Abstract
An ironing appliance comprising a cordless iron (1) and a base (2) on which the iron (1) is intended to be placed in a charging position during inactive ironing phases, said iron (1) comprising a water reservoir (14) and a heating element (12) equipped with a vaporization chamber (120) for steam production, the reservoir (14) communicating with the vaporization chamber (120) by means of a supply circuit, characterized in that the supply circuit comprises a distribution device (150) for supplying the supply chamber (120) at at least two different, predetermined, non-zero flow rates.
