Abstract
The invention relates to a film-forming composition comprising: at least one water-soluble organic acid as an antibacterial agent; chitosan or one of its salts or derivatives as a film-forming agent; a lipid substance; a surfactant polysaccharide; and water, the lipid substance being present as particles dispersed in the water, the aqueous film-forming composition having a pH between 2.5 and 5.5, more particularly a pH between 3 and 4.
