Abstract

A lithium battery rotary kiln with a heat recovery mechanism includes a kiln tail tray, a towing mechanism, a drive mechanism, a rotary kiln body and a kiln head tray; one end of the rotary kiln body is provided with a first material guide end, a cooling tray is arranged under the first material guide end, and a material guide mechanism is arranged in the cooling tray, a first heat exchange component penetrates vertically into the center of the material guide mechanism; a thermal energy recovery tray is arranged under the towing mechanism and the drive mechanism, a first baffle and a second baffle are arranged in the thermal energy recovery tray, so that the thermal energy recovery tray is divided into a dust removal cavity, a heat exchange cavity and a water storage cavity by the first baffle and the second baffle.
