Abstract
An air outlet assembly, an outdoor unit (100) and an air conditioner. The air outlet assembly includes a panel body (10) and a guide ring (20). The panel body (10) is provided with an air outlet (11). The guide ring (20) is provided at the panel body (10) and includes a main air ring (21) and an air diffuser (22). The main air ring (21) is coaxial with the air outlet (11). The air diffuser (22) is located at the air outlet side of the main air ring (21), one end is connected to the main air ring (21) and the other end extends in a direction away from the main air ring (21), to diffuse the outlet airflow along the air diffuser (22).

Claims (20)
- An air outlet assembly, comprising: a panel body provided with an air outlet; and a guide ring provided at the panel body , wherein the guide ring comprises: a main air ring disposed coaxially with the air outlet; and an air diffuser located at an air outlet side of the main air ring, an end of the air diffuser being connected to the main air ring, and an other end of the air diffuser extending in a direction away from the main air ring, to diffuse outlet airflow along the air diffuser.
- The air outlet assembly according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of air diffusers are provided at an interval around an axis of the main air ring.
- The air outlet assembly according to claim 1, wherein the air diffuser is configured as a spiral groove recessed into a surface of the panel body.
- The air outlet assembly according to claim 3, wherein a contour line of the spiral groove forms a partial arc segment of a spiral and satisfies following equations: x=k*cosy/y, y=k*sinγ/γ, where k denotes a constant, and γ denotes a polar angle.
- The air outlet assembly according to claim 3, wherein the spiral groove comprises a first extension section and a second extension section connected to the first extension section, an initial angle α1 between an extension direction of the first extension section and an extension direction of an inner diameter of the main air ring is less than a terminal angle α2 between an extension direction of the second extension section and the extension direction of the inner diameter of the main air ring.
- The air outlet assembly according to claim 5, wherein a difference between the initial angle α1 and the terminal angle α2 satisfies: 10° < α2 - α1 < 40°.
- The air outlet assembly according to claim 6, wherein the initial angle α1 is greater than 25°.
- The air outlet assembly according to claim 7, wherein α1 is equal to 35°.
- The air outlet assembly according to claim 5, wherein the terminal angle α2 is greater than 50°.
- The air outlet assembly according to claim 9, wherein α2 is equal to 70°.
- The air outlet assembly according to claim 1, wherein a first contour line formed by a first cross-section along a central axis of the main air ring intersecting the air diffuser is an arc protruding away from the central axis of the main air ring, the arc having an air inlet end and an air outlet end, and an angle β1 between a tangent at the air inlet end and the central axis being greater than an angle β2 between a tangent at the air outlet end and the central axis.
- The air outlet assembly according to claim 11, wherein β1 is greater than 20° and less than 60°; and/or, β2 is greater than 20° and less than 60°.
- The air outlet assembly according to claim 1, wherein the main air ring comprises an air inlet section, a connection section, and an air outlet section connected in sequence, an inner wall of the connection section being a cylindrical surface, an inner wall of the air outlet section being an arc surface curved outwardly, and the air diffuser being connected to the air outlet section.
- The air outlet assembly according to claim 13, wherein a thickness of the connection section is H1, and H1 is greater than or equal to 25 mm and less than or equal to 60 mm; and/or, a thickness of the air outlet section is H2, and H2 is greater than or equal to 15 mm and less than or equal to 50 mm.
- The air outlet assembly according to claim 1, further comprising: an air outlet grille provided at an air outlet end of the panel body, the air outlet grille being provided with a main air outlet area corresponding to the main air ring and an air diffusion area corresponding to the air diffuser, to follow an airflow direction of the outlet airflow.
- The air outlet assembly according to claim 15, wherein: the air outlet grille comprises a center plate, a rib group, and an outer frame arranged sequentially from inside to outside; the rib group comprises a plurality of first radial ribs and a plurality of second radial ribs, the plurality of first radial ribs being arranged along a circumference of the center plate and forming the air diffusion area, and the plurality of second radial ribs being arranged along the circumference of the center plate and forming the main air outlet area and inclination directions of the plurality of first radial ribs and inclination directions of the plurality of second radial ribs are arranged in accordance with the airflow direction.
- The air outlet assembly according to claim 16, wherein the first radial ribs forms a first inclination angle θ1 with respect to a reference surface perpendicular to a center line of the center plate, the second radial ribs forms a second inclination angle θ2 with respect to the reference surface, and θ1 is less than or equal to θ2.
