever provided at a second end portion of the openable-closable section on a side opposite to a first end portion connected to the main body and configured to rotationally move between a release position in which the openable-closable section can be opened and closed and a lock position in which the openable-closable section is closingly fixed to the main body; and the opening-closing lever includes: an engagement portion that extends along a side surface of the openable-closable section when the opening-closing lever is in the lock position and is configured to engage with a side portion of the main body; and a lock release lever that extends toward the first end portion of the openable-closable section when the opening-closing lever is in the lock position. According to the above-described embodiments of the present disclosure, it is possible to provide a printer capable of detecting a semi-locked state of the openable-closable section, in which the openable-closable section is closed to the main body and the openable-closable section is not fixed to the main body, and a printer capable of releasing the locked state of the openable-closable section to the main body even in a limited space.
