Description

The invention relates to an underfloor installation unit for the underfloor installation of, in particular, electrical/electronic installations, comprising an underfloor installation component with an open mounting opening on the upper side and with a mounting cover with a through-hole, as well as comprising an installation part arranged within the mounting opening of the underfloor installation component with a frame structure extending through the through-hole of the mounting cover, the upper end of which projects from the upper end of the underfloor installation component, and comprising a mounting cover with a through-hole for the frame structure of the installation part to pass through to cover a free space between the underfloor installation component and the frame structure of the installation part projecting towards the underfloor installation component. Electrical, electronic, and other installations are frequently laid underground. The underground cable management systems used for this purpose include channels and components such as junction boxes. These boxes are used for installing electrical and/or electronic devices and, in many cases, also provide cable entry and exit points. Such underground installations are integrated into the floor structure, for example, a screed floor. The installation cavity is provided by a junction box, which is a component with an opening on the top side, also known as a mounting or installation opening. In many cases, this type of component is composed of individual frame elements that enclose the installation cavity. The floor covering, such as tiles, partially overlaps the top edge of the frame structure of the junction box. To provide access to the mounting cavity of the underfloor installation component, a mounting element is located in the access opening of the underfloor installation component, which is designed, for example, as a mounting cassette or mounting frame with or without an attached hinged cover. It can be such a component. This type of installation can be held in place by the frame structure of the underfloor installation component. It is equally possible that such a component is supported from the floor, typically by means of adjustable feet to allow its top edge to be leveled with the top of the floor covering. Such a component has a frame structure that extends through the access opening of the mounting cover and projects from the top of the installation component. The top of the component is typically at the same height as the top of the floor covering. Such an underfloor installation unit is already known to exist. DE 202 05 355 U1 The frame structure of this underfloor installation unit has profiled rails on its side framing the mounting opening, in which frame webs are supported. These serve to support an insert frame as the insert component. A mounting cover serves to conceal the gap at the top between the frame structure of the underfloor installation unit and the frame structure of the mounting frame. This cover is screwed to the frame profiles of the underfloor installation unit. If the built-in component is designed as a cassette, the mounting frame has a base. The frame structure then serves to hold a floor covering, for example, one or more tiles. When such an underfloor installation unit is installed beneath a tiled floor, it is desirable that the frame structure of the unit aligns with the grout lines of the tiles to be laid on the outside of the frame. The underfloor installation component is positioned before the subfloor is prepared, for example, before pouring a screed, and especially before the floor covering is laid. Accordingly, before installing the underfloor installation component in the subfloor, for example, by embedding it in a screed, it must be precisely aligned with the intended grout lines of the floor covering. In many cases, this is not achieved, resulting in problems due to the... The frame structure, with its integrated component extending through the top floor, disrupts the joint pattern. This is sometimes perceived as unsightly or lacking in harmony. Furthermore, it leads to problems with the standard-compliant or practical creation of the required permanently elastic perimeter joint. Based on this discussed prior art, the invention therefore aims to propose an underfloor installation unit and an underfloor installation component for such an underfloor installation unit, with which the disadvantages mentioned above in relation to the discussed prior art are reduced and, ideally, completely avoided. The problem relating to the underfloor installation unit is solved according to the invention by an underfloor installation unit of the aforementioned type, in which the mounting cover comprises an upper cover part and at least one lower cover part, each with a through-opening, wherein the through-opening of one cover part is larger than that of the other cover part, and wherein the outline geometry of the smalle