- The air outlet assembly according to claim 17, wherein: θ1 is greater than 45° and less than 80°; and/or θ2 is greater than 55° and less than 75°; and/or θ1 is equal to 65°; and/or θ2 is equal to 70°.
- An outdoor unit, comprising an air outlet assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 18.
- An air conditioner, comprising an outdoor unit according to claim 19.
Description
The present application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202310884723.1, filed on July 18, 2023, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. TECHNICAL FIELD The present application relates to the technical field of air conditioners, and in particular to an air outlet assembly, an outdoor unit and an air conditioner. BACKGROUND The noise from the outdoor unit mainly originates from the air duct, which is primarily related to the structural design of the guide ring. In the current outdoor units, a guide ring is provided at the air outlet to guide the airflow generated by the fan to the external environment. However, as the airflow passes through the guide ring towards the external environment, vortices are easily generated at the inner wall of the guide ring, resulting in vortex noise and a loss of airflow. SUMMARY The main purpose of the present application is to provide an air outlet assembly designed to increase airflow and reduce noise. To achieve the above objective, the air outlet assembly proposed in the present application comprises: a panel body provided with an air outlet; anda guide ring provided at the panel body and comprising a main air ring and an air diffuser, the main air ring is coaxial with the air outlet, the air diffuser is located at an air outlet side of the main air ring, an end of the air diffuser is connected to the main air ring, and an other end of the air diffuser extends in a direction away from the main air ring, to diffuse outlet airflow along the air diffuser. In an embodiment, a plurality of air diffusers are provided at an interval around an axis of the main air ring. In an embodiment, the air diffuser is configured as a spiral groove recessed into a surface of the panel body. In an embodiment, a contour line of the spiral groove forms a partial arc segment of a spiral and satisfies following equations: x=k*cosy/y, y=k*siny/y, k denotes a constant, and γ denotes a polar angle. In an embodiment, the spiral groove comprises a first extension section and a second extension section connected to the first extension section, an initial angle α1 between an extension direction of the first extension section and an extension direction of an inner diameter of the main air ring is less than a terminal angle α2 between an extension direction of the second extension section and an extension direction of an inner diameter of the main air ring. In an embodiment, a difference between the initial angle α1 and the terminal angle α2 satisfies: 10° < α2 - α1 < 40° In an embodiment, the initial angle α1 is greater than 25°. In an embodiment, α1 is equal to 35°. In an embodiment, the terminal angle α2 is greater than 50°. In an embodiment, α2 is equal to 70°. In an embodiment, a first contour line formed by a first cross-section along a central axis of the main air ring intersecting the air diffuser is an arc protruding away from the central axis of the main air ring, the arc has an air inlet end and an air outlet end, and an angle β1 between a tangent at the air inlet end and the central axis is greater than an angle β2 between a tangent at the air outlet end and the central axis. In an embodiment, β1 is greater than 20° and less than 60°; and/or, β2 is greater than 20° and less than 60°. In an embodiment, the main air ring comprises an air inlet section, a connection section, and an air outlet section connected in sequence, an inner wall of the connection section is a cylindrical surface, an inner wall of the air outlet section is an arc surface curved outwardly, and the air diffuser is connected to the air outlet section. In an embodiment, a thickness of the connection section is H1, and H1 is greater than or equal to 25 mm and less than or equal to 60 mm; and/or, a thickness of the air outlet section is H2, and H2 is greater than or equal to 15 mm and less than or equal to 50 mm. In an embodiment, the air outlet assembly further comprises an air outlet grille, the air outlet grille is provided at an air outlet end of the panel body and is provided with a main air outlet area corresponding to the main air ring, and an air diffusion area corresponding to the air diffuser, to follow an airflow direction of the outlet airflow. In an embodiment, the air outlet grille comprises a center plate, a rib group, and an outer frame arranged sequentially from inside to outside, the rib group comprises a plurality of first radial ribs and a plurality of second radial ribs, the plurality of first radial ribs are arranged along a circumference along the center plate and form the air diffusion area, and the plurality of second radial ribs are arranged along the circumference of the center plate and form the main air outlet area, and inclination directions of the plurality of first radial ribs and inclination directions of the plurality of second radial ribs are arranged in accordance with the airflow direction.
