Abstract
CLEANSING MILK COMPOSITION AND APPLICATION The present invention provides a cleansing milk composition comprising a) propylene glycol laurate; b) at least one oil; c) at least one polymer; and d) water. The composition of the present invention is a non-foaming, less greasy milky composition. The present invention also provides a method for cleaning a keratinous surface and a non-therapeutic method for removing makeup from a keratinous surface by applying the cleansing milk composition.
