Abstract

The invention relates to an upholstered headboard (2) comprising: - a main body (20) having a front face (21) and an opposite rear face, at least a portion of the front face (21) of the main body (20) comprising a woven surface (33), the main body (20) comprising a support panel disposed between the front and rear faces and a flexible padding arranged between the support panel and the woven surface, at least one through-opening being formed in the support panel; - at least one sound-emitting device (10), characterized in that the headboard further comprises: - at least one grid fixed to the support panel to cover said at least one through-opening so as to prevent the padding from sagging in said at least one through-opening by applying pressure to the padding.
