Description

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION This application claims a priority of Chinese Patent Application No. 202311014854.0, filed on August 11, 2023, and a priority of Chinese Patent Application No. 202311056116.2, filed on August 21, 2023, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. TECHNICAL FIELD The present disclosure relates to the technical field of communication, and particularly relates to a method and an apparatus for processing information, a communication device, and a storage medium. BACKGROUND In Edge Computing (EC) deployment scenarios, there may be multiple Application Servers (ASs) deployed at various edges or centralized locations. These application servers may have a same domain name and different Internet Protocols (IPs) address. Therefore, User Equipment (UE) needs to acquire an IP address of an appropriate Edge Application Server (EAS), which is local service discovery, or EAS discovery. In a roaming scenario, a control and an anchor of a session are both on a Home Public Land Mobile Network (HPLMN), and a user plane of the session also ends at the HPLMN. However, in an EAS discovery procedure in the Home Routed (HR) roaming scenario, during a Protocol Data Unit (PDU) session establishment procedure, a Home-Session Management Function (H-SMF) transmits offloading information to a Visited-Session Management Function (V-SMF), and the offloading information may or may not include a Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN). When the offloading information does not include the FQDN, a network side will not process Domain Name System queries. Consequently, EAS addresses unauthorized or disallowed in the offloading information may be transmitted to the UE. On the other hand, when the H-SMF transmits the offloading information to the V-SMF, the offloading information may be replaced with an offload Identifier (ID). However, the offload ID is generated by the HPLMN, and different Public Land Mobile Networks (PLMNs) may associate a same offload ID with different offloading information. Since different PLMNs do not communicate with each other, there may be a problem that one offload ID corresponds to different offloading information in different PLMNs.
