Abstract

The invention relates to a sunshade system (1) comprising at least one element, called a sunshade (2), adapted to extend over at least a portion of an inner face (3) of a front windshield (4) of a motor vehicle (40), in a first state (5) when the sunshade (2) is deployed, and to reflect solar radiation, characterized in that the sunshade system (1) forms a housing (6) integral with the vehicle (40) and adapted to receive and contain the sunshade (2) in at least a second state (7) when the sunshade (2) is folded, and to allow the sunshade (2) to be extracted from the housing (6), and in that the sunshade (2) is integral with the housing (6) in each first state (5) when the sunshade (2) is deployed and in each second state (7) when the sunshade (2) is folded.
